Meat was very slow, some cuts not available for a prolonged time. Porkchops were inedibly dry. Salad/Side bar was good. Picanha was never crispy or slightly charred. Maybe train the kitchen staff.

Some of the meats were not up to quality from previous times we’ve been there but other then that it was still an enjoyable experience

They didn't come around with all of the things they have on the list that they are supposed to. We had to ask for the chicken dishes, and it took a lot time, the extras, such as the little cheese rolls and potatoes are very difficult to get and slow.

Dear Fogo de Chão Team, I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your restaurant. I made a reservation through the special promotion link, which directed me to OpenTable and clearly advertised the $49 dinner special. Nowhere on the page did it state that the promotion was not valid on Father’s Day. When I arrived and mentioned the special to our server, she acknowledged it without issue. However, a few minutes later, the general manager came over and informed us that the special would not be honored due to a supposed fine print exclusion for Father’s Day. This was not mentioned anywhere during the reservation process or on the promotional page. I’ve since re-checked, and there is still no such disclaimer. What made the situation worse was the dismissive and condescending tone of the manager, which made me feel belittled and as though I was being accused of misunderstanding or trying to game the system. This was both unnecessary and upsetting. It’s frustrating to feel misled by unclear promotional practices and then be treated poorly when trying to address it. I hope this feedback prompts a review of how your promotions are communicated and how guests are treated when they raise concerns. I’d appreciate a response and clarification on how situations like this will be handled going forward.

Food is usually great. Today it was mediocre at best. Maybe because they were so busy with Father’s Day. Still disappointed to spend over $200 for two people.
