We celebrated my daughter’s birthday.
We were accommodated earlier than our reservation, thanks to the ladies at the door. There were 6 of us, we ordered three of their dining Brazilian experience, and it was disappointing coz it took a while before we were able to try them all. We had to request several times to be able to taste the different meat selections. Took us three hours to get the food, the birthday complimentary cake took a while too but thank you 😊 All in all it wasn’t a great experience for a $400 + bill. I think I’ll try the Brazilian steak house in Long Beach instead. I don’t think we’ll be returning to this one any time soon. I wanted my kids to experience a nice birthday, two of them but it was a flop!

Though things were overall good the availability of meat wasn’t as large parties took up a lot of choices.
This is a great place to go for a special occasion. Bring your appetite if you are going to do the food sampler deal, the staff is readily available to bring you all different kinds of meat to try. The quality of meat is good and the variety is abundant.
Great food, service and ambiance! We didn't use the open buffet because we only eat halal, so we ordered fish from the a la carte menu. Wish if they add a halal food option in the future, God willing.
Staff seemed overwhelmed trying to keep up with unexpected demand on a Tuesday evening. We reserved for a special occasion for 15 people. We were seated promptly and staff members were very kind but seemed a bit frazzled by our large number. The service was slow and the food was not tasty.
While we appreciate you noting our team's kind service, we truly apologize for not earning your full satisfaction. We'd love to have another opportunity to provide you with a joyful experience, so we hope you'll consider returning. Thank you.

The service was awful. We kept having to ask serveral different servers for our drinks that we ordered to arrive along with other condiments. We waited 15min for our drinks to arrive. They forgot to enter in our dessert order. Then it got delivered to the wrong table and was sent back so we ended up with melted ice cream. We never had the same server return to our table. It was always someone different. The only was who helped him us fully was Alfredo and he wasn’t even serving our section.
The food was definitely not worth the price. The meats had no flavor and the salad bar was never fully stocked. I asked the guy stocking the buffet bar if he could bring out more bread and he said it would be 20min or more cuz they had to cut it. I asked again if he could go check or ask someone else and he said No. I definitely will not be returning to or recommending Fogo de Chao.

I've been to probably 15 different Fogo De Chao restaurants all across the country
Only once before had I have this problem where the Server completely ignored or forgot about my table.
How much I spent is irrelevant as all deserve great service. But after ordering enough to warrant a decent ammount on the bill one would think the Server would pay a bit more attention for the tip.
After an hour and a half and I couldn't get my parties water and or drinks refilled or get a chance to order desert the tip went out the window as well as our satisfaction of location.
The Customer Service Representative came by and I explained what was going on. She did her best to make things right and I appreciate and applaud her efforts. Still, it was after the fact and the mood was killed.
The food was fantastic, the place was clean and enjoyable. The CSR was amazing.
I will return in the future but for this particular visit, I can not over look that my party was over looked for nearly the entire visit.

Servers never came to us. We had to keep yelling out for them to stop. They always passed us as they came out of the kitchen. The waitress kept forgetting to bring us back something we asked for. Like for example, we asked for creamer for our coffee and she never came back. Then checked on us and the coffee was cold but no creamer in hand.. Food was good but service was not acceptable.

I have eaten at a variety of Brazilian style restaurants including some in Brazil. I found the meat to be of rather low quality, Lots of fat and gristle. At least half the meat was fat or not edible.
Service was also inattentive. Perhaps they are understaffed? That I could understand.
I am a harsh critic in that the quality and freshness of the ingredients is very important to me I think that the price did not match the quality.

Our group has very little meat because waiters rarely came by. Service to get drinks and utensils were neglected. Refills were once for the total hour we were there. For a four hundred dollar price tag. Never again.

The service was great but the buffet items were not fresh. The silver ware were dirty and the menus needed to be cleaned. I can’t believe they would give us stained menus and dirty silverware during COVID. our server was great and so were the meats but for the price- it’s not worth it.

This is THE place for meat lovers to dine in an upscale restaurant and have a nice gathering with friends and family. Very convenient access from Irvine Spectrum shopping plaza. The assortment of steaks was mouth watering and the table carve side service was quick and efficient. We will come back on another special occasion.
Food was great, service was good. They forgot my friend's lemonade drink. We asked for 4 times and was never brought out. Talked to the sever and she said the dessert person didn't come to work and they usually make the lemonade. So it was forgotten about. NBD. Food came out pretty quickly. Overall would recommend.

Great food, delicious cuts of meant done perfectly, and the market table offered a delicious fresh spread with great variety. Though our server forgot to bring 3 of 4 of our sides for the full experience, a hostess came by later, inquired and made sure we quickly received the sides and the few cuts of meat we hadn't yet got. Our only complaint was that on of the doors at the front was left open, and because we were seated not far from the door, it was uncomforably cold sometimes. Overall, a good experience with great food.
Dined on Christmas Day. Food was mostly good, though the meat was over salted. Ordered a Papaya Ice Cream dessert. Waited for 20-30 minutes. The dessert was sitting so long it was more like Papaya Ice Cream milk. Then, they attempted to over charge me for "Christmas Day", even though there was not mention of a higher price on the menu nor disclosure by any employee prior. I still tipped 18%. This was my first visit and will be my last visit.

This location has seriously gone downhill. This was a second time that this has happened as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Fogo used to be the best Brazilian BBQ around but not anymore.
From making reservations and then checking in and waiting 20 minutes past while other parties of the same size that checked in after us were seated first is only the start. Getting dirty menus while seated for the $63.95 BBQ that was marginal at best. However, the biggest let down was the Buffet area that was widely considered the best is below mediocre. White rice that was not white race and not cooked to soggy black beans. My wife who is Brazilian commented on how the food is nowhere near what it was.
This was our last time at this restaurant considering the service, quality of food, and lack of value.

Service is great. Food is good. We had a good time.
Service was fantastic, very friendly and prompt. But much of the meat was dry and over cooked, and one slice was raw.
The pieces that were cooked right were delicious, but were few between. Also the salad bar was decent, but so busy and not well stocked, which was understandable given we ate on Christmas Eve.

Went for Christmas Eve and the food overall could have been better. Not sure if it’s just this location or it’s a one off or what but the taste of food doesn’t wow me. I felt like i was eating the steaks and chicken like as if I cooked at home. It did lack a bit of flavor on most meats I tried. The price person doesn’t match the quality of food. This is a one time place to try in your life and see how it goes after. Service is pretty good, just not the food.
Food was great, service at the table was poor at best. Server disappeared at the beginning of the meal and we were only checked on when we were able to flag someone down, let someone who appeared to be in charge know as we were leaving, and was offered a half-hearted apology. Unacceptable.
