   Service was good, ambiance good, if a bit chilly probably due to all the windows. Happy hour choices were nice and our dinners were good. Would have liked an alternate to butter on the steak but other than that, an enjoyable meal

   The food was carefully cooked and very flavourful: the neat was delicious and prepared perfectly and so were the vegetables (starters). I would have preferred more side options, but the potato was also very good.

   I've eaten at Flintcreek Cattle Co. many times over the years. The ingredients have always been good quality and, until recently, well-prepared. The last two times I've eaten there, the preparation has included some additional seasonings, which to my palate are strange and detract from the dishes. For example, the potato rolls incorporate "old bay" spice (yes, it's different, but weird--I'd much rather have the rolls without "old bay" please). The braised wild boar shoulder had a savory spice not listed among those on the menu that gave it a distinctly odd flavor (and not in a good way). Before the changes in the past few months, Flintcreek always had rock solid food that was reliably tasty. The menu changed often enough that the variety always offered different dishes if you dined every couple months. Please, don't fiddle with the flavor palette of the great dishes people come for.

   The food quality, presentation, ambiance and service are consistent and one of the few restaurants in Seattle that consistently delivers.

   Celebrated my wife’s birthday! Everything about this restaurant is fantastic! No idea how they managed to seat us at the same table for the past three years! We love this restaurant

   This restaurant is amazing. The wait staff was so great and recommended the best dishes for us. We went there for happy hour and I think it’s the best in Seattle! The ribs, burger and the banana crème brûlée are a must!
