   Love this place but if you get put back room service not the best like they forget about you! Getting seated with reservation you'll still wait 30 mins to get your reserved table. It's very pricey but for the most the food was good... Salad bar top notch!

   Took my wife here for her birthday for the second year in a row. I actually think the food was better this time around than the first. Which is something to be appreciated because I did not think it could be surpassed. It has quickly become one of our favorite special occasion spots.

    I typically love this place, and would normally give a five star review. This time it was a little underwhelming. They had us seated behind a wall where we must’ve been hard to see. The meats did not come by very often. We had to ask several times to get more sent over. Had to request water 2x. NY strip was overcooked when we requested medium rare, we were given medium well. All in all, it was still good comparatively but Im used to better quality and service from them. I will still go back though because its always been great before.

    I got frustrated. I was expecting an amazing place but wasn't. The service is so poor. They are nice but we had the feeling that they don't have enough people working. We wait for a while for meat. They just put our bread on after a while. We just got sides when we asked for them. I'm Brazilian and I wanted to show my hubby how is churrascaria in my country we definitely had a poor experience yesterday. For the price that we paid that restaurant didn't give anything back. No reason to go back anymore. Disappointed.

    I always enjoy Fogo and on this visit my server Caelan was particularly attentive to my needs. When I asked for specific meats he made sure they were made available and cooked the way I like.

    First visit to Fogo's Indy location, however I am a frequent visitor to the Chicago Fogo. I've never had a bad experience in Chicago, however the experience in Indy was fairly poor. The quality and selection of meats and market table were mediocre. The service was poor. We had to request drinks on multiple occassions and when we asked for more sides (twice) they weren't ever brought out to the table. We visited later in the evening and unfortunately the only time the wait staff was attentive is when they wanted to close out our bill so they could packup and leave. Unlikely I'll be back.

    Terrible experience. We called ahead to make sure it was ok we came in about 30-45 min before close. They assured us that kitchen wouldn’t close until we were full. Lies. We had to ask for food/service at least 3-4 times. We were lucky to get to try 6 different mains. We had to request them by name. Then, they told us that the grill was closed and we couldn’t order more unless we waited 15 min for the course. We got one drink. They never offered a second drink, didn’t refill our waters. Terrible experience overall. Our first time here was rough and this was their second chance….. they blew it. Never again. One bad experience is a fluke but twice is a pattern. Cannot recommended against strongly enough.

    We had reservations at 6:45p. We checked in at 6:48p due to event traffic and valet not being available due to the parking lot being full. We were advised we would receive a text when our table was ready. We waited for 20 minutes before checking again on our table. The front staff then advised reservations were running 30 minutes behind and we would receive a text when our table was ready. We waited another 20 minutes before checking on our table (40 minutes after our scheduled reservation) to be told that someone else had taken our table. We did not receive a text and asked how someone could take our table if we were not notified and this person did not show proof of reservations. We spoke with the manager with our concern. He did apologize but it was also not good that the manager never came to check on our table to make sure things were ok. Bedsides the initial issue my husband and son had to continually wave at waiters to get meat, I had to ask several times about the asparagus that was supposed to be a part of my meal to later find it was not available which would have been fine to know from the beginning instead of me continuing to tell them what I was waiting for when they we ask if we needed anything. Also, at the end of our meal we had to flag down someone for a check then we had to ask for our credit card after waiting a decent amount of time for it back. Our previous experiences were nothing like this. From start to finish it was rocky. I hope this comment helps others from not having the same dining experience especially if they are celebrating an occasion.

    Someone took my glasses. I was charged for those who didnt eat. I was charged for appetizers that should have been included in the package.

    The wait stuff couldn’t handle when the restaurant was busy. We asked for the drinks twice, the 3rd time we got it. Meat didn’t come around as often, and the meat server game it was the same meat we just had.

    Food and service were excellent- however the dining room experience was not. Personally I felt the lighting was too bright and tables were very close together. Half of the dining room was not being used and the half being used had every table full. Seating felt more like cafeteria style than a quiet, personal experience. Our waiter was very attentive and additional servers were very professional and friendly. Food was excellent. For me personally, I just did not enjoy the setting.

    Took my family to Fogos for my wife's birthday. As was expected, the service was swift, and the grilled meats were tasty with the appropriate variety. We never had to ask for a certain cut, which was a definite improvement from our last experience. We all enjoyed it very much.

    Fogo De Chao Indy is always an Outstanding indulgence. Service was great and food was top rate as always. This was my first time here during Sunday brunch. Biggest brunch difference was the ability to get a custom order omelette, waffles, and short rib hash in addition to the other standard offerings. We did not partake and focused on the meat ( as always)

    We had a reservation and they took a bit to seat us. After being seated they took a while to serve us and just passed our table, after saying something to the server they fixed the issues. Overall it was okay!

    We were told that a “team” of servers would be assisting us. All 3 would ask us the same questions. All three seemed rushed all the time. We had to wait quite a while for drink refills. There were long delays in between meet deliveries. The salad bar was exquisite. The food was very tasty and exceptional quality. Finally, at the end I received my bill. I was charged for 4 dinners instead of three. I called as soon as I got back to the hotel & was told it would be corrected and emailed to me. After 2 hours of not receiving the email I called back & was told it would not happen until the next day. Here it is 2pm the next day and STILL no response. They owe me $74. I am going to try back one more time and then I will call my credit card company.

    Great service and staff. On top of their game. Even being busy we got our drinks refilled almost immediately. Friendly and attentive. It was our 1ry wedding anniversary and the brought a plate out saying Happy Anniversary.
