I’ve never had a bad experience here. This visit was for my daughter’s birthday and we enjoyed ourselves the wait staff and the manager made the evening great. I think due to pandemic environment we are currently in Fogo was a step below it’s pre-Covid standards.
It was packed, tables crammed into eating area. Waiters barely had space to move around. Not what I expected but great experience all the same. It’s like a buffet for rich people, but without children.
Service was fantastic. Very friendly and efficient.
Food was just decent for the most part. The servers with meat were very sporadic coming around and we had to wait for a lot of cuts of meat. Some of the meat was raw when served to us. They immediately took it away and recooked.
It was a good dining experience mostly but we had much better dinners there in the past.
Our cuts should always be cooked and prepared to your complete satisfaction, and it concerns us to read about your recent visit. We will be reviewing this and working hard to ensure your next experience is amazing.
Food was very good, some meats were too chewy, restaurant quite crowded and most wait staff had mask under nose. Valet parking experience was awful and the car smelled horrible when we got it with peanuts on the driver's seat, radio station changed, and moon roof slightly open.

The full experience was great… Pass on the Chilean sea bass, smelled a bit fishy and didn’t have much flavor

We visited the philly location for my boyfriend’s birthday. Amazing food and service! We would certainly come back again. I’ve never had wagu beef and it was amazing, very pricey but we will be visiting the butcher to get it on our own.

Great New Years Eve dinner, would highly recommend
The meat selection was limited. A lot of meat options were not making it to our section until they were cold. It was incredibly crowded. No social distancing between tables, that was very uncomfortable and disturbing. The servers were amazing!

I was there to celebrate my anniversary as well as a recent accomplishment from work.
In the end me and my sweetheart had a beautiful time however the way we were treated during the check process was very rude. I was made to feel like my gift card that I earned from my work accomplishment was not legit because of the amount. Also prior to the check being provided we were made to feel like we had to go and was being rushed out, it turned me off me so we will not be attending that location again.
We unfortunately had a very poor waiter. My sister wanted one of the "specialty steaks". She'd asked for rare and the lower cost of the special steaks. He delivered the sides 10 minutes before the steak came out and they were cold. The steak was unevenly cut so one end was 1/2 the thickness of the other and therefore well done.
My 2nd drink arrived 20 minutes after I ordered it;arriving with dessert
Lamb Chop Guy was incredible all around.
Waiters weren’t knowledgeable on to go orders. Couldn’t answer questions about certain wines. Very slow service and it didn’t seem crowded

Christmas service was a tad busy and we could feel it as diners. Food was delicious, service was substandard but we did get a lot of FaceTime with someone who felt like the manager, she was kind and very attentive to our needs when we defaulted to having to ask her for something when the server had forgotten or was just too busy to handle.

Service was adequate although we had to ask 5 times for specific cuts of meats. I feel they pushed chicken and lower quality meats and that is not worth $62.

Amazing date night!
Meat quality was great! My kids loved all the meats. The service was great for all skewers of meat. We wish the cold and hot bar was better stocked . We didn’t get much from the salad bars. The hot bar was empty every time we checked. But the dessert options were really good!
But during covid times- service seems to be the main issue everywhere BUT this restaurant has their staffing service figured out . Everyone was polite and prompt with service.
Not many people, including wait staff wore masks (and if they did their nose was out).
The food was amazing and drinks were delicious and Emmanuel was very helpful and attentive!
Too rushed, way too loud. Place got real different from last time. Need to up the prices.

We had a great anniversary dinner! The food and service were outstanding. Great drinks too!
Food was good and the experience was fine. What I did not like the shady upselling that was going on. It was the holidays and a waitress came by and asked if me and my friend wanted to try a special drink. Given the holidays and the fact it was a very small drink, I thought it was some sample promotion. Turns out it was not — drinks were a premium up charge and i was surprised when I got the bill. i paid it as the price of a lesson learned but expected better from a place like Fogo de Chao. Buyer beware next time.
Everyone is very attentive, drinks are strong, & all of the food is delicious
We go every year for my birthday and so we went yesterday with the Birthday Gift Cert that they send. Food was great! Service was great too. We go a few times a year for just the amazing Salad Buffet but for my birthday I "pig" out on meat
We will be taking a hiatus from Fogo. Our last couple of services were not good.

I would not rush back - food was OK, wife’s meal and drink were delayed, too loud to have a cold comfortable conversation, probably a good location for larger groups or friends out for just a really fun, let yourself go evening

Loud, tables closely packed together with way too many people. Food was ok with little to no flavor. We waited 30 minutes to be seated. For $600.00 for 4 people it was truly disappointing.

The food was delicious and plentiful. Our server was pleasant, friendly and as attentive as should could be given how very full/crowded the restaurant became shortly after we began our meal. All in all it was a great experience for a Saturday evening meal in Philadelphia.
Food was great, crazy busy, tables very close together but still really good. Service a little slow, but probably because server was overwhelmed.
Went for date night, we got the waygu ribeye. The steak was phenomenal. It came on a salt block and was cooked perfectly. Service was not so great… drinks took a very long time to come out and tasted very syrup forward. Asked multiple times for the honey cheese and then when they came over we weren’t allowed to each have more than one small cube - disappointing. Could’ve had a nicer server, she was reluctant to speak to us, but the food itself was awesome.
