We had our oldest sons 30 th birthday party there last night 7/24/2021 with a party of 10 our family ! The service and entrees were great! Definitely a five stars rating, thanks again for a enjoyable evening!!!

Food was excellent. Service was good. Reservation system seems pointless, as we watched many people with larger parties and later reservations get seated before us. Waiting for 30 min when you have a reservation is not a great experience.
The restaurant was over crowded and the service was seriously lacking tonight. This is a huge deviation from their typical, high class service. We will not be back any time soon.

Great experience all around. Very fast paced. It’s up to you to control the flow. Food is high quality.
First, the servers were always available. We needed to chase down the different types of meats. Second, I was overcharged. I only had the salad and was charged the full price because I had a piece of grilled cheese from my husband.

Overrated. All the meats bought to the table were try and over cooked. All of them lacked any type of flavor. I like the idea but it honesty didn’t taste good.

Amazing service and quality food.
I was there to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The service was excellent; however the meat that was served tasted bad and as if they were seasoning out date meat.

Food quality was about what I remembered from previous Fogo visits, but the restaurant was so noisy and chaotic you could barely hold a conversation. It was crowded, so service was poor with what I have come to expect from this chain. A lot of money for an overall bad experience. We do not expect to return.

They give you so much meat! It’s a great value for your money, but a little too expensive for everyday. Great for a special occasion (like Father’s Day).
We could enjoy several meats with salads bar until we felt full.
I’ve been to Fogo de Chao many times in the past and the last two times, service wasn’t good.
This time, we Had to wait long periods of time for hot water for our tea refills after telling several waiters Then never getting the last refill at all.
Very few meats were available (no lamb chops or leg of lamb).
Then they charged us for 5 meals when it was only 4 of us.
It seemed like our table was invisible. As waiters just seem to walk by us. If we needed anything we had to call someone walking by and ask for something. Then we had to wait for them to find our waitress, when we were told if we needed anything we could call any waiter.
Our water was refilled only once after we were finished eating.
The restaurant was not crowded or very busy and it looked like there were plenty of waiters. We just seemed to be ignored.
We had to ask if there were a dessert menu then another waiter just told us what they had. So we didn’t get dessert because we never got our hot water for tea.
They brought the bill and we asked why we were charged for another dinner, they just nonchalantly took the bill and said, “ Oh, they just charged you for another meal “ took the bill and changed the amount with no apology.
Not looking to ever go back again after that service.
We’ve seen the service that they started with and was a regular customer for several years. I Even brought my team of 15-20 guys I managed to Fogo just because of the service.
Not any more. After the last 2 visits within a month, still bad service! There are too many other restaurants who appreciate their customers and treat them far better than what we received there. So farewell Fogo. No recommendations from me.

Be extra early if you’re gonna do valet, you never know if you’ll get turned away. We lost our time slot because we had to find parking after they turned us away; which in turn made us lose our time slot. Other than that the food was good, the experience was good. A little slow with bringing your beverage orders. Good nonetheless.
The Father's Day holiday attracted a full house and a long wait, but the staff handled it well and with courtesy. The traditional Brazilian offerings were served quickly and quality was not diminished. The crush led to a shortage of other entrees, but we were given a credit for the absence of vegetarian options. The bar prepared the Brazilian specialty drink very well.
It was a Father’s Day visit so it was very busy. All restaurants deserve some grace as their capacity has just been increased after a year of being closed or limited seating. The servers were doing their best but it was slow to get drinks. Staff was pleasant and a manager did end up coming over and making sure we got what we all needed.
One thing I didn’t enjoy was one of the bar tenders was standing on the bar top to replace liquor and didn’t even sanitize properly afterward. It was during a busy rush so many people were witnessing this while trying to enjoy their drinks. Please utilize a ladder of some sort.
After being closed for long (because of the pandemic) and it also being Father’s Day. It was extremely busy. Food was rushed and not very tasty. We didn’t have a main server. And our reservation wasn’t honored. Giving grace because I understand the rush of a holiday and work after a pandemic.
