While the churrasco experience doesn’t compare to any other steakhouse the line up of this Brazilian steakhouse is amazing. Although times have changed for this location, its crew and staff goes above and beyond to serve its guests but the night I went made me think otherwise. Server that was receiving guests was extremely loud and rude nonetheless obnoxious, I understood where her frustrations came from but was not holding up a professional standard as she was yelling the names with a loud and angry tone and not being polite whatsoever. Staff should speak more about mental health on their pre-shifts and understand that dealing with oblivious and hard-to-deal with guests is part of the business. Love this place but something about this location has immensely changed.

Love this restaurant, but they chronically over book. We NEVER go without a reservation, but based on the reality when you arrive, you might as well not have made a reservation. Last night we were seated 56 minutes after the reservation time we had made. Three Valentine's Days ago, we waited over 2 hours to be seated past our reservation time. We come here approximately 6 times per year with a reservation and always wait an extended period of time. Fogo... Either have reservations and honor them or just don't have them. The food is always outstanding. Last night our server was horrible, but that is not the norm for this establishment and hopefully he gets weeded out. We will go back, but the reservation issue is way beyond old.

I have eaten at numerous Fogo de Chaos across the country. NEVER have I had to wait almost an hour AFTER my reservation to get seated. There were many upset folks waiting to get seated, all noticing the numerous empty tables. Poor management. The food was good and the service, once seated, was great. However, this was a special birthday almost ruined. I will never go back to this location again.

We had a wonderful double date with friends, celebrating my birthday, and enjoyed the great food and service at FOGO DE CHAO. Or is always a special treat to dine there.

Made reservations at 7:45. When I got there They told me there was 2 people ahead of me. I waited for 30 more minutes and went up to the desk to asked what happened. About 10 people got seated before us. They “asked is your party of 6 all here ?, we were just waiting to confirm” when I had already confirmed 30 minutes ago. Took another 15 minutes to get sat down. Some of the cuts were overcooked even though they were supposed to be “medium rare “ one of the plates got there by the time we had all eaten our food.The server was rude and only showed up at our table two times before coming to ask for the check. The first time he showed up was about 10 minutes after we got sat. Overall we waited 1 hour for some mediocre food and terrible service. Worst 400 dollars I’ve ever spent. You can find better places for the cost.

It’s a go to place as a chain. Enjoyed all the others. Food was same - good. May seem petty, but the hand sanitizer was just straight up busted up and left out in the front. No big deal if there isn’t one but why have a busted up one ? Service was either undermanned or just awful. Probably take Fogo Portland off the list.
