As in all Fogo De Chao restaurants, good quality of the food, the pandemic is getting difficult the situation with the salad bar but it's understandable.

Even after getting there 1 hour before close they made sure we got to eat everything we went to try. Always great service and management always perfect.
Brunch is the Way to go Here! So many wonderful options and such fabulous service.
We went at noon on Sunday and it was perfect timing! The servers were super attentive, the chefs were coming through with a wide variety of meats, and even the manager was helping out. The salad bar attendants were very friendly and chit chatted with us as we were going around the bar. The is the best visit I’ve ever had!

This is the fourth time I’ve visited this chain however it was my first time at this particular one. The food/meats were really hit or miss. It was either bland and under seasoned or salty and over seasoned. There were very few cuts of meat that weren’t seasoned well. At $60-$70 pp I was expecting much better food. This is definitely the worst Experience I’ve ever had at a Fogo De Chao

Waitress was almost non existent. Barely spoke to us and never received or tokens for our prime cuts of meat
The service was wonderful, the food was, as always delicious! After seeing how the food was served I felt very safe eating here. From the management to the very friendly staff that kept stopping by with options. I was welcomed back In a very comforting atmosphere.

Went during Devour Indy August 2020. Already packed at 4:45 pm. I didn't really like that certain meats weren't included in the Devour menu; just make it all inclusive if that means you can't go as low on the price for the dinner. Too hard to know which meats were included and which weren't. Was really interesting that while nearly finished eating our salad bar options, we were bombarded with servers apporoaching our table with decisions regarding the meat choices. The dessert that was included in the Devour Indy menu, although sufficient given how much food we ate, was a really small slice. Wasn't interested in the food items they brought to table, which they do as a standard compliment to the dinner. The food is excellent!
It was my boyfriends birthday and they didn’t have the letters for “happy birthday”... that was the only issue I had besides the fact they don’t sell champagne by the glass.
Wonderful service and great food as always. Things have changed since Covid has hit, but the staff was great.

Our main server disappeared and we had to repeatedly ask for someone to get us things . Don’t know what happened to him. We felt rushed- with the new covid guidelines there was no time for salad bar as soon as we sat down everything was coming at us before we even had our drinks at the table. We weren’t offered all of the meats we kept having to request things cause no one was bringing items
Our guests should never feel rushed, no matter how different things may be during these unprecedented times. Please know, we aim to serve our guests every cut they crave, so we hope you award us another chance to do this.
We had a wonderful time at Fogo de Chao! The wait staff was helpful, attentive, and quick. The servers catered to us incredibly well, and one Brazilian native stayed by our table to chat for a while in Portuguese which was so fun! The room was fairly noisy but otherwise no complaints, and will absolutely be returning!

It was great but we were unaware that they had shifted the lunch times to a much earlier time than before which gave us quite the shock when the bill came around.

This was a memorable experience. My wife and I enjoyed the service experience.
Food & service was excellent.
But we went there as a date.... not a good place for a date or if you plan on having conversations because someone comes to the table every 3 minutes.
But glad we experienced something new.

Food and service were excellent
We looked forward to the Brazilian dining experience bc we enjoy the ones at home. Understandably the salad bar was closed but effortlessly, the wonderful servers brought the salad bar to the table much in the way they bring the meat. Usually there are cards on the table where you can put green for go, and red for stop, but again understandably that was changed and there was ongoing food coming to the table. We were there celebrating new jobs and getting to know new roommates so that was a little disruptive but still the food is tasty and the servers were very efficient.
It was difficult to understand the waiter, it was loud too. When the bill came, it was in error. The bill was only for the drinks -dessert and I told the waitress multiple times that the meals were not on the bill which was digital. Also she asked if we had coupons and said there were some online so we pulled up a code for 25 percent which she entered. A manager came to the table to say they dont take coupons unless it was one from the resturant which is totally understandble. Once again the bill came from the manager incorrect, and again I told him that they didn’t charge us for the meals and that this was only for drinks and dessert. I went ahead and put a cash payment in full with tip for the bill folder we were given and told him that we needed another with the bill for the meals. We finally got the other folder, and I swiped my card for payment and we left.
We dropped off our guests and we began our 4 hour drive to Ohio. During that time, the resturant called me 4 times as Inwas driving. I thought maybe we forgot something there and we tried calling back but never got through. When we got to the hotel I listened to the voice mail message of a man saying we left without paying!!!!!! By then it was midnight so I send an email to them through their website, of which I have not heard a reply. In the morning I called immediately. I have bank proof we paid for the meals.

We used OpenTable to book a birthday lunch on a Sunday for my daughter. My overall complaint is that there are a lot of workers working, but they don’t coordinate very well. When we sat down we received the cheese bread and drinks right away which was good. They still have their salad bar, but the workers have to bring the items to you. From the salad bar we received chicken salad, romaine salad, apple salad, and a charcuterie board along with Italian bread. Everything from the salad bar was really good, except the bread which was stale. The meat came out consistently and we were able to get pieces cooked just the way we wanted. The server said they would start bringing out the sides now that we were getting the meat. No sides came out until the end of our meal and by then we were already full from the meat. The sides they brought out were mashed potatoes, cooked plantains and polenta. Even though on the reservation I specifically stated that it was a birthday celebration, Fogo de Chão did nothing to make our meal special. Our server seemed too busy with other tables to give us the attention we deserved for the price we were paying. Fogo de Chão probably needs to hire more servers and give each server less tables. Overall, the food was excellent, but the service was lacking. Our server never seemed to be around and when he was around, he seemed rushed and was running from table to table trying to get everyone what they wanted. We paid about $250 for a lunch for four people. If I’m going to spend that much money, I expect the food AND the service to be exceptional.

It was my first time visiting a Brazilian steakhouse, and as someone who typically eats seafood I was pleasantly surprised with my enjoyment! It was a perfect way to sample all different meats without the stress of ordering an entire meal and not loving it. It was a fun way to celebrate our engagement and our waiter even insisted on giving us dessert to go (since neither of us could even think of eating one more bite at the table). Drinks were delicious - I tried to mango ginger martini which was to die for. Awesome experience and we look forward to our next time in Indy.
Really liked the way they dealt with closing the salad bar, i.e., bring trays to the table. I actually preferred it.
Honestly, pretty overpriced for what you are getting. The drinks were good but the food never got to us fresh. Although the service started out really well and the staff were friendly, the latter half of our stay was mostly ignored. Great bread though! Killer bread.

It was great. For your first time, unless you specifically don’t like certain meats, I would try the full/all inclusive option. Just so if you do return for another time, you know what you did and didn’t like. There was a lot that I wouldn’t get, and a small portion of what I actually liked and would get next time. Make sure you listen to what they are asking you if you would like to try, I ended up trying the same thing like 3 times in a row. It was so fast, I didn’t realize we were on a third round; I thought I was still trying out new things. As far as the cold/ salad bar area, I could’ve done without it. I really only liked the Caesar salad and the chicken salad. I wasn’t expecting the broccoli and asparagus to be cold. Surprisingly, the little fried mozzarella things were good. The Picana, which I believe was the house special, was delicious!!! I didn’t get a chance to look over desserts. Maybe next time. Definitely a place to try and decide if you would go back!
