   Not worth it for the money. Open table says 430 and under, but my 9 year old kid was over $30 and barely ate. We asked for specifics foods, multiple types, and only 2 out of the 8 waiters/food runners brought what we asked for. It took them 30 minutes to bring us lamb, while other tables got it. Asked for our steak medium, they brought it very rare or well done. Not sure they understood anything we said. I will not go back, epic disappointment.

   I hate being negative in reviews, but last night is hard not to. We had to wait 30min for our table, despite having a table reserved for a couple of days. We've been here multiple times, so expect a certain minimum level of instruction and service. I ordered a 'full experience' and the sides didn't show up for over 20min. I was not given approval that I was okay to go to the salad bar, so I just ended up walking over on my own. With the green meat request flipped over requesting meat and requesting servers, multiple skipped past us, even servicing the table next to us before for almost 10min. My wife ordered a shrimp and lobster plate, which was not good. The crab claws were bad - both visibly and while trying to eat it the texture was wrong. It tasted like dirty water and ended up making her mildly sick once we got home. They apologetically took it back and waived the cost, asking what she would like instead and phrased in a "we'll make it up; get what you want" manner all while recommending a 'full experience'. She had three pieces of meat: one was burnt bacon-wrapped flank, another well-done filet, and lastly med-well rib-eye. All after waiting for another almost 10min and asking for med-rare. Upon receipt of our check, it included a second 'full experience' - of which she ate three pieces. So, the reservation seating was delayed by 30min, service was poor, her seafood plate was bad, and they then recommended then charged us for an expensive meal after providing bad food. This is the third time the seafood platter has been bad. The last time, the food was still frozen when it came out. I really can't recommend it anymore at this point. It is a restaurant that we like to go to and have for years, especially for special events. Edit: note from the restaurant is to expect a brief wait at this time due to an influx of diners. 30min is not brief. This is a national chain - they should know how to prevent this by booking properly. Not an excuse

   Poor service all around. We waiting 30 minutes for a waiter after being seated, did not have the types of meat we were wanting, and the eventual server didn’t bother to check in with us until we needed the check. I was hoping it would be a great spot for my birthday and was so disappointed by the lack of service and caring of the wait staff.

   Yaxel was our server and really did a great job at everything! We have been many times before and I have to say he made our experience so much better! He was always checking in if we needed anything and we never had to water for our waters to be refilled (which isn’t normally the case) he was a friendly face and just a great waiter!

   Great place for a family dinner, our server was excellent and the food was delicious! I liked that the kids could pop outside and run around the water feature out front. Everything was great, we'll be back!

   It was a great experience. Maya was our waitress and made sure we had a great time. The food came fast and was delicious. She made sure our wine glasses stayed full and everyone had everything they needed at all times. Great night.

   Words can’t describe this place - one of my very favorites of all times - this is probably my 8th time visiting this establishment and never once have I had a single negative thing to say!

    This is better than the Denver location. Fogo de Chao has been our favorite since 2009. Thanks Alanis for the excellent service. You’re very patient with the kids. My daughter loved her birthday celebration today. ❤️
