    We had a 9pm reservation and were celebrating our honeymoon. We received a call to come early as “they close the doors at 9.” At 9:15, the market table was cleared and we felt rushed. The restaurant should not offer reservation times close to closing if they cannot accommodate their guests during that time.

    We didn’t get the good meat until the end of the night and after we kindly asked for Picanha. We were also never informed when we arrived that chicken hearts and the pineapple are served only upon request , actually we only found out about this after we asked for these two things and at the end of the night when there was no time to wait for the kitchen to prepare it. It was very disappointing and definitely won’t go back to this restaurant, specially considering that we are locals and have other Brazilian steakhouses with a better customer service than Fogo de Chao.

    Really good food! Service quiet good, but if you like Well Done steak like I do, you have to keep insisting and waiting til they bring you some! Big variety of cuts, but some took long to show up and some others we never even got to see, but just the picanha and fraudinha were to die for! Love the cheese and honey as well!

    We had to wait towards the bar area. The outside door was opened. It was in the 60sF. Requested to have the door closed. They kindly did. But then a man comes and just says he needs it for the customer outside to get their rounds of meat/food. I understand. But, why should we have to freeze? The door is just a push no hard handled. You have to find a way to support inside and outside customers. Not just suck it up ladies.

    Maybe it was because it was Thanksgiving but it was a zoo!!!! Loud, crowded and slow service. Drinks and dessert were WAY overpriced. Waited long time for meats. Won't be back, sadly.

    Extremely busy. Service was lacking and our table of 3 seemed to be a low priority to getting served by the people bringing the meats. We were there 2 hours until we finally got the meats we wanted.

    The food was amazing! Our waitress Valentina truly rolled out the red carpet! She was attentive, friendly and even got us to try some new sauces and additions that are now must haves! I will definitely be back!

    This is our second location we visit in two months. The Ft Lauderdale location was amazing. The Orlando location was “meh”. Food not as seasoned, market table didn’t seem fresh. It was more expensive than Ft Lauderdale. Not great overall. Was just fine.

    Alex and team’s service was on point. The only issue I had was asking for certain meats to come around. Food was delicious and worth the visit. Restaurant was very busy, make sure to make reservations.

    The hostess was pleasant, and the environment was welcoming. The food service area was clean. The food labels were well-displayed. The 12 meats in the churrascuria were quality cuts, but the sirloin & the garlic steak were too dry. My server didn’t return to the table after I opted out of additional menu items. I recommend dining for lunch, since the same items are served for dinner, at a much lower price.

    I’ve been going to this Brazilian steakhouse for five years with my Brother in law. I cannot complain at all. The service I receive is phenomenal you need to ask for Raphael when you go. Excellent service as Always 😎
