    As you walk on you are greeted by friendly and helpful hosts. Our first date out in a while and the atmosphere was lively with conversations but still able to hear one another from across the table. The waiter was knowledgeable on the menu but then proceeded to forget about us. Instead of being honest he lied which is bo reflection of the business but of that individual. When we asked if we would be able to get water it seemed as if we offended him by asking. To me this was just an annoyance but to my wife she felt very uncomfortable with his demeanor towards us after we asked if we could get our check. There was a very helpful individual named Cassio who did everything he could to assist the situation and make her feel more comfortable. The experience made it very difficult to see the value of the meal. We also got the Sea Bass and it was very fishy but at least they did not charge us for it. Our chances of returning are slim but not zero.

    Excellent service after the initial drink order. Second round of staff awesome. First did not explain enough as half our guests had never eaten there. Overall the experience was terrific and we will be back!

    Everything was wonderful the food was amazing. I had Gastric Bypass on 10/05. Normally I get full fast and feel sick, but that didn’t happen will be going again.

    This place is truly one of a kind. I love this place and every time we have gone it was perfect. I love the staff and how they are so friendly and helpful. Zack was our server and he was on point and very attentive. I know people probably don't come because they think it is expensive. It's truly worth every penny. I had the salad bar only and it was 17.00-18.00...this is not your "average" salad bar..... truly worth it.

    Nice atmosphere and the food is amazing. However, getting service from the wait staff is a bit difficult unless you have a big party reserved. I definitely noticed a huge difference in the service I received when going in a company group and birthday party versus going as a couple.

    I’m kind a little disappointed with my experience. Everyone was polite and prestetive when called, but my request took a while to be answered. I had to insist to have meat(!!) and swap mine and my niece plates because no server was around to help us. Very expansive for the type of service. I think that the glorious days of Fogo de chão are in the past. Food was ok, I would expect more for the price.

    Took our daughter here for her birthday dinner. Always a fun place to eat. Service was amazing. Food was good. You get a lot for the price. Not somewhere to eat daily otherwise we would weigh 500 lbs. fun place for a celebration and they know how to do things right!!!

    Because of the holiday, they did not offer the a la cart meat selections. This should have been noted before I made reservations. Disappointed. Staff was difficult to find. Had to ask repeatedly for coffee, rolls, potatoes, etc. This was a late seating and the restaurant was moderately busy, but not full. Definitely won’t return on a holiday again

    To be fair, we went on Thanksgiving and it was packed. We were there late in the day and you could tell they had been running full speed for hours. Bathroom was a total mess. But, the service was outstanding and the food was delicious. We were extremely satisfied.

    We went Thanksgiving Evening which was very busy and noisy as expected. We got there 15 minutes before our reservation but still had to wait 30-40 minutes to be seated. Positives: We mainly ate the beef items which were very delicious. The fried plantains, garlic mashed potatoes, bread, squash soup, bottle of Cabernet wine from Chile and molten chocolate cake were all good. Negatives: Sent back the fish plate from the menu which was too oily and salty. We asked several times for chicken but only got skewered chicken legs which were burnt. The sliced turkey breast by the buffet / soup table was dry. Some pieces on the salad bar were spoiled / not fresh. Overall, most of us really enjoyed it.

    Restaurant was very good. Service was excellent, cleanliness was very good, choices were very good. Value for types choices was not what I expected. Over priced for the types of meat served as part of the choice packages. Up charge for prime meat choices were not in line with overall market prices.

    We dine in this restaurant every year, and it is getting worse and worse. The salads in the bar are old and saggy, looks like they were prepared several weeks ago. The meat selection was mainly chicken, pork and sirloin, and you need to request lamb or some other more expensive meats. The servants were not even looking at the tables, just going randomly from table to table. We left a decent tip, but this place needs to improve.

    We went for the Market table lunch as a Business Thanksgiving Celebration/end of year meeting. It was super affordable, it had something to accommodate our small but picky team, the service was more than we typically get considering we are not the fanciest looking group. But in our industry fashion is low on the list, however, quality is important, and we got great quality in your establishment.

    The experience started off great and as usual the food was very good. However our two servers did not bring drink refills as promised on multiple requests. Finally a third staff member not assigned to our table saw our 4 empty glasses and made sure we had refills so that we could enjoy our meal. Quality service is a must for a dining experience like this and on this trip it did not meet expectations unfortunately.

    Everything at the market, salad bar, was very good except the potato salad was really bland. Haven’t had that experience before. My mother ordered a grilled chicken breast which was way over cooked. Much to grilled. The restaurant was nice enough and took it off the bill and only charged her for the market portion of the meal. Everything else was terrific. The lamb steak was out of this world And the ribeye was incredible. Service is always over the top here and they didn’t disappoint this time. We brought my parents who had never been before, and my father just absolutely loved it. He wants to come back. So does my mother, if only to try the lamb. Have they gotten the potato salad and the grilled chicken right, it would’ve been five stars all the way.

    My friend and I stopped there on the way home from a Jag game. It had been recommended several times and we figured we’d try. It was amazing. The food was prepared perfectly and the service was above and beyond expectations . We will definitely be back again and recommend it highly to others.

    Sadly the service was once again poor. The service team concept perhaps is the problem as no one seems to take ownership of a table. Everyone shares responsibility but no one really delivers in a timely or adequate manner. Perhaps there is lots of turnover as well. I’ll go someplace else next time.

    Was misled by server on Veterans Day. He told us the wagyu steak was included in the half off discount. It was not and for my first wagyu, it was not even as good as a regular ribeye. He said he’d adjust the bill, but only gave 10% off that I was to get anyway as wife of veteran. He then promised 2 free desserts, and 30 minutes later delivered only one. We would have much rather had the assorted grilled meats and not pay $150 for a steak. We agreed to buy it because we were told it would only be $75. Real wagyu is not supposed to be tough and chewy. We were so frustrated, we just left. Following up on this comment, manager has given complimentary meal to make up, and has promised to talk to staff. We will be going there again soon.

    The meat was raw and cold to the touch, we requested specific items to try and they never ever brought it out after 30 minutes, the waitress that serviced us kept trying to sell us the Wagyu special even after we told her no thank you twice, it took them about 10 minutes before the first meats were brought out, they seem to neglect our table as a whole. Never experienced the service quality so bad here.

    Food was delicious. Personally felt very overstimulating due to the restaurant being very noisy and super crowded. The service was very good. It was my first time at a Brazilian steak house and did not love the constant approaches for meat even when my card read no refill. Definitely a fun first experience when you have the right people.
