We had previously dined at Texas de Brazil and loved it. We tried Fogo de Chao expecting a similar experience. They aren’t even close. Pop is served in mini bottles with no refills. The featured South American wines were served too warm and were not good. The waitress recommended a $14 Malbec that was much better but still overpriced.
Our table was centrally located, yet very few of the servers came by our table. We only had the cheaper cuts of meat and never saw things like the lamb, which we requested. The market bar had several salads, etc. The antipasto choices were tasteless.
There was lots of staff, but it was hard to get what we wanted.
The dinner was quite expensive and definitely not worth the price.

Our server was amazing. All the staff was welcoming and warm. Can't wait to take my wife back again....we really had a good time
Getting a reservation for lunch was easy and it didn’t take long for the table. My boyfriend is from Russia and he enjoyed his dining experience here.
Chef Michael made my day by coming out to congratulate my daughter and the experience of him cutting the meat the waygu was amazing. The food was so amazing and the different meats that came by just melted in your mouth. The drinks that came by rum and pineapple drink and let me tell you I was torn up with how great it was.
Beer was warm, food was blah, cool experience but won’t be coming back.

We went to celebrate college graduation with my son and his roommates. Everyone was able to have their favorites and then some. All of the food is very well prepared- lots of tempting options on the salad bar, but the meat is the main event. Excellent cocktails too. Highly recommended!
The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous.The food is tasty although salty and quite generic.Servers are very attentive when you first sit down but after about 15 minutes it’s hard to get them to your table. Desserts where very delicious at a reasonable price.

Always a good experience. We make it a yearly trip with neighborhood guys. They treat us like royalty. Chef Ed in the kitchen is a genius. And service is over the top.

I was glad to finally visit this place. The food was amazing! I wished the setting was a little more intimate. We had a table next to us that was moderately loud using profanity but all in all, the experience was a good one!

The restaurant was nice and the did was great!! My husband and I had a great time but towards the end the manager was very rude to us. She walked to every table around me and my husband and asked were they ok and how's the food. She never acknowledge me and my husband.... We felt as though she was being very discriminative towards us... The restaurant experience was great and so was the food.. our waiter was so nice.. when it was right to pay the manager "same one" snatched the booked off the table.. at this point she had attitude and was very rude and ignorant.. our bill was close to $200 again it was great but we decided we're would never go back there again. It's was unsettling feeling.

Great service, even though the waitress didn’t seem like she was adamant about getting our mashed potatoes. She told us they were available, we asked for them, and then she told us they wouldn’t be ready. We were pretty disappointed about that. However, it was overall a great experience and we will definitely be back.

The waiter Eve was very rude. Standing over the Birthday person meal. Then took her plate after the young lady said multiple times she was still eating. While Eve was holding the plate hostage. Her whole entire pony tail landed in the plate. When the customers started telling Eve her behavior was unacceptable. She stored off and said I’m not servicing them people anymore. She left a Customer Service Manager name Brandi to pick up the pieces. Very horrible experience. Never coming back.

Fogo the Chao is a wonderful experience for the meat lovers!!! Came in with my husband who's never been to FtC before, and he was ecstsatic with his first time Picanha!!!!
Food quality still good. Selection much reduced despite the increased prices. Absolutely no seafood available at the bar. Lots of grilled pork and chicken, hardly any beef (this is supposed to be a STEAKhouse!) Had to request the lamb and pincanha; the latter we requested three times until some was finally brought. No filet mignon, no prime rib whatsoever. Much cheaper food offered at higher prices. We understand that restaurants lost money during COVID, but underhanded practices are not appreciated.

They had a great workaround for the salad bar during COVID--along with wearing your mask, you must use hand sanitizer and wear gloves before approaching the buffet. Everybody seemed to be following this guidance and they were busy on a Saturday for brunch, with almost every table full.
When we arrived we were literally inundated with food. In a chaotic all but thrown at us to the point of overwhelming. In the next 15 minutes we went from inundated to having to ask repeatedly for meats of any kind, let alone anything in particular . Our waiter notice none of a party of 8 eating and asked was there anything in particular we a wanted we said just for servers to stop passing us by, and since he was asking we said Filet, and Lamb chops as we had not yet had any. This was the first of 6 requests including 2 to the floor manager for filet, and lamb chops were the same. We are repeatedly skipped by servers and when they did come we had to ensure they asked everyone. My son who’s birthday it was sat at the far end of the table. Servers gave guests on the end easier to access meats, and then kept repeatedly walking away not offering the other guests at the (far end of) the table any of the meats. An enjoyable evening celebrating overall but due to the occasion, and company more than the restaurant. Our server was excellent, we actually felt bad for him he kept requesting things to be brought to us and having to ask over and over again. We are a very easy group with no special requests and unfortunately Fogo was just not on point. We are not high maintenance nor is it our first time at Fogo. I hope the inconsistencies are worked out and others don’t penalize servers for the (we left 25% gratuity) runners and kitchen inconsistencies. We did not but want to share our experience as Fogo cannot improve if they don’t get the feedback.

Very loud and had a new waiter that forgot to bring us water, had to ask for it. Never checked on us…never saw him again till we had to yell to ask for the check.
