The space seem more tightly packed and service was sporadic. No parking validation and less than stellar front made for a mediocre experience compared to Greater DC and San Francisco.
It was my first time there. It was the most amazing place I’ve had the pleasure to dine. The food was absolutely amazing. The service was fantastic. Very attentive. Just overall outstanding.
Had Thanksgiving Dinner with my family of 6. We had requested for garlic steak and lamb chops and never served until we left. I held Christmas dinners for the past 3 years for my family of about 25 In Rosemont Chicago. Unfortunately this location was not as par compared to other Fogo restaurants.

Everything was great, it was cold inside the restaurant weather outside did not warrant air conditioner being on. Couldn't enjoy fully due to being cold while dining

My friend and I typically go to Fogo whenever he’s home from college. We do the full experience: salad bar and meat. We enjoy it which is why we keep going back. This visit included a new chicken meat choice and a fried cheese side that was offered by the server. As big as the space is tables are well spaced and there are no logjams around the salad bar. Daniela, our server this visit, was outstanding. Attentive and pleasant.
Restaurant was crowded, it took our wait staff 15 minutes to show up to take our orders. We saw him only two other times. Not going there any time soon.
being seated 20 minutes after reservation time is unacceptable. Especially by an unapologetic staff.

Having eaten proper Rodizio in both South America, and the Ironbounds of Newark, Fogo de Chao was a huge disappointment. It's the Olive Garden of rodizio. Everything slightly blander than it should be. The sides they drop on the table were embarrassing, but the worst part about this place was the service.
I don't know if it was because my male presenting child was wearing a dress, but the tables around us were definitely receiving more attention from their servers. In fact, our server wasn't the one who did most of the work for us, it was a sweet, Queer waiter who saw we didn't even have water on the table for the first twenty five minutes we sat there with menus in front of us. The one beverage we ordered arrived almost at the end of the meal.
This place needs a lesson in being Queer friendly. I will not be returning, and I will let the word of mouth spread. This restaurant should be ashamed of the way we were treated. Never again.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and it was great! The food, staff, and ambiance was beyond satisfactory! Fast friendly service combined with good food made a great experience for my husband and I. We will definitely be returning..

It would be nice if all meats were circulated within the first half hour or so instead of grabbing the server as they rush by with a particular item. We had several meats offered several times and then some only once. I had wanted to try the beef ribs but never saw them. Had to grab the server with the lamb chops since we had not been offered this item. The restaurant was busy but I would think that the tables would be assigned just as in any restaurant so the patrons can enjoy all that is being offered. The food was tasty except the pork roast was extremely salty. Overall, would return.
I had a reservation at 7:15pm and was never seated. The restaurant lobby had no order and Mask mandates were not being enforced at all. The management seems to not care about the service they provide or the safety of their customers.

The food is always good at fogo but it’s just way too crowded, especially during a pandemic. Also, the adults with kids need to have them under better control!!
It’s dangerous for the kids as well as the folks walking around serving the meats.
We were placed all the way in a corner and the meat guys never passed by. We had to tell our server. She was great though and also got the meats for us.
Fogo de Chao is one of the best Brazilian restaurants we have been to. We like that their meats are seasoned perfectly. Some of the others that we have been to we sometimes over seasoning their meats. Even when busy, we always get great service. Because of the price, we only go for special occasions or quarterly. I do think it is worth the money if you are a meat eater because of the cuts that you get. If you are not into meats then I would probably not recommend here.
Service could have been better. Had to ask several times for things we requested.
We came here for my cousins bday dinner and as soon as we sat down no one came to our table for about 10 mins. She finally took our drink order and when she gave us our drinks we didn’t see her for the rest of the night. I asked another waiter if we can get more drinks since our waitress disappeared from our table and he was happy to assist us. Lastly, I recommended this restaurant because the lemon pepper chicken and the warm cheese was the best thing on the menu. That was the first thing I asked and nobody brought it out to us until the end of the night. I even asked manager and the manager said that that was à la Cart. I even asked 5 additional employees if they had it and they said they said they will check and I never heard back. I always recommended the one in Baltimore vs DC because the food is better but this time it was disappointing. I’m just glad at least my cousin enjoyed his dinner.
Over crowded, service was stretched thin, food was very sporadic!! Very, very disappointed!!

Baltimore location is inferior to the DC location unfortunately. The food is still great but it’s jam packed, very bright lighting, very crowded,and super noisy. Lots of large groups - very surprised given we’re not yet out of the covid woods. Service was very slow - we waited probably an hour for 2 desserts and that was with multiple reminders to our wait staff.

Overall great experience- a bit much to be a regular restaurant- but for infrequent dining it’s great
Everything was very good. Outstanding foods and service. Slight downside was that it was pretty loud, however the noise level would not stop me from going again.

Our waitress ignored us most of the night. It took 10 minutes to get a can of cola and over 25 minutes to get a non alcoholic beer (and a different waitress brought us the drinks instead of our reg one)
The bad part was all the fruitflies circling the tables around us. They were landing on my partners head. Told the manager about them when he stopped and asked how everything was going. He just said "oh" and walked away. Nothing else said about it.
The gouchos were fantastic as usual by serving up some delicious cuts of meat.

Food was delicious. The serving staff was amazing and very attentive. I am a frequent at this location and restaurant even when out of town.
The service on this day wasn't one of my better Fogo experiences. The server forgot to bring our sides but we let that go since we barely eat them anyway. Ordered coffee with cream. The cream she brought was flavored cream, which I don't care for. I then asked if I could have plain cream and with a BIG attitude, she said they only serve flavored cream. I knew this to be incorrect since I eat there frequently, including just the week before. She finally said, with an even BIGGER attitude, that they were out. Her attitude in general was not great but the cream experience was beyond. Didn't care for this particular server and hope not to have her again when I dine there next week. Won't let her stop my love for Fogo though.

We had to wait too long in my opinion for the meat to come around. 5 minute wait for a fork, 10 min wait for a soda. Ordered hot tea,, the waitress brought the hot water and cup without the tea...Not good!!
The food was good. Our server was nice, but our drinks didn’t come from the bar until more than halfway through dinner. The little cheese rolls came after 3/4 of us were finished & plates cleared. We’re not fast eaters, either! It was very noisy & hard to hear the people at our table. Masks were not enforced while not seated at a table & this was especially concerning around the salad bar. We had 2 health care providers, a pharmacist, and a school administrator dining - we’re all very aware of the risks posed by this lapse in hygiene.
It was bad. I have been May time to different locations. I understand covid has made a large dent. Shouldn’t be open if it means this level of service. Not ranting, it was just really a bad experience. Add in the table next to us having a ton of normal issues with their dining experience. I am still waiting for my coffee i ordered 3 times while dining, starting as my first drink request when seated. I will probably never attend this location again. May try another location after a bit of time to get over it.
