   Food is outstanding. The hostess and waiter were very kind and attentive, and all around, it was a great experience. We will be back for sure. Get the brown butter ravioli

   Florence Osteria & Piano Bar is a fabulous new addition to West Hollywood's restaurant scene! Food is delicious! Ambiance is divine! Sophisticated without arrogance, the service is wonderful with the right amount of professionalism and humor. We will be back! We will tell all of our friends! Taylor, the bartender and sometimes server is a gem!

   We had an overall pretty underwhelming experience at Florence. High expectations for the food which mostly did perform, but the vibe wasn’t great and our server was extremely disappointing.

   The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was good. The atmosphere was fine, but we think that the back patio really could be enhanced a lot more to make it feel more lush and beautiful. We were sitting at the very back facing a wall with a wrought iron fence painted white. What would be good is a few large mirrors on a slant so it reflects back the tree and the people. Also, you can’t hear the piano in the back room so perhaps while the piano is playing they pipe in the music to the back room.  Also $15 to valet just to eat at the restaurant is a lot. next time we would not drive ourselves. We’ll just take a Waymo next time.

   This charming restaurant has a beautiful indoor and outdoor space . We had a cozy table outside. The service was impeccable, from the smazing mushroom flatbread, to the eggplant melange, the ravioli and rack of lamb were so incredibly delicious. I was celebrating my birthday and they were so sweet and gifted me 2 yummy desserts. I can't wait to go back.

   Francesco Zimone shines. He is the perfect host and has assembled a team that provides outstanding service, a warming ambiance and exceptional dishes. The sound level of the live piano is just right to have the perfect conversation at the table. So happy that such an establishment has opened in LA now. It was much needed.

    My second time at Florence Osteria but my first time for dinner with live music. Wow! Every item on the menu we tried was phenomenal. You would be surprised how good salsiccia and scamorza can be. I am not a big fan of desserts but even the desserts blew me away, especially the cheesecake and chocolate bombe. The bombe looks a little gimmicky at first (everyone's obsession with chocolate lava cakes and chocolate spheres that open up to a surprise), but this is not that! This is a well-crafted dessert that has a refined taste and is much heavier and more filling than you'd expect. The crunchy bits are a perfect addition to the texture to complete the experience. There are so many more things I want to try. I am very excited to go back and to go for brunch, which I'm sure will also be an experience to behold. The staff is all wonderful. Everyone, even the owner himself, is walking around checking on every table to make sure things are going smoothly. You can't ask for much more in terms of service.
