   Usually I have no complaints at all. It they simply were not ready to serve people for dinner at 5. They were under staffed and ill prepared. Around 5:30 the service and food were finally ready, and it was quite good.

   Slow service. The meat was either over cooked or way too done. I had to apologize to my customers for choosing Fogo for dinner on that Friday evening.

   Totally not a good visit this year.We had 9 people in our party and each of us agreed the vibe was different ? I had a hard time seeing all the servers come to our table because we were missed by most of them? We had requests for another chair and that took forever and a few requests for food options that we finally gave up on and went home. I bring my family and friends to your restaurant and this year might be our last!

   Poor service and you do not receive as many options on the experience as they advertise. At best you’ll try 4 or 5 and that’s if they actually come by your table. Likely they’ll stay on the entire other side of the restaurant while you watch people keep filling their plates for no one to come to your section for 20 min. Don’t bother being ready to go when you send your card for the ticket, they won’t bring it back to you for 15 minutes. And they also charge per drink which was not explained and we didn’t have menus at all to look at so that was a complete scam as well. Will not return here and I’d advise you spend your money elsewhere.

    We went here on our sons college IUPUI graduation, and it also was Mother’s Day!  It was a great experience for our family of four. I have two sons, and it’s always fun to go places where there is a little more excitement than just regular dinner. The men absolutely adored all the meat and the taste of the salad bar and the meats were incredible. Every bite was different. They definitely keep things moving, and the strawberry mixed drink was  fantastic. The only complaint we had was that the salad bar line was not moving  at one point. I think that they need to have an entrance in an exit because too many people are merging and you just don’t move. It was a little crazy there because of the holiday but we still had incredible service and an incredible experience. Thank you.!

    It was good but the food was not so delicious. Caipirinha was good but they put a lot of ice and you only get a little bit. Staff was really nice. I went Saturday and was packed. Maybe another day is better. Good thing they have a military discount.

    We had a day to go out and celebrate a few achievements and Fogo was delicious as usual. A few meats were missing, but we enjoyed everything available and didn't want to bother with other requests. We'll be back.

    Our first time there. Very interesting and entertaining experience. All the food was EXCELLENT and the service was impeccable. It was a great way to sample many different steak cuts, chicken, lamb, sausage, etc. And the “salad bar” was loaded with MORE than just salads. It included many interesting cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, etc. All was well prepared and delicious. This is a food lovers paradise because of its excellent quality and its “all you care to eat” format. We’ll definitely return and plan to bring friends.

    Our service was terrible, we were there for a special occasion and the servers were down right rude!! . Drinks didn’t get refilled, we didn’t get our sides until we were finished. Anytime we asked politely for thinks we got a rude answer back. The people at the end of the table didn’t even get half of the meat that the front of the table got! It was just a terrible experience all around! Didn’t get what we paid for! Very disappointed!

    It was prom night, which was fine. But the hostesses were outrageously rude and annoyed. We had a 5:30 reservation and didn't get seated until 6:10. Which again is fine, but we were treated like they were doing us a favor by seating us. The hostess was incredibly rude, and condescending.

    Waited at the hostess stand for 7 minutes before any one came to greet me. The wait staff came to the table way too often. Like every minute where you couldn’t have a conversation. Some of the meat was dry. Not worth $80/person

    We were here to celebrate my son’s college graduation. The restaurant was packed, so I understand having to wait for our reserved table. Plates were very slow to arrive & others in our party waited 30 minutes for their food. This was my son’s choice for his celebration Otherwise, I wouldn’t have booked it.

    Hostess didn’t speak English very well and was confusing customers, not her fault at all, she was set up to fail by management. Was seated an hour after reservation. To much noise to talk. Food was slow to come out. Would not come back.

    Some good friends took me here to celebrate my birthday. It was a loud environment but the food was pretty good. The steak, lamb, and smoked salmon in particular were delicious. The chicken however was EXTREMELY salty. The service could have been better as we asked multiple times to get some things like more cheese or sauce for the steak. Overall though was a good time with friends and we all left stuffed.

    We went to Fogo Sat night to celebrate a birthday. We knew it’d be busy but it was packed. We were on time for our 7:00 reservation but still waited about 40 min in the cramped foyer with probably 12 other people. Service was very good though they were clearly a bit overwhelmed. Food quality seems to have diminished and overcrowding gave the restaurant an unpleasant feel. Definitely too loud. The variety of meats offered were limited and mainly were sirloin-based options. No lamb, no fish, only 1 type of sausage. Costs have gone up as quality went down, too. Sorry to see the restaurant in that state.

    Went there last night for my husband’s birthday! Both Luis and Juan made our night memorable and have been ones we have noticed for several of the times we have visited! One always brings the best filet with a smile and the other was a server and now does customer service. He did a great job making the night go smoothly and more of a fine dining experience.
