Fogo de Chão is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse (Churrascaria) that has been setting the standard in Brazil for the past 36 years. Today, our gaucho chefs still expertly grill and carve tableside each of our cuts of meat like Picanha (signature sirloin), Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Fraldinha (Brazilian sirloin) Cordeiro (lamb) and more. Everyone at the restaurant was great. Loved how attentive everyone was and also make sure we had the selection of our choice coming to our table . Definitely coming back!

We experienced the worst service we’ve ever had there. We felt ignored even though tables around us were being served. Both times we were on green, we waited more than 10 minutes for a server to come offer us a meat selection yet tables around us were getting served. It felt like they didn’t care because we weren’t ordering alcohol or the upgraded meat selection. Never once did a manager come to our table to see how our dinner was until he came and asked if he can take our payment to get processed. Yet he was at the table in front of us numerous times. For the amount of money that was spent, we were very disappointed in our experience.

Terrible service for a Saturday evening. We had a 5:30 reservation, and got a table at 6:30. Then we had to ask for everything 3 different times in order to get it. Service was slow and terrible.
They would take our plates to replace with clean ones and wouldn't come back for 10 min so we would have to stand up and get our own.
Getting the check was also a nightmare and we had to stand up and physically go to the cashier to get our check as we were going to be late for our show.
The manager comped us 2 meals but I am still not going back. For the amount of money you spend at that place the service should be impeccable. They should know it's going to be a busy Saturday night and staff appropriately.

I like the place. I check my dieting at the door, though. Only go there hungry and abandon any thoughts about the diet.

The food bar is great but stay away from it until you have a round or two of meat. Vegetarians, have at the bar, it is great.

Servers were lazy and food service was a scam.
Daughter fell and broke her wrist on the front stairs we sat down for 10 minutes and realized it was broke and left. They still charge us.

Every interaction from the time we sat down to paying the bill was fantastic. There were many different servers in addition to the ones coming around with the food, and each one was helpful, friendly, polite and all around wonderful. The freshness and abundance of food was unmatched.
The whole night was a wonderful experience. This was a splurge for me because I wanted my son to experience it. Would definitely recommend and return more often..if my budget allowed!

OUR RESERVATION WAS AT 8:30 PM IT WAS RESTAURANT WEEK , BUT WE HAD THE FULL PRICE DINNER , WE GOT OFFERED MEAT MAYBE TOPS 6 TIMES WE WHERE THERE FOR TWO HOURS NOT WORTH MY $157 BILL !!!! NOT HAPPY WITH MY VISIT AT ALL

Usually Fogo is a home run every time. This time the meat started out good. But the last half of the meal, the meat was so so at best. Surprised me because I have been to Fogo several times and this is the first disappointment there

Great experience at Rosemont location. The food is always great here even when we don't get the full experience. The bar area is great for couples because its quiet and the Picanha Burger is to die for. The staff is friendly as well! Lance makes great drinks and the manager, Nasco, always makes sure we have a good experience. Thank you Fogo Rosemont!

Maybe this was just a very busy night. We arrived to an extremely crowded restaurant. Despite having a reservation, we still had to wait over a half hour for a table. When we got there, they didn't even have pagers left. There were large families and children everywhere. When we were seated, the dining room was dirty but our table was clean. The service was good but we had to ask for water refills and some menu items (the expensive ones like filet mignon, beef ribeye, lamb chops, leg of lamb, etc.) multiple times. Overall, it was good, not great and not a good place to take clients or a date for an elegant experience.

The host was great. Explained very detailed on how service works. The salad bar is outstanding, everything looked so fresh and the mozzarella and tomato was awesome. The sirloin wrapped in bacon was excellent as was the Ribeye steak. The sevice was on point! My second time here and I will return again. I must save room for dessert next trip

I recently went for a date at the Fogo De Chao in Rosemont and I must say the staff exceeded my expectations in many ways. The hostesses were very warm and welcoming which set up the perfect mood for our first date. Our sever was very attentive and not once did we need to ask for a refill on drinks or request for more meats. The caipirinhas and shrimp cocktail were the perfect start to our amazing evening. My date also really enjoyed the lamb chops and the picanha. We were highly satisfied with the whole staff and how quickly everyone was able to accommodate our every need. I will definitely be going back to share that experience with my family. Thanks Fogo team!

VISIT
Service was impeccable. We arrived about 10 minutes early but were still able to be seated. There was a team of servers and bussers who were very friendly and professional. They checked on us often and provided all that we asked for, and with a smile. They were truly the highpoint of the evening. A very sweet touch--they made his Shirley Temple at the table--pouring the sprite into his glass of grenadine table side, what a wonderful way to make a young guest feel like a grownup.

Once we turned our cards to green, the meat brigade begins. They will either slice it and serve to your plate, or you use the small metal tongs to assist the server with grabbing your cut of meat. There was pork, lamb, chicken and beef--all different cuts. We tried so many cuts and we liked a lot of them. But the standout to me was the filet mignon and their house specialty cut--both so tender and flavorful. A close runner up was the Parmesan crusted pork and lamb shank. I loved how you were able to get the beef and lamb cuts to your preferred level of doneness. We mostly went with medium to medium rare and it was spot on.

The salad bar was nice, massive as I had thought it would be, but it was nice to open with some charcuterie and roasted fresh vegetables.
Standouts to me were the roasted squash, asparagus and potato mash.

Drinks were amazing. I opted for the passionfruit caipirinha and it was sweet and tart and a refreshing opener. There were a lot of great wines to choose from and we finally settled on a South American red which was a perfect pairing for all the meat.

Dessert was good. Our table of 4 shared 2 desserts. We definitely liked the cheese cake more than the
papaya cream.

And the meat servers. Some were so friendly and made great suggestions, i loved how much they smiles and made us feel welcomed. Thank you for the memorable experience

early to enjoy some crafted caipirinhas and appetizers at the bar where I was welcomed by Ben the bartender. The hostess Abigail came to the bar once my reservation time came and asked if I was ready to be seated amazing service. Once I got to my table I was greeted by Rico my server. Salad bar was fresh one of my favorites the imported hearts of palm and the asparagus soup fresh fruits hot rice and beans. The cheese bread was amazing like always. Once I flipped my coaster to green the meat began right away picanha and ribeye my favorite. The side dishes were brought by Rico made as soon as I flipped to green and were replenished as needed excellent job. The servers kept checking on me regularly to make sure I was having having a great time. Finished of the meat service with the beef ribs and chimi chury. Papaya cream was delicious very smooth. The ambiance was very nice. Very clean restaurant. Cant wait to return. Thank you Fogo for everything you made me feel very special as always. yes

I had the pleasure of dining at the beautiful Fogo de Chao. Once I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly host who guided me to the bar for cocktails. I started my service at the amazing bar the caipirinha was the recommended cocktail and I gladly accepted. Once I was seated at my table the amazing service began I was greeted by the attentive server who explained the menu and offered me different varieties of appetizers and sent me on my way to the salad bar. The service from the beginning to the end was phenomenal I felt like royalty. This amazing restaurant is the perfect place to bring family members to celebrate and close a big deal I would recommend this to anybody who would like to have a great time and I will definitely be returning for a future visit. The ambiance was great, lively music and beautiful decor was the cherry on top this will be marked as one on my favorite experience and number one choice for future events. Thank you for the extra attention and the delicious dessert.We had lunch today at Fogo Rosemont and it was superb, as always. Every Fogo associate was courteous, professional, and warm. They go above and beyond to make sure every guest has exactly what they desire at all times.

The food was delicious and plentiful. The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable. My wife is physically sensitive to noise levels and the acoustics at Fogo Rosemont are excellent. Even with numerous servers and patrons, it is easy to have a quiet, personal conversation with others at your side.

This was a phenomenal visit once again and I will forever continue to come to this location for a great time and memorable experiences.

We finished our meal with a piece of New York style cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries and sauce. It was out of this world! If you want to celebrate a special occasion, Fogo Rosemont is the place. If you just want to be treated like royalty and enjoy fantastic food, Fogo Rosemont is the place.

I went with my wife to celebrate our 15th Wedding and had a great time. We made reservations ahead of time, and we are thankful we did. There were many large parties for a variety of celebrations, and it was amazing to watch the manager, and her staff, deal with the mayhem with style, grace, and amazing efficiency. The service was top notch, and the gauchos did a fine job of bringing back well done meats for my wife. The meats, the market table, and the creme brulee dessert was nothing short of exquisite and we enjoyed each and every morsel we tried. For those looking for gluten free options, 99% of Fogo's offerings meet that need (my wife truly appreciates it). We could feel the happiness exude from the graduation party, the young couple, the family of six, the table of friends, and us. With such a diverse array of dining visitors, Fogo in Rosemont made everyone feel welcome and appreciated in their own way. We tend to visit more on special occasions but, when we do, it truly is a special experience!

Fabulous all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse! I've been to the one downtown and this location is equally nice. We brought my parents here for New Years Eve and they thoroughly enjoyed it! $10 for valet was reasonable and convenient since on this night the lot across the street looked rather full. We were seated promptly at a nice round table which was nice to see everyone, and cheerfully greeted. While we perused the drink menu, we enjoyed the jumbo shrimp cocktail for appetizers. Yum!

They have a really nice salad bar with hot sides as well, but you have to save your room for all of the meats that are brought around on skewers! As long as your chip is up and set on green, you GO! and eat all you care to. It's even fun to turn your chip to red, for STOP, eat what you have, and GO again!! They offer several different types of meat, chicken, and pork. The filet, ribeye, and lamb chops were my personal favorites, and my daughter raved over the bacon wrapped beef. Yet everyone enjoyed pretty much everything. The best part is that they can accommodate everyone; from rare-medium rare steak lovers to those well done folks.

Mashed potatoes, a yummy polenta, and a plantain or banana side are brought to each table and I love that service is efficient and plentiful. Several servers! Our main waitress asked if we were celebrating anything, and a manager stopped over twice to see if we were wanting any particular types of meat.

The drinks are great, and the main meal is almost $50 per person for dinner, yet you definitely get your money's worth. (Kids 7-12 are 1/2 price and under 6 are free.) We ordered one dessert to share, and after 2 hours of eating, that was plenty!
Highly recommend!

We were greeted warmly by the hostess in the front which set up a great start to the meal and experience. The ambience was indeed pleasant . I was very impressed with the server staff . They all assist each other with every table. My guess is that it is the best way to assure that no one is waiting for anything. Each member of the server staff was very cordial and welcoming. I really felt that my patronage was appreciated. The Gauchos, who parade and serve the various meats throughout the restaurant, are very friendly and explain the nuances of the particular meat that they are serving. This is a great moniker and the staff in question act accordingly; assisting in every aspect of the service experience with grace and class. I felt that the staff was very proud of the place they work at and of the excellent service that they provide. The food was excellent. All of the meats served tasted excellent and served hot and perfectly seasoned. The market table and sides were a very creative and delicious mixture of vegetables, meats, and fruits. Nothing is too heavy. Bring your appetite or go light with the Chilean sea bass that literally melts in your mouth. Or go all out for the delicious meats specially the Brazilian cuts are my favorite. You will not leave disappointed. I hope you enjoy your experience at fogo de Chao as much as I did.

What a great Brazilian steak house. We have been here many times and from date night to family celebration it never disappoints us. The service is wonderful. All of the waiters are very attentive to your needs and answer all of your questions. The building is beautiful and in a nice location. There is a salad bar with a huge selection of vegetables and side dishes. The reason to come is definitely the Meat. Man can they do Beef. There are always three or more Beef selections and they are all great, I am talking mouthwatering good. When we plan a date night, I go all day without eating so I will be ready. They come by the table as long as you leave your card green and it is so good you just don’t want it to stop. The char on the Steak is perfect, while the inside is nice and juice. You have to try the Picanha, the best cut. They have chicken and pork as well, but I love the Beef so much that I have never had them. I have tried the Lamb. It is also good, but again, I have to have the Beef. The deserts are good, so if you can save room. This is a must go to for family events. Thank you for the great memories and the wonderful food. This will be a location to visit for many more years!

We had a reservation scheduled in advance. We weren’t seated for a half hour after our reservation with the reason being “we are currently getting your table ready.” Along with that, we had about 10 solid minutes of food being served to us. No one came to ask us our drink orders either. We went up to the bar to order drinks. Service was extremely poor. We had to ask for different meats several times and finally after speaking to a manager it seemed like people became a little more attentive. Unfortunately that’s not how service should be done. I was disappointed with this visit probably will still to the loop location.

Prompt seating and service. Extensive salad bar was as expected which means full of nice veggies, salads, cured meats, smoked fish, cheeses etc.

Lunch time menu of skewered meats was certainly adequate. But a little wanting for lamb or pork items.
