   Ambiance and decor are inviting. It's an open feel with good lighting. The Wagyu Ribeye ($155) was over-seasoned but we thought the hot salt rock was clever to reach desired doneness, bite by bite. The crab-topped asparagus was good, just didn't expect it to be cold/chilled. The worst part was the service. We were expected to wait 15-20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated, which is fine, but the staff was unorganized, uneducated in proper table service, would disappear for too long too many times, and do not understand wine service at all... We brought a very nice bottle and paid a corkage fee only for it to be treated like bottom-shelf. Kind of embarrassing in front of my guest. Poor training and management of a great floorplan and concept. Won't be back.

   Overall this place was very good. The food was great! The salad bar was stocked and fresh. The meats were cooked perfectly. My favorite was the lamb and bottom sirloin. The only complaints I’d say were I wish they enforced a little stricter dress code. There were some people in there with pj’s on or very skimpy clothing which was inappropriate in that level of a restaurant. And our drinks came out very slowly and had to ask for them 2 or 3 times. I understand they were busy but still. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

   This place was packed on a Friday night so obviously many people think that it’s well worth the money. My husband and I did not think so.  it’s a great place to get a lot of protein but the market table was nothing special. The meat for the most part was good, but I’d rather just go have a steak at Ruth’s Chris and will in the future. Our service was poor. Our waiter let all our water glasses go dry, and there’s so much salt in the food that we were very thirsty before we realized not one of us had a drop of water on the table.  My husband and I really looked forward to this visit because we’ve never eaten at a Brazilian steakhouse before but we won’t go back.

   We always enjoy eating at Fogo de Chao, but my wife is not a big eater so the standard Churrascaria Experience is typically too much for her. As such, we love these specialty nights where we get a couple of beverages, several bar bites and a sampling of delicious steaks. This particular experience was Bourbon and Ribeye. The Bourbon selection was excellent, the Bar Bites were delicious and both the Bone-In Ancho Ribeye and the Tomahawk Ribeye were outstanding. We highly recommend these specialty dinner nights, especially if you feel like the full Churrascaria Experience is too much for you.

   The event was very nice. A bit different from the last one I attended where the food was buffet style and not catered to the tables. The food and bourbon were very good. The managers and servers were very friendly and generous about making sure that we had enough of the included appetizers and if we wanted additional drinks and dessert throughout the event. My only concern was that the staff was a bit slow with delivering drinks and appetizers at the beginning, but they improved once we were under way. I will plan on doing type of event at Fogo de Chao in the future.

   Overall, we had a good experience. The service was outstanding. The meats were quite fatty and a little too tough. The “buffet bar” wasn’t that special. The rolls were delicious. The atmosphere was nice; although, the family next to us decided to bring their two crying babies, which really rubbed me wrong because my husband and I were paying a sitter $16/hr to have a date night as we sat next to them. I don’t get inconsiderate people. This can’t be a mark against the restaurant, though.

   Disappointed. Went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday expecting a n experience of a lifetime. It probably was because I don’t see us ever going back. Costly, chaotic, poor service from waitress. Felt like I was having dinner in a blender and couldn’t get anything to wash down the tough, dried out steak offerings. In a room with two large groups that were so loud. Like they were having a Saturday outdoor cookout inside! Couldn’t wait for the experience to end. Tried to calm down and regroup with after dinner coffee and dessert, but didn’t get the $5.00 a small cup until the desserts had been completely consumed. What was the point? Too late! Definitely a once in s lifetime experience!

    Service was slower than usual. We had to ask numerous times for sides, bread, meats, etc. Hopefully it was just an off night but surprised it took us asking multiple times and multiple staff for things.
