Understand that COVID-19 has caused changes, but new way of walking people through salad bar is so inefficient and unsafe, especially when half the people I saw had their mask below their nose. If even the manager won’t enforce proper mask wearing at the salad bar, it’s not healthy or safe. The food (meat) was slow to come by and it did not taste great. Waste of our money and as much as we’d like to support restaurants, won’t go back where mask requirements aren’t enforced, especially near the salad bar.
Covid times seem to have brought an increase in attention and service; all the workers are friendly and helpful.
Jimmy I think the waiters name was.... excellent recommending amd explained everything.
The way the salad bar works creates a huge line thats pretty disruptive to any table close to it .
Food and variety was excellent. Wait staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
Food was amazing
Celebrating Birthday. Service was terrible took so long to even get silver ware!!!! Drinks was impossible and to get the food took almost 30 min it was ok!! Nothing special 400 for ok food and terrible service no thank you!!!
Always love dining here! The food NEVER disappoints. Staff fast and friendly.
We went for our anniversary. It was our first visit. I wish there would have been a menu to order drinks from. The server kept pushing alcohol which was a little awkward for someone who doesn’t drink, I just would have rather chosen what to drink for myself. The buffet serving was awkwardly done because of Covid, and many of the beef dishes tasted very gamey which I really didn’t like. I’m not sure I’d visit again.
Always a great meal with top notch service
My husband and I were celebrating our birthdays and we loved the card & note at the end of the table. What a nice thing to see upon arriving! We were happy that the salad bar was available for us to peruse once again. Michelle, our waitress, was very attentive and extremely pleasant!
Best dinner we’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommended!
Dry good overall. Social distancing maintained very well at table and at the salad bar. Attentive waiter personnel, very professional and attentive but not overbearing. Cocktails were delicious. Wait person very knowledgeable about bar selections. No cocktail onions so unable to have a Gibson. But the olives were delicious! Creme Brûlée was complimentary and delicious.
Terrible steak, raw inside charred outside. All of the steak was below average
Very nice restaurant
Beautiful place! It was my girlfriends birthday and I was pleasantly surprised how the place felt.
My boyfriend and I went for a birthday lunch, and the post-Covid-19 dining experience was actually really nice. It was not quite so crowded and loud (which isn't a bad thing), but being one of the few tables in there was also really enjoyable. Also, it was nice that they brought items from the buffet to you in small portions, it makes it easier to pace yourself as they bring out all of the selections of meats.
With COVID changes its very nice as they bring everything to the table.
The lamb chops and lamb sirloin were awesome! The service was awesome and the staff really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with their safety precautions
Great post-covid service same great menu
Great service and amazing food.
We went for my birthday with a party of 8 and it was amazing as always, our waiter was wonderful, my one complaint was that a gentleman came to my table that was not our waiter or Meat Server, and my husband started having a severe allergic to whatever he was wearing, aftershave, fragranced laundry detergent, we don't know? but I went up to him and let him know my husband was allergic to something he had on, and asked him to please stay away from our table, as I did not want him to need use an EPI-Pen and rush him out of there. So that would not have been a big issue, but after that the same gentleman seemed to make it a point to continuously go past our table getting closer and closer to my husband, my husband even moved to the other side of the table to distance himself from the person, while trying to not make a big deal about it and ruin my birthday, but me being worried about my husband and having to watch out for him, and watching my husband have to put on his n95 mask over and over every time he walked by, made it a very uncomfortable experience for the last 1/2 of our meal service. Our wonderful waiter even moved us the other end of restaurant so we could finish our meal. Being a restaurant owner myself I don't want to cast a bad light on the business, as the food and service was great, and that's why its getting a 5 star rating, but I am writing this review to let the management know that 1 bad employee can ruin a birthday celebration.
Amazing service, scrumptious food, and we felt very safe dining in the restaurant.
I made an online reservation for a party of six for Wednesday, July 8 at 6:30 p.m. We checked in and then directed to wait outside while they prep our table (COVID-19 requirement) and within five minutes we were again greeted and escorted to our table.
The interior to me is pretty classy (not that I'm a classy guy), white table cloth, very clean with a huge glass enclosed wine rack storage area, and the dress code is very relax for this establishment, which is ok with me.
Our server was Saturnino who displayed outstanding mannerism and took the time to explain how dinner was going to be served. The pre-COVID days your server would give a quick explaination of how things work (salad bar and how the green/red cards worked). However, in light of COVID, Saturnino explained some modifications which they would now bring salad bar items to your table and there would no longer be a green/red card but instead the meat skewers would consistently cycle to your table (beef, pork, chicken). Dinner was served and it was awesome!
The various meat skewers flowed, salad bar items were consistently offered at a good interval, and the beverages were perfect with the meal. The dinner service by Saturnino and all the servers was awesomely outstanding. Everyone from the person who checked you in to the folks offering skewer items and the attendant bringing drinks, they all displayed a high-level of superb manners and were very attentive and efficient in service. I'd return just for the service, they were all very professional.
The price per person is up there, but it's so well WORTH IT! Parking is not an issue there's plenty.
I'm from Hawaii but when visiting family in Washington I'll try to have dinner here at least once during my visit, it's worth every penny. Lastly, please think about your servers and the service they provide you, tip responsibly especially during this time of COVID-19. Mahalo
Awesome food and great service.
This is going to be on our top 5 from now on. Fogo is somewhere you can relax, take your time, and eat well.
Right now with their table service of everything, it’s a really great dining experience. And the food is magnificent.
Our favorite place to celebrate birthdays!!!!!!!!!
Overall good experience. Service was a little slow as we ha to request refills and ask multiple times for our rice. I don’t think our waitress had much experience with fine dining.
Fine dining experience as expected, properly social distanced.
This was my first time here and I have only great things to say about this place! The service was outstanding, the food was incredible and the environment was welcoming and cozy. My anniversary was spent amazing here.
The COVID changes definitely did not diminish our experience. Everyone was very attentive. And the food was AMAZING as always!
Food was good as always. For there being a full staff and almost no one dining, our service was terrible. We had to ask multiple times for the bill, and then no one came when we were confused and didn’t understand their payment device.
The food was good and it was plentiful, but it was a little difficult to really enjoy dinner with the covid-19 issue going on. We were not allowed to add two people to our party even though we would be at the same table. I understand that the restaurant probably had limited servers, but I really did feel that it would have been fine to add two people to our party since there were not a lot of people at the restaurant.
Always good for food lovers
It was a good time, only downside was that they ran out of the sausage and we only were able to get a single round of that.
Overall it’s a great place. Wish they had more options for those that don’t like their steak dripping blood.
Fantastic service and the food, was of course, spot on!
Definitely not worth the cost. Meats were great but open salad bar was lacking and they were slow to seat us at our reservation time.
