Everything about my experience was above and beyond. I ended up having one extra person at my table and the restaurant team was quick to help and make accommodations for me which I greatly appreciated. The managers were quick to make sure meat continuously came to the table and out waitress was sweet and happy to accommodate our needs! Chef mike was an added bonus! Very nice of him to come to the table and make sure we were happy. Thank you to the fogo team for giving my friends and I a great night!!!
The food is wonderful here but the service is even better. Our waitresses were very attentive and always made sure we were happy. Thank you guys for a wonderful evening.
Great service and great food made for a outstanding dining experience.
It was awesome! We arrived almost a whole hour early and they were able to seat us which was awesome.
I really enjoyed the experience.
Dinner with my loved one
Despite being packed with people during restaurant week, the service and food quality were still outstanding. The servers filled water and replaced plates as needed throughout the dinner. I would definitely recommend Fogo de Chao to any diner.
narrow space between tables.
After being seated and visiting the salad bar we waited almost 40 minutes before meat came to our table. The waiters would consistently go to the first tables in the room and since we were seated against the wall, they never came to our table. The small amount of food we had was good. Waitress was pleasant, but hardly ever checked on us
Good food, good service, good time
Recommend dining during Restaurant Week to achieve best value. Meats are phenomenal.
We had a great visit. My only complaint is that because we were sitting in the corner, it took a long time for the meat people to come to our table. There were times we waited for like 20 minutes before anyone came over to us.
Except for the ladies checking people in to be seated. I arrived at 4:50pm. I was told that my party had to arrive (abruptly). Then at 4:54p my guest arrived, I went back to the desk to state that my entire party was there. You will seated at 5:00pm (abruptly) again.
As more people filled in the lobby, they began handing out pagers.
Something that I wasn’t given. I returned to the desk and asked do I need a pager? I guess so (abruptly), and I was handed one.
About 5 people were in the lobby upon my arrival.
Due to the pagers, I may have been seated around the 10-15 seatings ahead of me.
I went back to the desk to ask why are people being seated who weren’t even here. The reply was your party wasn’t here. I corrected her and indicated that I came to the desk three times and the 2nd time before anyone else came ai let you know that the two of us were here.
Then I was eyes were rolled at me, then we were seated.
Everyone else that came to our table were very nice and accommodating.
My wife and I have dined at Fogo many times. Most of the time service is excellent. This time was a miss. Our server looked like he couldn't be bothered with us. Another server helped us immensely as well as a "customer service" person who also was great. Food was excellent as usual. We would return again, just maybe not for lunch.
We enjoy this restaurant for a resonably priced weekday lunch. It is clean, the service was great. Chef Mark came to our table serving the carved meat and explained the different meats , ie what flavors/spices they were cooked with. We had the feeling that he was cooking with "heart"and truly enjoyed cooking . He even had a special tasting- grilled mozzerella with jam and spices. This might be new, because we haven't had the chef come out and visit our table before.
The salad bar has a wide variety of fruits, vegtables, salads, cheeses, marinated items, many items on a charcuterie board. The salad and soup bar can be purchased without the carved for one good price ( if you can resist the delicious smells of the carved meats) or select a specific all you can eat meat for another price or the whole variety of meats for a good price. Be sure to make reservations!
Chef Micheal has a great idea going on with the Mozzarella cheese and honey. Should recommend for a appetizer or put on the salad bar.
Went for Restaurant week, first thing the server mentioned was tip generously, but she disappeared the whole time except to bring out dessert and the check ended up tipping 20% of the bill, not worth the service, they stop serving us meat 30 mins into the dinner, new server around us was breaking glass, then again dropped all the plates she took from the table.
Went for restaurant week. Even though my reservation was at 6:45 and Open Table showed open availability every 15 minute slot through the evening, it was clear they were overbooked. We waiting 30 min to be seated and only received the same 3 meats in rotation before asking servers for more. Our table only received the cheese bread and we found out at the end of the meal we didn’t receive the mashed potatoes, polenta fries, or baked bananas. It was disappointing they couldn’t handle the volume but showed themselves as very open through the app.
However, food was very delicious and waitstaff stayed cool, calm, and collected under pressure (and positive). That was something we were impressed with. We’ll return, just not during restaurant week - ha!
Went this past Sunday for restaurant week with our daughters. It was very busy, but the food was excellent and it was great value.
Drinks took forever, we asked for the cheese with honey and took like 25 minutes, then chef Michel brought it out and he didn't know anything about it.
Took forever for any kind of servce . Water, food, even our check took forever. On top of that, their bathrooms were filthy and unkept. Terrible experience for a birthday celebration
This was our first time here during Restaurant Week and it was amazing! The food was delicious and the service was great! Chef Michael & the rest of the team were great and made sure we were well attended the whole time. Can’t wait to visit again and take an order of those caramelized bananas to go!
Restaurant experience was overall good. I did not appreciate how the app states valet parking is $21 and in person the stand says $24. Yet, we were charged $31, because we were in an “oversized vehicle” but that claws isn’t printed anywhere.
Wonderful experience, delicious food and service was excellent. Management came to the tables and inquired as to how the service and food was on several occasions. Thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant, intend on returning.
The food was amazing. Frequency was a little slower than usual but that was to be expected with restaurant week. I will return for sure.
The food at Fogo has deteriorated over the years especially in comparison to Chima. The food all cuts felt under seasoned along with the waitress seemingly having an attitude with me. The service also has fallen off with the rotation of food coming by. I still tipped over 20% but will not return for years.
Fun and different. Great hot meats !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We went to Fogo on a Saturday night. I understand it was a Saturday during restaurant week, but the service was sub par. It took about 45 mins to get our drinks, and they ended up bringing the wrong one. I think the waitress was training someone, but there was no communication between the two of them. They gave us a piece of cake on the house after our meal, which was very thoughtful, but the poor service hindered us enjoying our night.
I've never been disappointed visiting Fogo de Chao.
A great experience. Food is amazing. Chef Michael bringing out that grilled mozzarella was a nice treat. No complaints!
Our first experience was absolutely amazing! The waiter/waitress came back very often to make sure we were doing good and if we needed anything. We didn’t wait long for meat when we flipped our cards and every person serving the meat asked how we liked it. It was an Phenomenal time and I am so glad I celebrated my anniversary at Fogos! They even wrote on our dessert plates! Chef Michael also came around with his cheese and honey and it was so delicious!
Went for resturant week and was not disappointed. Food was on point, ambiance on point, price on point. Only downside is that our main server was not the most attentive but the staff work as a team so other servers really made us feel welcomed. I would 100% go back again!
This place was an amazing experience. I came here for restaurant week. i am always walking by this place and always wondering about the food (since it’s always packed), i decided to go with my boyfriend. WOW. We had such a great night! The food was amazing and everyone working there was amazing! Everything we had was good and we were stuffed. We even had Chef Michael come out and gave us mozzarella cheese with honey? (i think that’s what it was) It was AMAZING! We only did the restaurant week special but after that night, we cannot wait to go back and try the full experience 😊 (can you tell i don’t write reviews often? i just had to for this place!)
Bathroom was very very dirty for high end restaurant. They need to have someone clean it. Other than that food was GREAT!
The food was good need more sides, the seating is extremely tight but overall experience good
Fogo was extremely busy due to restaurant week, however the staff was efficient and productive. They got us seated and were extremely accommodating, meats were delicious and being rotated effectively! We left very full!
We went on Friday night for restaurant week so I wasn’t surprised that the restaurant was super packed as soon as we arrive there at 5:15 PM. So many people were waiting in the lobby area for a table and I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes which is pretty normal. But I know the restaurant had just opened up so there was a lot of empty tables so I’m not really sure why we were waiting for so long to be seated. The food and service was absolutely phenomenal as always. It was just very congested, of course it was a Friday night and it’s restaurant week so a lot of people have come out.
It was good, however took to long over 30 minutes to bring well done meat
