   Exactly what you expect at a chain like Fogo. Market table and buffet was excellent. Lots of meats coming around once we got going. Ask for the sauces/sides (like horseradish and chimichurri early). We had to ask three times and finally got them when we were on our final bites of meat and everyone was full.

   I was not aware that this was a Buffett style dining with the meats additional. I don’t prefer a Buffett so probably won’t go back. Steak and meats were very good and desserts. The rest I wouldn’t write home about ( buffet). Cocktails were excellent. Was wild with lots of kids and families so not a romantic dining spot. Glad I tried it but moving on.

   I arrived at 7:10 for my 7:15 reservation, checked in with the hostess and waited, and waited, and waited. After an hour I assumed I hadn't heard my name over the loud noise of the place but no. Fogo chose to badly overbook the dining room so an hour later there were still 3 other parties of 2 who'd been waiting even longer than me still waiting for their tables. Other reviews here, on Google, and on Yelp indicate this a very common practice at this location so don't come too hungry and be prepared to wait. I was told if I left I'd be marked as a no show for my reservation despite arriving early and waiting for an hour. The staff seemed to be doing their best but their management set them up to fail. I get that occasionally there can be some waiting time to be seated as some parties move faster or slower but if the reviews are to be believed this particular location has systemic issues which appear to start at the top. I would only recommend them for dinner if you enjoy milling around in groups of hungry, unhappy people, and don't have anything else planned that night because you're going to be there for a long time, and not necessarily because you love the food and want to have more.

    Variety, quantity, and lively amosphere: those are the touchstones of Fogo's dining experience. I was there for a wine dinner celebrating a new milestone in Chilean Bordeaux, and the staff were very gracious in presenting the wine alongside the multicourse meal. Those looking for a contemplative dinner or a sober business ambiance might not be best served here, but Fogos delivers for most other diners. You should bring a large appetite to get the most out of your dining dollar.
