   Not what it use to be, sad really. The meat was burnt. The salad bar was sad and pathetic. Service was fine, but not what it used to be to be. I’ll skip next time.

   We have been going to Fogo de Chao in Rosemont for years and have loved our experience, food and service in the past. However, yesterday was a big exception to that. Not sure if they were under staffed with a convention taking place, but we ordered the premium/full experience and was only offered the premium cut once (only a tiny bit left for us to get 1 small piece each). We consistently had to request that meat be brought over since we were overlooked. When the meat would come it would be the end scraps. This was meant to be a celebration for my mom’s birthday and we left feeling very disappointed and wish we went somewhere else to celebrate. Note - we made the manager aware we were only brought the “premium” meat once. He only adjusted our bill to reflect two of our meals (we were a party of 4) to be the less expensive “Best of Brazil” even though we all did not experience the premium cuts (with the exception of the one time we were brought a tiny piece once). Very out of character experience, but left us with a bad taste in our mouths and very disappointed.

   Server was totally inattentive. Only came to the table twice at the very beginning of our meal then we never saw him again. Had to flag down another server to even get our check.

   Dined in with some friends this evening and Syncero took care of us. He was wonderful! We are all playful and like to have fun and his personality was perfect for our table. He was helpful, apologetic when things took a little longer and very personable. The food was wonderful as usual and the drinks were strong and delish. Would def come back and will request Syncero.

   It’s a wonderful experience. Lots of healthy options at the market table and the meat is cooked and flavored perfectly. It pleased all and the atmosphere is fun and engaging.

   Great service great experience excellent food. The band was just a little too loud. It was a birthday dinner and I barely could hear myself.

   It was a nice experience to celebrate a birthday! We had great service and had a great overall time. Our servers were nice and very attentive. This location is great.

   Fabian was amazing! Was absolutely packed for Easter yet he made it a point to bring Lamb Chops personally to the table.

   We were overcharged. Then ended up giving us an adjusted bill but we were charged for more than $80 worth of things we did not order
