Imported prosciutto, calabrese salami, toscana salami, parma ham leg (prosciutto de parma from parma, italy) and spanish chorizo.
Food and service were great. Beef sliders appetizers are delicious!

The service and food was awesome for my sister in law birthday. They were the only restaurant in the city who could accommodate a large party and we truly appreciated it.

The experience at Fogo de Chao was second to none. We were seated shortly for our reservation and an attentive, personal, and warm server quickly attended to us. This was for my birthday dinner (not that I think they knew until I told them before dessert) but to my delight they brought me the "wrong" beer twice! They left it on the table both times, so of course I enjoyed. This is how you get people to want to come back to your restaurant!
As far as the food it was fantastic especially the meats. The finest cuts of top sirloin, ribeye etc were brought out quickly and each server remembered that I wanted medium rare. Fantastic service! Overall very pleased with Fogo de Chao and I will be going back!
Great food! Service was slow. They messed up our check. They did not offer a complimentary birthday dessert.

Was out of orange juice, Prosecco and salmon in New Year’s Day brunch.

Very slow drink service. Had to ask several times for service and waved server down. Dessert server was on it though. We didn’t get any, but she asked three times.
Overall good food and good ambiance, but overpriced.

The Good and The Bad: We made a reservation for a New Year's Day breakfast several days prior. There were no other options available on Open Table, so we were thankful to get a reservation somewhere. Location was great, and we walked around the French Quarter afterwards. There were lines out the door everywhere else, all the more reason to be thankful that we had our reservation and were seated immediately. It wasn't crowded in the restaurant. Service was slow, but there appeared to be only be 2 waitstaff. I sympathize with the current staffing issues, and I appreciate everyone who worked on New Year's Day. Our beignets were raw in the middle, the waiter returned with a new order of properly cooked beignets, plus he took the item off the bill, which was a good call on the part of the waiter. We ordered the Brazilian sausage and were very excited to try it, but we received bacon. We didn't say anything because we just wanted to eat at that point. Food was average, but it was reasonably priced. Glad we didn't go for brunch and pay the Churrascaria prices due to the poor reviews on the meat quality that I read afterwards. It was dark and freezing in there, so not much in the way of ambience.

The food bar was almost empty and nobody was replenishing the items. We asked several times to have certain meats brought to our table and that fell on deaf ears for the most part. I requested a certain item and they brought it to me after we were eating dessert. Not planning on coming back.

It was NYE and the Sugar Bowl was the next day in NOLA. They had 1 bartender for the entire restaurant. Our buzzer wasn't working correctly and they gave our table away 2 or 3 times and then put us upstairs in a corner. It wasn't the worst place I've ever been but I certainly won't go back.

Not at the level of other Fogo de Chao we have gone to. Variety of meat was not great. Lots of meats were not offered. Side dishes were also not coming to the table.
Buffet was much simpler than in other places.

Food bar was nice. Full of good selections. It was New Year’s Eve and they might have been understaffed but service was terribly slow. My guy ordered a couple drinks and it took well over 15 minutes each time he ordered. Also the quality of the means served was average. Again it was New Years so may have been problems with prep but the meats we tried were tough and not flavorful. Again may have been holiday issue. We had one waitress -I didn’t catch her name — but she was outstanding. Very attentive and responsive. She was flying around working hard for all like this place but don’t love it. One in Chicago area were much better.

We have been to several other Fogo de Chao restaurants in other cities and had loved the dining experience. We were looking forward to dining in this location, but were very disappointed with the experience overall. Service was very slow, and spotty at best. The meat service was very slow, and came around with the lower cuts of meat several times. The restroom situation needs to be improved. Only one restroom per gender, so there was a line. There was a sign saying other restrooms were available in the hotel. However, you had to have a hotel room key to get into those restrooms.
We apologize for the delay in service you mentioned, as serving our guests in a prompt manner is important. We will be reviewing your concerns with our team and hope for another chance to exceed your expectations in the future. Best.
Food quality is very good. Service was very bad this time around... Had to ask 2x for every drink, as they would forget it. Drink then comes wrong. First time in my life at a Fogo where i sat for 1+ hour, had dinner, and was not able to have 1 single piece of Picanha delivered to my table. After asking 3 times. Gave up and called it a night. Really sad about the experience and i am huge fan of Fogo de Chão.
Managed to score a table on New Year’s eve.. Head Chef of meat selection deserves special mention.
Staff was very inattentive and so was the selections of meats that came out many times we had to ask for something to brought to our table

It’s our tradition to have dinner here. Thank you to our servers, Carletta and Zeke. We did miss having the mint jelly with our lamb chops, though. Hope they bring it back.
While everyone went out of their way to provide excellent service, our server Danielle made our experience unforgettable!

We were there for my son‘s 12th birthday. The staff were overwhelmingly kind. Towards the end of the night the manager asked my son if there was any specific meat he would like brought to the table. He asked for a bottom sirloin and the manager served it to him himself.
I would say currently the only drawback is the website advertises valet parking, but there was none that evening. This is likely related to staff shortage is not a big deal but it caught me by surprise. I’d suggest calling ahead to see if valet is available and if not you’re better off taking a car service,

Waited 25 minutes after reservation time to be seated. The meats were not amazing. Steak must have been stamped "USDA Kind-of-OK". Service was decent enough for the "just keep bringing meat" plan, but one of our people decided instead to order a regular entree, which, 40 minutes after the rest of us had started eating still hadn't arrived (ended up cancelling it, and they were good enough to remove it from the bill). I waited 30+ minutes for my second cocktail to arrive.

We stopped in for lunch for our anniversary, I made sure to make reservations over a week in advance. This visit wasn’t up to Fogo’s usual quality. First round of meat, all of them, were pretty over cooked and dried out. Second time
around was a little better. I never salt my food, this all needed salt. Very tasteless, definitely not like Fogo at all. We always love the lamb, as we were finishing up the lamb finally came around. We were there an hour and it came around just once. I received the last lamb chop and split it with my husband. I figured the waiter would come back with more for my husband but he never did. I know we wasted quite a lot of food but it was so overcooked, we even requested more rare cuts of beef. Sadly, the cheese rolls and caramelized bananas were the highlight of our special lunch anniversary. The hostess told us happy anniversary and I hoped our waitress would at least offer us a complimentary dessert. Not this time. We dined back in October for a birthday dinner and it was incredible. This time was a huge letdown. Over $100 for a lunch that was two thumbs down. At least it wasn’t the dinner pricing!

We came to dine here on night 2 of our honeymoon. It was absolutely amazing! The food and service cannot be beat. The atmosphere is outstanding as well. I highly recommend coming here!!!
Was disappointed that it was my husbands birthday. I asked for something to be done for him. I choose a cheesecake for him and never got it.
This is the Walmart of Brazilian steakhouses. The food was ok. Nothing was outstanding. We were lucky to see the meat carvers come by our table.
We made reservations, but it was almost as if they overbooked. They weren’t taking walk-ins. But we still had to wait a while for our table.
There was a surprising number of kids there. It isn’t a kid friendly environment.
There are plenty of other good Brazilian steakhouses. So, this will be my choice of last resort.

Excellent food, especially loved the harvest table.
I’ll start by saying that this location was overwhelmed and likely overbooked for Christmas dinner. The servers were trying to keep up with requests but couldn’t seem to do so. But they did try. I sent back mashed potatoes bc they were cold abs didn’t receive replacement potatoes until the end of dining experience. There were so many other challenges throughout the evening like having a 6 pm reservation but not being seated until 7:15. It just wasn’t that good but again, the servers were trying.

This was the worst experience I have had at a Fogo restaurant. The salad bar was very limited and so was the meat. It was a long wait in between the meats and not all were offered.

I had read many concerning reviews about this restaurant. However, we had a lovely time. Great service, excellent food. We will go again.
We had a reservation but had to wait 20 mins. Then our waitress was MIA and we didn’t get refills of our drinks. Food was delicious.
Fantastic food & service! Definitely recommend! Servers were so great they made sure we got the food we really enjoyed.
An unusual experience not like most other restaurants. Ordering the "feed me" meat entree presented a delivery system that I had not experienced before Gauchos would circulate the dining room with sizzling skewers of different beef, chicken or lamb that they would slice off. As long as you had the green chit facing up someone would stop by every few seconds. It was a very energetic experience. Oh, and the meat was very tasty. A nice experience. I would do it again.
Had a reservation and still waited 20 min to get our table. The waiter forgot our drinks. I was brought lamb and the waiter said it was filet mignon. The quality of the meats is not the best. The cheese bread was dry and burnt. The polenta was cold. Definitely not going back.
