Great food,service and ambience!
We did visit them on a very busy weekend. We are accustomed to the Fogo in Indianapolis which is incredible. However, this was lack luster, it took forever to be offered food. We waited a very long time for rolls, and even our check. Sticking to Indy location for now on 😂

Somehow a different party was checked in under our name 45 minutes before we arrived. Once we did arrive I gave my name to check in. After waiting roughly 20 minutes after our reservation I came inside to check, to which I was told they were calling for an “Aubrey” for that time, which isn’t the name I gave. I showed the messages I received and said at the time it was sent we weren’t there or had even left to be on the way, didn’t seem like they were sorry for their mistake. Finally a table was made for us in a corner... That was the only disappointment was we were blamed for a mistake they made.
Our wait staff was amazing, we had a gentleman in training and his trainee was also amazing! The food and drinks were great quality and so was the desert.

I’ve been there before, but this time it just was not up to par. Very busy and we get that, but services were barely coming to our table. Twice a server walked up served half the table and left with meat still on his stick. Overall not a great experience.

The waiter took forever to take care of several of our requests. He played up the more expensive items on the menu and told us the wine would be half price (it was still 38$). We asked a different waiter a lot to help us and he got us things right away. All the meats on the menu were not offered regularly so we had to ask for the "filet" for example. It was way too crowded for a pandemic. there should have been some way to have individual prongs/spoons for the salad bar (due to COVID). I have been there twice now and will not go back. It feels like you are in a conference room or on a crowded noisy cruise ship. All the meat I had was good and the bananas were fantastic!

I believe Fogo is a great dining experience but I’d really like to see a dress code implemented
Be careful of the non-complimentary $10 mimosas and the non-complimentary $22 shrimp cocktail. The servers swarmed the table with these items as if they were complimentary, but, they were not.

Of the 30+ times I’ve dined at Fogo this was the worst experience ever. No manager came by to discuss it.
43 minutes before meat arrived. 43 minutes.
The chef’s knife was so dull he couldn’t slice the picanha so giant chunks of medium to raw meat 1” thick were carved at the 50 minute mark. (Even though I told the server I only wanted medium rare lamb and picanha)
The cocktail took about 20 minutes to arrive.
The lamb was just gross, which is saying something since the best lamb I’ve ever tasted has happened 2-3 times at Fogo downtown previously. The lamb at this location was slow cooked so the fat was sort of gross and not charred. The lamb looked boiled. It looked like a chicken breast.
And because Fogo doesn’t empower their staff to make any accommodations, they just sat there apologizing over and over even though they could do nothing.
I then checked the box to get a copy of the receipt but they never brought it.
Worst steak dining experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world.

Service was not great, food was ok, not as good as the Plano TX or Atlanta GA one....
Tempting cuts of meat brought in an endless stream to your table by attentive waiters. Joey and Eric made sure we were able to sample all that we were interested in, and even helped us celebrate our anniversary.

I'm a Brazilian well familiar with Fogo-de-Chao history. I also know what a churrascaria is!
After FdC been sold to an American Group, it is turning to be a "chain" (as expected).
Now they serve "mash-potatos" instead of farofa, no vinagrete on table, neither parmesan in the buffet.
To add to the injury.... they play Argentinian music!!!!

Had an absolutely wonderful time. Came for my daughter’s 13th birthday and she enjoyed every bite. We’re big carnivores and Fogo hit the spot.
I was busy running an errand across the street. The staff, had salad & drinks waiting on me. They also had family that was there taken care of!
Food & service was excellent. This was out 1st time here & we will definetly be coming back.
The meat was great and the sides were ok. The service was great, attentive, friendly. I was put off with the amount of fruit flies sitting on the wall and buzzing around us while we were eating.
Made reservation in advance and was seated right away. Server was awesome. Chef Diego came out to bring My table Filet Mignon which was cooked to our liking. Would definitely go back again.
I have better experiences at other locations. Must be they are struggling with staff after the pandemic. However, our service was extremely slow. Our drinks took at least 20 minutes to be prepared. I asked for the check snd took about other 20 minutes and our coffee never arrived . The staff looked confused, fatigued and at times overwhelmed. The restrooms ( was 5:00 pm after opening) were not clean, the floor around the Buffett was slippery due to lack of cleaning and the grease accumulating. I am sure management will address this .

I came to Fogo during lunch with a friend to celebrate my birthday today. Warren was our server today. Not only was he friendly, but he was very quick and attentive! The food and service was GREAT! I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at Fogo de Chao! :)
What a disappointment. Fogo de Chao used to be a classy place. I knew the moment we walked in that things had changed and not for the better. It was super loud with babies crying the whole time and way too many people in the same space. The salad bar was gross and picked over. The floors were not tidy.
The service way too slow - 15 minutes to get a glass of water. 20 minutes to get our drinks. The waiter never came back to take our order - I had to flag him down. The meat ranged from great (flank steak) to good (chicken breast, filet) to dry (pork) to flavorless (sausage).
The waiter asked if it was a special occasion and we told him it was our sons birthday - he said there would be a special dessert but never brought it.
At $60 per person we could have had giant steaks at Hugos or Ruth’s Chris in a much classier environment. Fogo was so not worth the money. I wanted my kids to experience the elegant Fogo de Chao I knew from dining at the downtown Fogo about 8 years ago. This was a waste of money.

We were seated @ a table that should not of even been there. It was within 2 feet of the service station where multiple workers were over crowding us & there butts were basically on top of our table. It was extremely loud from them all taking over us to each other.
We asked to sit @ another table & were told it would be a long wait & suggested we stay there.
Overall, it made the night very disappointing & we don’t plan on going back.

While the food was excellent, the service was poor. We had to keep flagging our server and the wait staff was terrible is their service. The server who brought the standard sides threw them down on our table so they slid like hockey pucks and when we were initially seated I had to clean off my seat that still had food left on it and tell the hostess to clean the area under and by our table that had a whole sausage under it and other food debris that had not been cleared from previous use. I told all this to the manager Ricardo when he came by. He comped our desserts. However when we left I had to flag him again to tell him that his staff did the same thing again by completely resetting a table next to us while 2 whole rolls were left right next to the chairs!

This was for Father’s Day! Everyone was on there game! Managers were managing and servers were communicating to a T! The problem that I had was the air conditioner! I felt it wasn’t low enough. Very humid and hot In There. First of all it was 81 outside and 80% humidity. So you could only imagine what it was inside! Now we’re being stuffed with meat and over eating and sweating oils from other countries. All this doesn’t go to well! You have to tweak and adjust. Also bathrooms were a mess, such a big day and bathrooms were trashed! Toilet paper on the ground, garbage over flowing, no paper towels. Again, tweak and adjust. First big day back from the pandemic and I’ll still give you 4.5-5.0. This location has good management and great employees! Awesome job today!
Awesome customer service!! It was Father’s Day, the restaurant was completely full and very loud. Even then, the staff worked overtime to make sure that everyone was happy and taken care of. I didn’t see the full selection of meats, but if you wanted something you didn’t see, it was brought to you right away. The caipirinhas were amazing!
Most of the meat was overdone. We weren't even offered the sausage or ribs until our meal was almost over. I had forgotten about these choices. The chicken was dry and when I went up to the salad bar to ask for sauce they told me the severs got our sauce but we were never offered it. we had to ask for it and that was half way though the meal. The salad bar was running very low on everything the two times I went up. And some dishes were completely empty.
