   Back again for the brunch, keeping up to their exceptional standards where food is amazing and ambience is so cozy. Had an honor to meet the owner and gotten free dessert from him which is very nice! Coupled with my Birthday celebration there it was a fantastic brunch which makes us want to come back for more! Definitely keeping this place in mind and can’t wait to check their dinner out the next time we are out in LA~

   Food is outstanding. The hostess and waiter were very kind and attentive, and all around, it was a great experience. We will be back for sure. Get the brown butter ravioli

   Florence Osteria & Piano Bar is a fabulous new addition to West Hollywood's restaurant scene! Food is delicious! Ambiance is divine! Sophisticated without arrogance, the service is wonderful with the right amount of professionalism and humor. We will be back! We will tell all of our friends! Taylor, the bartender and sometimes server is a gem!

   We had an overall pretty underwhelming experience at Florence. High expectations for the food which mostly did perform, but the vibe wasn’t great and our server was extremely disappointing.

   The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was good. The atmosphere was fine, but we think that the back patio really could be enhanced a lot more to make it feel more lush and beautiful. We were sitting at the very back facing a wall with a wrought iron fence painted white. What would be good is a few large mirrors on a slant so it reflects back the tree and the people. Also, you can’t hear the piano in the back room so perhaps while the piano is playing they pipe in the music to the back room.  Also $15 to valet just to eat at the restaurant is a lot. next time we would not drive ourselves. We’ll just take a Waymo next time.

   This charming restaurant has a beautiful indoor and outdoor space . We had a cozy table outside. The service was impeccable, from the smazing mushroom flatbread, to the eggplant melange, the ravioli and rack of lamb were so incredibly delicious. I was celebrating my birthday and they were so sweet and gifted me 2 yummy desserts. I can't wait to go back.

    INCREDIBLE food and and a beautiful ambience with soft piano music playing in background. Service was lovely and attentive. Will definitely be back here
