    Service was slow. We had 2 servers that were kind but mostly the others were non existent causing slow meat service and no drink refills. We had to request meat several times and unfortunately it was over cooked 75% of the time. A few items like baked cheese we asked for several times and were never served. We love dining at Fogo and will return but this by far is one of the worst experiences ever

    I have eaten at other Fogo de Chao locations and had wonderful experiences which led me to choosing this location. However, I was extremely disappointed in the service. We were a table of eight and had to ask twice for the drinks we ordered (we would have ordered more if a server had ever come by) ask for plates for meat, ask for specific meats to come by our table when the same ones kept coming by. Then ask for a dessert menu and finally ask for our bill. The cheese bread was overecooked and felt like a rock. Needless to say we won't be returning to this location.

    Even with a reservation the restaurant was at such full capacity that we were sat in a small side room. This room was closed off from the rest of the restaurant and hardly any meat came our way. Two hours in and we had only received two small pieces of meat each. When our waitress asked us if we wanted any specific kind of meat, it took at least a half hour to make it to the table. Not to mention all of the flies that were swarming our food - disgusting! When we did get any kind of beef it was severely undercooked and rare even when cutting off the first outer piece. The slides were just alright and the mashed potatoes hardened to the texture of a bar of soap in short time. It was an overall bad experience and not worth the price or time we spent there. For meat lovers we suggest Korean BBQ, Harry and Izzy’s or Prime 47 for better quality meat with the same price tag.

    This was me and my husband’s first time going there and the food was wonderful!!! The fogo bar was delicious not your normal salad bar which was great!! I will say the meat that we had which was a little bit of everything was A grade quality meat!! We will be back!!!

    The meat kept coming out over cooked even after numerous requests for medium to medium rare. Took 30 minutes and 4 requests to get our cappuccinos. We had honey slung on the back of our presidents shirt and meat juice sprayed on 2 more of us. Really expected more

    Salad bar was not stocked and very limited compared to other locations, steak was overcooked and fatty, chicken was dry as the desert, mashed potatoes were cold, even when we asked for hot ones!!!! Never again!!!

    Service was great, expedient - allowed us to take our time. Some of the meats offered were excellent and properly cooked. Others were far too well done for my taste. Salad bar had abundant offerings and was replenished. The servers were enjoyable and the manager visited the table, which I appreciate. Restaurant needs a face lift as getting a bit tired. Hostess staff pleasant and accommodating. It was a bit noisy, but understandable given it was busy.

    Ok experience but I requested the bone in aged ribeye 4 to 5 times. It never came. Everything else was good. My party and I also felt rushed at the tail end of our dinner.

    Unfortunately my birthday party chose to leave due to the service not being good. We chose another restaurant to celebrate at. The waiter was very sarcastic and unhelpful when we asked questions. The manager spent 10 minutes making me explain what happened and did not offer anything to make the service better. This was my second time trying the restaurant out and both times the service was unwelcoming. On both occasions, I made reservations for several people celebrate a birthday.

    It's a Brazilian steakhouse, what's not to love. Wish the kitchen had been visible, and the room has a strange flow with lots of noise making it hard to hear. But the service was good and the food memorable.

    As I already know some Fogo de Chão, for example in Portland and Orlando, I had wonderful experiences. But in Indianapolis, I found it very disorganized, they overbook and the clients need wait too long outside the restaurant and in the lobby at the bar. Another shortcoming that I noticed in this unit at Fogo de Chão, they don't often serve the noblest meats, and the cold cuts and salads table is much inferior to the other units I had visited. Anyway, they need to restructure a lot to stay in same level of quality of food and customer service that normally is offered by the Fogo de Chao group.

    My third and by far worst experience here.We arrived on time and we pulled up for valet. Well we weren’t helped for 5 minutes, until we asked could we park in Valet, but have used it each time, then we went inside and had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Our dining experience was the worst for any restaurant experience. I had the best of Brazil. I was waiting for the different meats to be served to me.Which was one time and I complained to the waitress. She said she would take care of it and they still didn’t arrive until 10 minutes before closing.They tried to pile food on my plate but it was too late.The deed was already done.

    Wonderful wines and pairings. All personnel were attentive and so willing to get whatever we needed. Nice size room and crowd. A bit noisy when the door was open. Would definitely attend another wine dinner.😊

    We made a reservation way ahead of time. Somehow, when we arrived at the restaurant, our table wasn't ready and we had to wait. Once we were called, they set us up right by where the entrance is and with all the people waiting just standing right behind us. The walk-ins got the better table. Since were seated near the entrance, the Gauchos weren't really going by us. We waited a while just to get someone to come by to bring us some meat. Also asked several workers to send them over to our table. A few meat request never made it to our table. Drinks came late, cheese bread feels like it has been sitting on someone else's table that they ended up serving to another table. Informed the manager of our unpleasant experience and we were given the excuse of "we just got slammed". This day happens to be the day where the Indiana Colts are playing and the restaurant should have expected this to happen knowing the city will be crowded. Absolutely not a pleasant time there and we are not planning on going back there.

    I was seated a little late (8:30 pm) so I knew that things might be a little on the slower side. For the first forty minutes I was there however, I had three different people walk past me with meat without ever offering me any. There was a table of twenty nearby, and obviously they were getting attention first, but repeatedly having people walk past without offering food was frustrating. I came to eat, not play on my phone. I was about to give up and head to a Five Guys to get my beef fix, but the drink I ordered when I first came in finally arrived. The last twenty minutes I was there I was only passed by two people with meat, but both offered me some. The meat I did receive was excellent, and the salad bar was very good, it was just a little frustrating to leave a Brazilian steakhouse still hungry.

    I have been to Fogo many times in other cities and this location was way below normal standards. The service was non existent. We were deeply disappointed. We hardly had anyone coming around with the meats and couldn't get our drinks refilled. I would give a lower rating if it was possible.

    Paid for the $62.50 experience that includes the filet etc, every meat that came out was a lot of fat. Plus, my selections of meat for my experience all came very late towards leaving.
