Everything was beautiful for our first anniversary. However, we had to ask for cheese bread four times.
Great place for celebrating a special occasion, brunch was an ideal time.
What a great experience! Our waitress, KP, made the experience super memorable. Great time, the wait was worth it.
Food was too salty and waiting time was too long.
We are at Fogo once a week and as soon as we walk through the door the personalized service begins. We feel like family!
Great service and food. Really appreciate the good care they took of us! Thanks fogo!
Customer service was ok, a little bit busy so the waitress took time bringing our drinks. Everything else was good.
Spectacular accommodations for our anniversary. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. The best part my wife loved it and we have been raving about it to go back sooner than later.
Love this restaurant! The staff is super friendly and accomodating, the food is delicious and beautiful and the atmosphere is lovely! Thank you :)
Service of all the wait staff was wonderful. They were all professional, courteous, and personable. Plus understanding - one of our person in our party wasn’t feeling well and they were so accommodating and offered her hot tea.
Food was plentiful. I wish I could eat like I did when I was younger . Food was excellent in taste
Restaurant was clean and environment was pleasant
We love the Lone Tree Fogo family
Shawn, Daniel, KP, Vando, Anderson. The minute we walk through the door they have all our favorites ready to go!
Very professional service teamwork. Happy atmosphere.
We always love Fogo De Chao & this time was no exception. We were a bit early for our reservation so started at the bar & got excellent drinks from Abe. He made me a custom martini that was fantastic & we were seated shortly after.
For the first time ever, we were led up the stairs to sit in a quiet & uncrowded area. The vibe was so different & I have to say, I think I would prefer to be seated up there for all future visits. The full salad bar was available and the meat dudes swung by just as frequently. I thought I’d tried everything that Fogo had to offer, but this visit we were absolutely blown away by the garlic steak that came around. The fat on it was cooked to a perfect crisp and the center remained medium rare and super juicy. The flavor was so delicious that is was obscene. The lamb chops were absolute perfection & the ribeye was marbled like a dream. Every piece of meat I ate was seasoned perfectly, cut like butter & the temperature was never overdone.
I only weigh 110 pounds, but I feel like I consumed enough food for someone 3 times my size. I left too full to even bring home dessert, which is rare for me. Probably one of my best experiences so far at Fogo. Will absolutely be back.
Tasty food and attentive service. Our server Quiara was friendly and engaging. The roasted meats were delicious.
Not So good! Food was very average. Salad bar was picked over and not fresh looking… many items they walk around serving came out looking undercooked. I ordered a select cut of meat off the menu while the rest of the table ordered the all you can eat “experience” my food took close to an hour to come from the kitchen even though our waitress said it would be out soon repeatedly! Rest of my party was done with their meal before I was served my main course! Gave us free dessert to try to make it ok after the manager was told what happened. Still, I will not go back…. not worth the prices for just adequate food.
Horrible service and food quality. Really disappointed, won’t be going back.
Plates at salad bar were dirty. And not just one plate. All the plates. Everything else was good.
Been eating at various Fogos since 1995 - beginning in Brazil - have taken many customers on business meals over the years - spent thousands of dollars. Last night was the worst experience possible. I don't mind seeing price increases, but the service level has dropped to rock bottom. Staff for the most part are rude, have to ask for clean plates, for refills, the food from the kitchen is so slow there were times we sat with clean plates waiting for 10-15 minutes. Haven't been to this one since the pandemic started - did not see the GM who was normally there and knows me - my guess is he left because the service was never this poor - the salad bar was sparse and empty too. Dallas and Houston are polar opposites of Lone Tree. The downtown Denver location is still very good. So much for protecting the 'brand'.
Well, won’t be going there again. The service was literally non existent. We had to practically waive someone down to come to our table. I’ve had better service at Chick-fil-a. Way better. For a place that charges over $50/plate we were very disappointed.
You would be better off just going and getting a great steak at Eddie Vs
It was my first time at this location. My date lived her first time there. Food and service was amazing. Food was also delicious! We will be back...
Good value for money considering how frequently you are served food. Wait time on a Saturday was 30 minutes even with a reservation
Fantastic attention and service. Food kept coming!
Decided to try this location for our dinner date. We normally go the location in Denver, but I didn’t feel like going downtown this time for our date. Everyone was very attentive and it was consistent for the whole time we were there. Alot of different meat options from the gauchos who were coming out to serve and cheese also with honesy was so good! We felt better served here then when we have gone downtown. We are deciding to make this out new date/special occasion spot to eat at now.
We are weekly regulars and the Fogo family makes us feel special! We adore the staff!
The salad bar did not have many options, the rice was not completely cooked and somewhat tasteless.
We dine frequently and unfortunately the service has been getting worse every time. For my birthday it took around 10-15 minutes to even get acknowledged. I didn’t even know who my
Great service staff!
I had the best birthday with my friends here. Boat loads of meat. Great wine too. Our waiter was awesome.
Thank you Lone Tree Fogo for your personalized service! Wow, outstanding customer service!
Great experience everyone was attentive
Great restaurant and really good food! I’m just not a fan of the multi waiter model. But the people who brought the meats out were very attentive. Will definitely go back!
we had an awesome night!! all the staff was so friendly and the food was delicious as always
The quality of this chain has significantly diminished over the last few years. I recall having a sense of luxury when experiencing Fogo de Chao, even up to 3-4 years ago. However, if that is the vibe you are looking for, then this is not the restaurant for you.
For this particular location, the service was terrible. After we brought back items from the appetizer/salad station, the meat starting arriving, but we did not receive our drinks or sides until midway through the meal, even after requesting several times for both. When the sides arrived, it was a huge disappointment. For 5 guests: 2 plantains and about 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes X 2 small plates. That's it. A second round of drinks was asked for, but did not arrive until we were completely done with the meal.
The star of the show is still the meats, but the rest of the experience was mediocre at best, and not at all what this chain used to be.
Looking at the August reviews I was worried about the service and food choices. This is not Texas DB, but for a closer option, it was well worth it. Staff was abundant, friendly, and never had to wait for the food. Salad bar was limited but fresh, then again who goes to places like this for a salad? Hot bar was beans, rice, and soup. Not lobster bisque. Over all experience was great. Love the Lonetree option.
It was very apparent that the staff was almost completely new.
Our server was great at first. Then a 15 top of loud men came in. Then we were ignored, and had to ask for everything.
The good tasted great and the Market Table was wonderful.
Great service! Celebrated my twin daughters 30th birthdays.
Every Saturday or Sunday we’re at the Lone Tree Fogo, they always have our tables ready to go! Thank you!
