   This was our first time at this restaurant, and it was the worst experience. We waited over 20 minutes to be seated, were met with a foul odor, and received terrible service. The quality of the food and salad bar was also extremely poor. Overall, it was a total waste of time and money—very disappointing.

   We were a bit let down by our recent visit to Fogo de Chão. The food just didn’t have the flavor we were hoping for, and our server wasn’t very attentive. The BBQ meats didn’t come around as often as they should have, and it took about 30 minutes (and several requests) to finally get one specific cut we were really looking forward to. For the price, the experience didn’t quite live up to our expectations. Hopefully, it was just an off night.

   Service was both slow and lacking. Three out of every five times meat was brought by our table it was the bacon wrapped chicken or steak. Even with that service was just slow to our table.

   Very poor service, the meat selection was mediocre, meat too well dine and cadence of the carvers was extemely slow if any. We had to ask several times we them to come around. We got the added lobster and crab cake which is def not worth it. Would not go back.

   The food was good, but they need to be more attentive to their guests when it comes to serving meat. They rarely came by so we found ourselves picking through the “market table” without much meat to enjoy. Our server was poor, at best. He mailed it in from the start. We never got any of the sides, even AFTER he acknowledged he failed to bring them…and said he would be right back with them. His attitude was lousy and it was clear he did not want to be there. Being a server isn’t his thing. No doubt. Basically, the food was good, the experience was underwhelming.

   Salad bar smaller than other Brazilian steak houses we’ve been too but I loved their pork belly and sausage. The meats could be coming around more frequently and could have more flavor. Our server didn’t smile the entire time while serving us. Overall ok for our anniversary

   The service was great but the wait time was horrendous. We waited an hour to be seated and we had a reservation . It ruined Mother’s Day for my Wife and Mother-in-Law . Yes, the Mother-In-Law! We won’t go back again , as there are several other Churasterias with spot-on reservations. ***May 13, 2025 Response from Ivan to Fogo De Chao *** I am good, and I don't need to contact you through your website.    The experience was great considering I was able to get a table faster for booking online through the app. We sat out side and the service was slow considering it was mother’s day with big tables around us. The food was great.
