   We booked because its a rooftop restaurant. Although it was a cold day , it was lovely and sunny , but the terrace wasnt open. No evidence of any patio heaters. Ive been to other roof bars in cold weather so this is poor . We were told the main menu wasnt available. The choice was 2 kinds of an egg brunch dish or avocado and they wanted £40 for 3 courses . The desert was a packaged waffle with a bit of cream and a slice of strawberry . Cocktails were £19 Its very pretty inside but still not atmospheric. The icing on the cake was they put a copywright on my social media post which Ive now removed I personally wouldnt go back.

   Lovely venue with great views. Menu was very limited. Great customer service, and low cost.

   Florattica is a beautiful rooftop and place for making a little stop during visiting the city… It is quite, very nice services and very good food. We spend a birthday there and the atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxed… I recommend at all!!

   Our group of four had a disappointing dining experience due to poor service, disorganization, and miscommunication, which ruined an important reunion after three years, leaving us feeling frustrated and undervalued.

   Booked a terrace table online 4 days in advance for a birthday, were sat inside initially as it did look busy outside. After a while 3 tables became free outside so asked if we could be moved as we booked one, were told you have to book in advance to get them. Eventually was told they would check, but she never came back with an answer. Saw others who were sat inside get reseated. One outside table remained empty for about half an hour. Recommend updating your system so you actually get what you book. Another waitress was wonderful, so the 3 stars are pretty much solely for her.

   I didn’t eat so gave the food a 3. Were disappointed not to be outside and found the vibe a bit odd. Drinks were nice enough and it is a beautiful venue.

   It’s a really nice place to visit to drink and enjoy the view of London city. It is prefect for after work drinks

    Definitely more of a drinks and light bites venue than a dinner destination. Lovely setting and great views of London. Food menu could have been a little more expansive in my view. Burrata was lovely, charcuterie plate was ok but nothing special. Salmon could have been a little fresher. Service was very friendly and attentive. Overall, nice venue to visit but didn’t feel totally cohesive and it sits in an awkward space - not quite a killer cocktail bar, not quite a restaurant.
