AMAZING experience. The grilled cheese & honey was one of our favorites. Everything was amazing. My favorite thing was they all work together as a family, everyone helps everyone. Super fast friendly service. We will definitely be back!

I’ve always been a big fan of Fogo de Chão, but after my most recent visit, I’m truly disappointed—and unfortunately, I don’t plan on coming back. We went to celebrate my mom’s birthday, expecting the same great experience we’ve had in the past, but everything was completely off from the start. The service was a mess. Our server seemed lost the entire time and made multiple mistakes with our orders. We ordered a lobster tail for each person at the table, and instead of bringing the lobster, he brought out just the butter. When the lobster finally did arrive, it was raw—we had to send it back. The meats, which are normally the highlight at Fogo, were slow to come out and completely lacked flavor. The entire staff looked confused and disorganized, like no one knew what they were doing or where they needed to be. It was honestly chaotic. This was supposed to be a special dinner for my mom, and instead, it was a huge letdown. I’ve given this place enough chances, and after this experience, I’m officially done. Not worth the price or the headache.

As always, a good option. My only complaint is that you shouldn't go before 6 p.m.—they're just starting to cook the meats, and they bring them out way too raw. You have to wait a long time for the meat to be cooked to your preferred doneness. Also, there's not much variety in the cuts—they always serve the same ones. Other than that, excellent!

First time coming here, From the moment we got there host was nice, greeted us nice. Brought us to our table and transformed us to a female server greeted us asked us if was wanted drinks we asked for water, she rolled her eyes and walked away then passed the table to someone else. we sat and waited 10 mins before the new server came over to say hi. This is where it continues to go downhill. She told the new server to take the table an asked what drinks they have she replied water he too mad a face looked at the table and walked away. He could have said hi hello welcome give me a minute drinks are coming out, but no. We just got ignored. Finally came over and said hi and asked only the waters today? We replied nicely we don’t have menus it’s our first time here we are here for our anniversary and he walked away to get menus. Food selection at cold bar was small, for the cost of what we paying i would like more then salad tomatoes and fruit. Cured meats and cheeses were over air dried and cheese dry hard and stale. meats! Wow. Bring it on… none of meat cutter knew their temperatures at all. We asked for medium everything I swear I saw a piece of steak move. It was either rare (raw) or well done. Nothing was seasoned at all. Didn’t get a dessert menu to look at. Best things we did enjoy. Drinks from bar and grilled cheese. Everything else was horrible now I have to makeup for this anniversary failure. Overall, we are bonafide fans of Fogo and Brazilian steakhouses. Our first visit was not good, but we decided to try again after three years. So the same holds true: once seated, the server took our drink order and then forgot about us. Once the first round of meat came around and the place became busier, it was harder to find our server to get the check. When having large celebrations, they need to hire more staff or organize events with more than 10 people efficiently.

Very poor experience. 1. We waited around an hour to get our table, even with a reservation. 2. Many of the wines on their list were not available, but all the more expensive ones were. 3. Our waiter was MIA for most of our meal. 4. The guys who serve the meats dripped on two people at our table (different times) and tools us they can do nothing about the stained clothes. 5. It took 20 minutes to get our bill, after asking for it.

Awesome food. Great service tonight for our large party, and appreciate the extra communication on our allergy concerns. Desserts were awesome too. Glad I did the lobster tail with the meats --- it was delicious 😋
