I will never return to the Rosemont location again! We have been there twice before. Once was good and once was now. I don’t know what is wrong with their system, but they take way too many reservations. This is the second time that we have had to wait over an hour past our reservation time. Due to that, everyone is waiting over an hour after their reservation time in a very small bar. There is nowhere to move! If God forbid there was an emergency there’s no way anyone could get out of there. People were standing on top of other people trying to eat their meal. The noise was insane if you were seated at a front table because you had all of the noise from the people waiting for their tables as well. That being said, the food is always very good in their servers were fabulous.

We had a 7:15 reservation and did not get seated until 8:30. There were tons of people waiting to be seated for an extended period of time. The waiting area and vestibule were packed. The food was delicious.

Last time booking at this location. Reservations were set way ahead of time at 6:45 to be finally be seated at 7:25pm. Good luck trying to get in and out of this establishment, I believe they should limit Saturdays and Sundays to reservations only because it was a fire hazard definitely trying to get in and out of here with how many people they allowed to be cramped in the waiting area. I mean shoulder to shoulder cramped . After over 25 mins waiting we were sat and never brought any sides to our table until the end which was pointless, didn’t know which waiter was taking care of us because once in a while I had to wave someone down for a refill of just water . The meat selection wasn’t that great as you had to wait a long time for someone to acknowledge my table. Won’t be coming back to this location anymore or it’s time to try a different restaurant now.

When I have visited in the past I have had a great experience at the downtown location. This was overwhelming our reservation was at 6. We arrived early the place was so packed you could not move. We did not get seated until 7. So many people were waiting it was uncomfortable when you actually did get your seat.The salad bar was a mess the servers were doing their absolute best but they could not move. Everything seemed rushed and chaotic. I felt like I was at an old country buffet with steak. I was super disappointed we were celebrating a birthday it was her first time and I felt so embarrassed that this was the experience she had. It just felt over booked and unorganized.

Everything was amazing. There was 1 issue, though. We kept on getting fruit flies flying on and around on our table and plates. Pretty annoying. We are in the middle of winter and fruit flies usually are present in the warmer months. That’s concerning. If they are out in the dining room then they are definitely in the kitchen. Thank you
