    Our waiter was amazing. There was a lot of large rowdy and loud groups. It was not as enjoyable due to this. The meat coming to you was great. The salad bar needed some work

    We have been there many times. Sorry to say that it seems to be losing it's fun. It's more expensive than ever and the meat service is going down hill. We had to ask the wait staff multiple times to send a Gaucho to us. We were told there were 16 cuts of meat and we might have seen half that. We sat there for nearly 10 minutes in the beginning with our cards on green before a Gaucho attempted to serve us. There were moments of a minute or more when there was not even one Gaucho in sight in the entire dining room. I've never seen such a thing there. They offered us free desserts to make up for the issues, which was nice, though only one of us had room for dessert. On our way to a concert so we couldn't take dessert to go. We would have rather had better service than a free dessert. I got the Salmon instead of the meat. It was terrific and a good value.

    The food was phenomenal as always although the selection from the salad bar seemed to be less than in the past. What was annoying was the constant visits by staff trying to upsell with premium appetizers, wine gifts, and more.

    Me and my husband came here to celebrate his bday, initially the atmosphere was very loud & crowded not an intimate setting at all which we are use to more intimate restaurants. We ordered the CHURRASCO EXPERIENCE let me tell ya the amount of food you get was good but I asked the waiter for a to go box and she was like we only have to go boxes for the a la carte food items not the experience. Remind you we spent over $150 on our food so that really threw me off. If I knew we couldn’t take our food home we would’ve decided to eat somewhere else Ruth Chris capital grill etc somewhere that’s just as expensive & even more atleast we would be able to take the food home we paid for. The waiters were not very interested in coming to our table everything took extended amount of time and we had multiple waiters. This restaurant gave a Golden Corral atmosphere with Ruth Chris prices…..we had to get up to go get some of the marketside food that came with our meal….when I go out I like all of the food being served…it was a different experience than what I thought the hype was about.

    Had a reservation for 6:30 pm and was not sat until 7:30. Front area was so crowded you couldn't even move. You could not hear names being called do to the noise level. My autistic daughter had to leave and wait outside. Once seated we had to ask a manager for drinks after waiting for 15 minutes. Food was good, but it was not a good impression. To spend as much money as I did for a place I have heard great things about we were excited to try it. We will not be back as this was not worth the price or the experience.

    We had a great experience here for our anniversary. Food was amazing especially the Tres Leches dessert. As full as I was I could have eaten 8 more of those. Great service, great food, fun experience.

    We had to ask for the table sides and our first server forgot to put in our bar drinks, so the second server had to put them in after we asked about them. We must of came at shift change. Otherwise a wonderful meal for our anniversary.

    We really enjoyed being with you - we brought 7 family members and it was the first time for 5 of them & they loved it. Only one corrective comment - the music was so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation. Everything else was perfect👍🏼

    Crowded, loud, service was lack luster, food was not great (either too salty or too bland), the drinks were good. I’ve had better service and such at other Fogos in other states. This one is a hard pass.

    Our company always has their team dinner here when in town for the Baltimore Tow Show. This time we made reservations 2 separate times with our stay, and our service was wonderful both times.     I usually love this place but this time the service was not up to standards . We were often waiting for meat to come around and had to actually ask several times for them to come over . This usually doesn’t happen. And when we were served it just didn’t taste as good as usual .

    The food is always amazing. Refills were brought almost immediately and every server asked if there was any particular cut of meat we wanted. My only complaint is that the music is a little too loud.

    The food was great, the staff (especially Melanie) were very attentive and professional. However, the only problem is we had to wait forty five minutes after our reservation time and fifty minutes after we arrived to be seated. This was frustrating and changed later plans for the evening, but other than that, the experience was great!

    Like some other recent reviewers have said, it was incredibly crowded on the night we visited. We had to wait a half hour for our table, despite having a reservation. They seated us right beside the hostess station, and we had to listen to them shouting out names for tables while eating. They also kept sitting pickup orders on the ledge right where we were seated. It was a truly awful dining experience. The food and service were fine, but the pacing was crazy. We got bombarded with 4 meat selections within seconds of being seated, but had to wait 20 minutes for sides. Also, we had a very hard getting our check when we were finished. Although the food is pretty good, I just can't recommend this place, at least not for dinner service on a weekend night.

    Our reservation was at 630pm. We arrived and it was chaos. Trey said they had way overbooked. We left around 7:45pm after they could not tell us when we would be seated. Really inconsiderate for my son and his friends for the evening planned.

    😡😡Terrible management, 😡😡Will never go back again, the first time was about 2 weeks ago, I went for dinner with my eldest son and everything was great so today at noon I took my younger son and daughter to have brunch and my bad luck started. A woman in pink clothes came and asked us what we wanted to drink (I later found out she was the manager here). I asked for three glasses of ice water with lemon, but she brought a large bottle of mineral water. I said I ordered three glasses of water with lemon. She took away the bottle of mineral water with a look of disgust and never came back again, Later, a waitress came to help us refill the water several times, so far so good, but in the twenty minutes before we left, our glasses were empty and the plates were empty. The waiters came and went around us, but no one came to help us fill up the water. No one ever came to ask us，our food was good or if we wanted anything else. Later I went to find the waitress The woman in pink clothes asked for the bill, and the bill was $200 for three adults dinner. I said I wanted to see the manager, and she said she was the manager. She also asked me why I was unhappy.😡 I was going crazy.😡 I asked why I had to pay $200 for three adult dinner, when I was eating brunch with two child. I have been in restaurant management for more than 20 years. I really don’t know what this restaurant owner thinks, why she can qualify as a manager. 😭 I am Asians are also American citizens. Are they being racist towards me because of my Asian face? ? ? ? ?

    Noticeably slow on the requested food. We had a reservation for 1130 and were 15 minutes early. We were seated at 1135 as the first guests. I immediately ordered well done filet mignon. 55 minutes later it finally arrived ..only to be told they had only cooked 1 oz well done and I would have to wait another 15 minutes if “you want more”. This was insane. My husband and kids ate thier entire meal and I was left staring and eating the sides. I just had a surgery so I am limited on which foods I can eat so many of the fattier meat options I could not eat. The upside was that about 6 different people asked about if I got the meat the whole time I had to wait. I think they were trying but it really could Have been better. We were celebrating Veterans Day and were able to get The discount with no issue.

    The wait staff wasn’t very attentive. We waited quite a while to even get our first glass of water and I had the card to green multiple times and no one even stopped.
