Staff was very helpful and work as a team. It was a bit noisy, but to be expected when the restaurant is full. My only complaint was cold side dishes delivered to the table when they should have been fresh and hot (mashed potatoes in particular). Red wine should also be stored properly (60 F) Room temperature does not cut it, and makes the wine taste very “alcoholy.”

We had a family dinner last night. They used masks and proof of vaccine. They were super busy and very crowded, but honored our reservation time (sometimes you still have to wait). We were seated in the back room far away from the salad bar which was fine. Tables were too close together in my opinion as it was difficult to get through to go back and forth to the salad bar. I even had to ask another quest to move so I could pass as there was no other option. The food was delicious. The reason for the 3 star was because we were in the congested back room, the gauchos did not always make it back to us with the meat selections. I had to ask several time for the server to make sure they come towards the back not just for us but for other dinners in our similar situation. It was crazy expensive for a family of four, but I had a gift card. Otherwise we could not afford it.

We had a GREAT experience. The food was perfect and the meat was consistently available. The salad bar was awesome, loved the lox and Cesar salad. The service was also wonderful—especially Christy who was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! We will be going back!!

Felt rushed. Apparently a very slow night. 9pm reservation. We were the last diners in restaurant. Drinks were warm. Food wasn't plentiful at all. Steak was chewy. Have had better Fogo experiences. This was the absolute worst.

Horrible experience with the waitress and manager Mark Cruz! The reason for choosing Fogo de Chao was to be celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday, which did not happen. I was very upset and dismissed by the waitress and manager as I was explaining my frustrations for the disrespect of the waitress's attitude.

I was really looking forward on enjoying a date night with my husband and it was just disappointing. We got to our table and the person setting our silverware pretty much tossed the silverware on the table. We never got introduce to our waitress or new who he or she was till 50 min after we got there somebody approached us and asked us if we were ok. We ordered drinks and that alone took over 20 minutes! The meat was either super under cooked or beyond cooked almost burnt it was overly salted too, I’m so disappointed I was really looking forward on enjoying a nice night but the service and food was horrible. I will not be going there again.

I am disappointed to say that most of the meat that was served to me was burnt to a crisp. The meat that I got that was cooked well was very good! Considering the price, it was not the best experience.

Service was amazing, you never had to wait for anything. Food was less than stellar. Bigger cuts of meat were very good. Smaller cuts were all way over cooked, chewy and lacked flavor. The noise level was pretty high which made it difficult to hear the waiter or to hold a conversation.

We have been to this location twice. Each time has been spectacular. So much food coming around. The salad bar is huge. Wine was great, service was spectacular. Such an amazing dinner!

Outstanding dinner for NYE. The service was fantastic and everyone was very attentive. If there was a meat selection that we had not yet seen, we requested and it was brought out immediately.
The meat that was served at the table, although abundant, seemed to lack any seasoning. Basically, the meat was not flavorful. This is a very different experience from years ago when I frequented this same chain of restaurants.
The food quality has degraded and so have the choices at the salad bar (branded as Market Table).

Overall meal was as expected. Service was excellent at first and seemed to really slow down after about 30 minutes. For a premium price you should receive a premium experience. I think they missed the mark.

We went for the new year celebration. I had been to this restaurant once before and we love the service and food. We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant.
The first time I went here was 2019 and it was fun with a group, but the steaks were just above average.
This year I went on New Year's Eve and the food was excellent. It was always served warm, and the top sirloin melted in your mouth. The area waitress Daisy was awesome and a real gem for the restaurant.

I have been to Fogo de Chao several times for birthdays and enjoyed the upscale food, service and ambience. Based on my recent experience on December 29, 2021, I have to question the quality and service which seemed more on par with a glorified cafeteria.
Service was terrible. The server brought the initial drink orders and then just refused to come over to our table and avoided eye contact. All this time we could see him chatting away with others. Had to ask different servers for water refills. Finally, had to wait more than 20 minutes for the bill, after asking three different individuals, including one of the management staff. Almost felt like pretending to walk out just so that we would be provided the bill.
The food service was okay, although some of the meat items were over -cooked. Had to make multiple requests, with long waits for some items.
A very disappointing experience after spending more than $300 for four people, will not return to this location.

Overall good but not spectacular . We had to wait a long time and reOrder even after considering it was Christmas Day.
Well the meat was over cook and dry. Do you guys use the cheapest selection/cut of meats? Our waiter was non existented and we couldn’t even get refill water. Then you’ll charged us for drinks we didn’t even have. Over all experience was d- and I won’t return.

The best Christmas ever just myself, my husband and our daughter all of the food what's hot and Buffet Stayed full and the service was phenomenal.
It was Christmas so maybe unusually busy but service was super slow, we sat for about 20 min before we even put a drink order in. The food (meat) was OK... most options were SUPER DRY. Flavoring was good though. Dessert was pretty good.

We went for Christmas Eve and the food was great, it seemed that the staff was overwhelmed though and couldn’t cater to us very well.
