The staff here get 5 stars! Everyone was A+++ especially Chris and Piero!!! What a team! The food was ok- not as flavorful or fresh as I was expecting but it was ok. I appreciated the care they took to keep the salad bar clean by having every guest put on gloves before using. That was a really safe touch. Overall it was an ok experience. The reason I’d visit again is because of the staff though. Truly an incredible team!

I am extremely disappointed in my experience yesterday. I paid nearly $1,200, and the service and my experience was absolutely terrible.
I have been to your restaurant many times and have always enjoyed the experience. I have referred many customers and decided to bring my team. I was embarrassed that I had told them how well it was going to be.
I will not return.

When you show up on time for a reserved table and are told to wait when tables are clearly available begins the encounter with an unhappy guest. I had to wait over twenty minutes while the hostess flitted around in a daze. Finally got seated next to the kitchen at what was the worst table in the whole place.
We then got constantly harassed by the server to order drinks, wine, and appetizers, which came out hot rather than cold. They were so overcooked you couldn’t get the lobster out of the shell. A waste of almost $40.
We got two serving of small pieces of meet and some plantains and mashed potatoes. The bread was inedible. During dinner we were harassed by someone selling sangria although we clearly had cocktails and wine.
Overall, a terrible experience. Run away

Felt incredibly neglected the whole entire time. I had to ask several times for my initial drink and that kind of behavior was experienced through out our time at the restaurant. We had a reservation as well and we have 2 kids and they stuffed us at a 2 seat table in a corner. We were pretty much overlooked and underserved the entire night. The food was absolutely mediocre and they only bring out the cheaper meat selections, I didn’t ever get offered a high quality cut of meat the entire meal. Definitely not worth the $200 we spent. Also, usually when we put it is for a birthday there is a special touch usually that the restaurant does to make the experience special. No one even mentioned happy birthday. Such a disappointment.
No guest should have to repeatedly ask to be served, as you should always be receiving attentive service. Please give us another chance, as we would be grateful to make this up to you in the future.
The experience was amazing. My daughter enjoyed it. This is a must while in N.O.
Were sat by manager. Started off great. Then no one came over to us again. We needed drinks, plates, our check, etc. had to flag someone down for everything. Very frustrating. Food was great.

First time and it won’t be the last
Very disappointed! The The food was mediocre. Also our waitress abandoned us mid-meal! I think the manager had to finish serving us. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Thumbs up. The only downfall was the face mask rule. Everybody was pleasant and the food was good. The drinks were also excellent.
It was our last night in New Orleans, so we decided to keep it low key for my birthday dinner and dine at Fogo de Chao (9:30 reservation) since we stayed at the JW Marriott. Our table was in the back room and nicely social distanced from the other guests. Our server (Chris) was welcoming and took our orders right away, but then the service declined significantly: 1) the salad bar was pretty scarce (missing smoked salmon and black beans), 2) it took over 10 minutes for my glass of wine to arrive, 3) meat selections were very slow to come out (average 15 minutes) and most red meat was rare, and 4) no salt and pepper shakers upon request.
I asked Chris about the flow of food and he notified his line manager, which still didn't improve matters, so I asked to see the manager of the establishment. He was very apologetic about the service and assigned one server to our table to consistently bring out the meat selections. In addition, my husband ordered the salmon and it took over 20 minutes to arrive.
Again, the manager apologized for the poor service and gave us a $25 Mother's Day gift card which he says hadn't expired. I would've preferred a discount on the meal because we're probably not going to visit any other location in the near future.

We love to have brunch and it was delicious!!! Especially the strawberry caipirinha.
Hostess was nice got us in early.
Server was terrible. She stood there staring at us waiting for us to order food I guess, I had to tell her we wanted to do the full experience, she looked surprised as if that’s not what everyone does. She explained nothing to us. We frequent Texas de Brazil so luckily we know the drill. We also know that her waiting until we were DONE eating meat to ask if we wanted any sauces or any complimentary sides is not good service. They’re not complimentary sides we pay for them with our full experience and they should be automatically brought to the table. So we got no bread, bananas or mashed potatoes. Also the meat was crazy salty, some was over cooked, we never got the filet mignon, and the gauchos only came along about every 5-10 minutes. We gave up and stopped eating it was pointless. Texas de Brazil makes this place look like a Golden Corral.
We take pride in the prompt and attentive service we offer, Jesus, so it's disappointing to hear we fell short. Our team hopes you award us a second chance to earn your 5-stars in the future.

Not sure if the reason why we hardly ever saw the person serving meat was because of the section we were at or by the time it got to us all the meat was gone. The service was ok server asked if we wanted more bread but never brought them. By the time we got the meat selection we water our mash potatoes were cold however the meats and over all food was good. I’m not sure if I go back or go back as hungry as I was.

It was my fifth year anniversary with my beautiful wife and the food was excellent the service was excellent overall had a wonderful time and we definitely go back again!
Went for breakfast. They should add turkey bacon or turkey sausage to the menu for us that don't eat pork.
We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed every minute of it. The food was wonderful, and the staff was very attentive and friendly.
Erratic service. Market Table selections reduced and not well presented. Have been to other Fogo restaurants and had a much better experience.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. It seems there is extreme concern about guests using the salad bar. There is no logical reason to make guests put gloves on both hands to use the salad bar. One hand is holding a plate and the other is moving from item to item, without changing gloves in between. Seems to be virtue signaling overkill.

Staff was nice
The price for Mother’s Day brunch was not advertised and I was surprised that the Churrasco experience was the only option offered and the cost was the dinner price. The Churrasco, The Market Place and Feijoada Bar and the service were not as good as I expected. Most of the food was bland and the hash brown potatoes were cold. The waiter forgot our side dishes and had to be reminded. I have dined here once in the past and it was such a great experience, so I am not sure what happened.
This is saddening to hear, as your experiences with us should always be fantastic. We hope you visit us in the future, as we are sure we can do better.
Service and staff were excellent. It was a different dining experience. I really enjoyed the foo. It was different in a good way!
Our waitress was not very attentive to our table. Other waiters and waitresses even the manager at one point noticed where she was slacking and stepped in to help us a few times. Besides that everything else was 5 star.
As we are from Mississippi, visiting this establishment is always on our list of things to do. I gave the service two stars only because the hostess seated us earlier than we’d planned due to canceling a tour.
There was a point when our server never returned. We saw him working in another section. He never made eye contact when we were trying to get our check. We had to get someone else to get it for us. I won’t say we will never return, but it might be a while before we get over this.

We celebrate our anniversary every year at Fogo. Hostess seemed a bit frazzled when we first arrived for our 6pm reservation, despite the restaurant being nearly empty.
After we were seated, the waitstaff seemed to get our table and the one next to us confused a few times. However, things eventually settled down and overall, another fantastic experience, finished off by a surprise dessert for our anniversary. Thanks to the thoughtful staff!
For some reason, the front of the restaurant was closed which is the brightest for brunch. When we asked the hostess, she said it was closed. When our server came to our dark table in the back of the restaurant, he said he'd wait on us in the front. So we moved to the front, and then they opened the front for others. I would have been very upset if this happened, and we were not able to move. We wanted a bright brunch! Use the front of the restaurant then the back, not the opposite way around!
The food and service were delicious. The hostess needs to learn or whoever is giving her direction on where to seat guests in broad daylight. I don't need ambient lighting at noon.
This was a disappointment. We were seated quickly but the waitress was inattentive to our request to have lemons brought out with our Pellegrino, which was at room temperature. We had to ask our waitress twice for plates when we were seated. The gauchos were pleasant but they didn't bring us the cuts of meat we wanted unless we asked twice. When we did get meats served to us, most of it was too salty and wasn't hot. I've had the Fogo experience in Baltimore over a dozen times, I've never been turned off of the brand until now. We won't be coming back to this location, and we'll caution anyone who is contemplating spending their money here.
