   We celebrated our Anniversary at Fogo de Chao and the service we received from Johnathan was great. Really pleasant attitude and he seemed happy to serve. The food was tasty. I had the salmon and my husband opted to try all the meats. His favorite was chicken and lamb chops. They came around with cheese and honey which was amazing. The ambiance and temperature could be warmer. (It's way too cold in the restaurant as we took our dessert to go. )

   We went there for lunch. We chose the lunch salad option. There is so much to choose from on the salad bar. We never are disappointed.

   The service was excellent. Johnathan was our main server and he was pleasant, attentive, and cheerful which made a world of a difference. Great meat selections and different offerings as to the manner the meat was cooked. The daily happy hour specials were also a plus. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

   My partner and I had a date night and we had Jonathan as our server. He was above and beyond! There were some items I was waiting on and he had the team get it cooked and sent to me within 5 minutes! He always kept our water and wine glasses full and he was very attentive and informative. 5 star date night! And as always the rest of the staff was amazing. We love this place!!

   The WORST EXPERIENCE. Trusting the service I experienced from fogodechao before, I brought a valuable guest. It was their first fogodechao experience but was far from acceptable. Our server was "Bryanna" according to the receipt because she barely communicated with us, she answered most of our questions with a sneer and reluctant by any means. Even when she spilled water and made a paddle on our table due to her own mistake, she left it without cleaning it. No changing tables or linens…she ignored my request even though I wrote it on the reservation card and mentioned it twice when showing her our reservation that it was my guest's birthday. During payment, she came to my table with the wrong receipt (despite me reminding it twice) again and someone else had to intervene to correct the mistake as she was trying to charge higher price and advertised. After the whole thing, we were all surprised that neither a manager or anyone else asked how our experience was before we left. The fact that everyone at our table was Luxury Service Marriott employees and my guest was known personality in local Food and Beverage scene, it was more disappointing that I invited everyone here which is the mistake I will not repeat it again! I am certain we all left with no positive or even acceptable service experience as this place did not pass even bare minimum standards you would expect from chain brands.

   The salad bar had little black flies flying around inside. They also kept flying around us as we ate. Not relaxing having to worry about them landing on our food or drinks.

    It was as expected food wise. The salad bar was diverse and fairly fresh. The meat - plentiful and never ending - but the cuts were not what you would find in a high end NOLA steakhouse like Chopped. It was great as a mid week vacay meal.
