I made a reservation for my boyfriends 35th birthday and requested to be seated by the wine wall. We were not. Instead we were taken to a side room- not special at all. No one said happy birthday until the very end when one of the servers asked us if we were celebrating anything special. We did not get any of the meat we wanted, meat service was exceptionally slow and they only kept returning with the cheaper cuts of meat; we never got lamb or even chicken. Family style sides did not come and when they did, they were cold. A manager did stop by but even after a light fix, I still wasn’t happy with the treatment for a special birthday. Definitely did not eat anywhere close to $55 worth of food, nor was it worth that price.
Glad to see even through the pandemic, they survived and kept service/food to tradition. Service persons are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend the experience
The experience was amazing. Adrian went above and beyond to make sure we got all of the meats prepared to our liking! We frequent to this location often and he always makes our experience amazing!

To many people all together no separations from table to table, food bad quality, and take super long to be serve.

Have eaten at this Fogo several times. Disappointed in the quality this time. Some of the beef was over cooked. Really pushing chicken selections. Once I asked for ribeye and tenderloin, they were promptly brought by the table. Service was good, as usual.
Need a better price option for teenage girls that eat $2 worth of food, other than that, it's great.

It was total new experience for me comparing to the previous one. This time I got a great service, great food and great variety. It is not a cheap restaurant but it it’s worth every penny.

service was terrible. Ever server walked passed us and never brought us any mashed potatoes for our table. My husband and I were celebrating our new baby and it was the worst restaurant ever. We will never go back.

The food was delicious but the servers kept making us feel like they were pushing us out the door. Granted it was a holiday but even still, if we’re paying for a service we should be treated properly.
Went there on New Years Eve. The place was wall to wall crowded with no social distancing whatsoever.
I understand stand it was year year eve. However We were had to request several times for the guys to bring the fillet to the table and the lamb and it didn’t come to the table till about the 4th time asked about a good 30-40 mins later.
I also bout a EGift card for $400 and I wasn’t able to redeem it because it was purchased about 3 hours prior check out. And I was told I can cancel the E card and get a refund. I call last week and I still haven’t heard back.

This was our 12th year visiting Fogo for a birthday celebration. We usually go to the Atlanta location but we were in Orlando this year. The three of us agreed that this was the best experience we’ve had in 12 years. All have been very good but this was phenomenal. Our server, Sam, was the best we’ve had. Thanks see ya next year, if not sooner

The availably of meats was very limited. The frequency of gauchos was very limited. The individual service from the wait staff was very good. I would never return to the restaurant on a holiday.
Delicious food and pleasant service. Understandably the lunch prices were increased for the holiday. The dining room does not observe social distancing. However they do a good job having each guest sanitize their hands as they enter the Buffet line.
Great Service as always! Splurged and ordered the Waygu beef on a salt board and it was the absolute, best splurge-best cut of melt-in-your-mouth-beef we’ve ever had.
Since my trip to Brazil was cancelled due to Covid I decided to spend Christmas Eve at Fogo de Chao Orlando. I used to live in Jacksonville-FL, and I loved Fogo de Chao in there. I left Fogo de chao super disappointed thinking the money I spent was not worth it - and I never felt this way when it came to Fogo de Chao. I had reservations, so there was basically no social distance between the tables, which concerned me a lot. The buffet had no many options - I understand the buffet concept in the US is different than the buffet in Brazil, but I'm comparing with the ones I've been to (Jacksonville and Minneapolis). The Churrasco itself, not many options, not even sausage came to the table. Filet mignon came just once, and I did ask the waitress about the sausage and the filet mignon. I stayed in there from 7:30 PM until 8:40 PM. I'm not sure if that's normal for the Orlando unit. I'm not sure if the bad experience was because Covid changes or because it was Christmas Eve. I am just disappointed about the experience in general. I'll try to give another try to the Orlando Fogo de chao.
Christmas Eve Dinner
We had an amazing time with a large group of 14 people. Igor was our head waiter and was fantastic! He went over and above for our table and we will be back!
