We have been going to Florencio Pizza for a while and we like their pizzas. Francesco knows how we like our pizza. Yesterday, the service was slow to start with but then it got better. The restaurant was empty when we first got there, only two tables were occupied. At one point we thought of leaving the restaurant as the manager was busy talking to someone he knew. We had to call him to take our drinks order. The two young staff are not trained properly. it seemed that they couldn't take any orders without the manager's permission. The pizzas are good. Also, what they charge for a carafe of Rose wine, £41.00, that's ridiculous. One can buy a bottle of good wine for that price. The management should look into it.
