We visited as a party of 5 yesterday. I would like to start off by saying the food itself was amazing. The service however was less than stellar. While we were seated immediately, it took around 15 minutes for someone to actually greet us and take our drink orders; this was after someone from our party hailed down a server. What made the experience itself unpleasant was there was a larger party came shortly after us that was greeted right away with drinks and everything. We felt forgotten about and it left for an unsatisfying experience.

The food was great, and the market table was amazing, as always. We enjoyed our time there and the food. It was the first time for my husband and friends, and they loved it. I think next time I'll visit the restaurant with a pregnant friend, I'll notify them in advance, so she can eat all the meats and have a better experience. She liked it even though she didn't overeat because all the meats were medium or raw for her. Also, I believe the restaurant has too many tables and is very close. My chair was next to the next table. The two times I went to the salad bar, I had to apologize to the person from the other table because I was hitting her chair, and this happened with all the members of our table. Overall, the food is great!

The restaurant has warm , ac is underperform, not working efficiently. The food steak are too long to pass on our table. The wait time to get the meat is too long. I don’t like start eating and then stop because the meat does not come around often. I had a better experience with the other Brazilian Restaurant.

Understaffed for Fathers Day. We had to wait 30 mins even tho we had a reservation. Lobster tails and sides were cold. Meat was over done and came around way too infrequently. Halfway thru them I was leaving and not paying more than $50. Versus the $300 plus is would have been. They were cool about that and handed me a bill for $30. Maybe it’s better when not a holiday—but I won’t know cause I’m not going back.

Father’s Day was a bit hectic - even with a reservation, they were running behind at minimum 45min. The front of house staff handled things as best they could. Our waitress was great despite how crazy it was in there. The meat kept on coming til we couldn’t handle anymore but next time I’d probably come back on an off day for lunch or something.

Having dined here before I think our expectation level was high, only to be very disappointed on this occasion. It was a very busy day due to it being Father’s Day, but with that being said a restaurant should be very aware of the number of people dining with them and should be confident that they can service them as if the dining room was only half full. We had a reservation for 3.:45 and waited over 20 minutes for our table. The air conditioning was not working well, it was vey busy and as a result was uncomfortably warm. We decided on the ultimate experience and missed the brunch time pricing, so now we were into the $72 per person price. We had to ask our server repeatedly to request that the meat servers come to our table. I’m not really sure that she did, as nothing seemed to happen. We waited a long time for the first meat to arrive. The side dishes that are brought to each table arrived well into the time that we were seated and we were only offered bread at the end of our meal. The drinks were slow to come out and the server had to ask again what we ordered. My glass of rose was warm. We never got to experience all of the meat selection as the meat servers just never arrived at our table, despite us asking not only our server, but the meat servers themselves to come back. Overall we felt disappointed with the entire experience. For the cost of 4 people dining we really did not feel that we received full value. We would seriously think twice about visiting for a special occasion due to the lack of good service on this visit.

If I could rate this experience a 0 I definitely would! My experience was the absolute worst! I took my family out for Fathers Day and when we got there for our reservation we had to wait an additional hour because they said that they were "running behind". When we finally got seated it was like a sauna in the restaurant because their a/c was "under maintenance" which they did not notify me of when calling to confirm my reservation the day prior, it was about 90 degrees and for it to be such a special occasion everyone was sweating and looked completely bothered. It was so hot that by the time we received ice water for the table, the ice was completely melted. Moving forward, a few individuals ordered the all you can eat meat experience and it seems as if the waiters would purposely skip our table so we did not get the full experience, and when they did come to our table, they would come with what looked like raw meat. The managers were absolutely no help. This was the worst Father's Day dinner ever and I feel so bad that my family had to experience this chaos.

This place felt so crammed with barely any space to walk. The food quality was say lower than when I went to the Fogo in Chicago. The salad bar was miniscule with what I'd consider subpar selections for a higher end steak restaurant. The blueberries there had mold on them. For the churrasco, is it only supposed to be 4 cuts of meat that are offered? I thought there was supposed to be more. There was only picanha, bacon wrapped steak, chicken thigh, and sirloin. Isn't there supposed to be Ancho? and ribs, etc? Servers routinely passed by our table even though we had the green card flipped up.
