Contemporary American
Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside.

Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. Favorites on the menu include Fennel Braised Wild Boar Shoulder, Durham Ranch Bison Hangar Steak, and the Oven Roasted Duck Confit.

I was a little disconcerted with how close we were all sitting. I felt like social distancing wasn’t being followed. Also, one of the bartenders was not wearing a mask while preparing drinks.

Everytime we have been there we have been seated up stairs where there is NO atmosphere. We won’t be going back again. Don’t appreciate always given a crappy table...bye bye!

The service and food, from appetizers, sides, steaks, and dessert were fantastic! Such a pleasurable food experience! We definitely recommend the squash, grits, carrots, sausage, steaks (no need for steak sauce or horseradish here), and the banana split dessert were all scrumptious!

Overpriced for sure, and the service staff is amateur at best. It looks like a freak manager hired a bunch of their freak friends to work the floor. Openly conversating while customers wait, on their phones, etc. Also, the "bartender" doesn't know how to make basic drinks, and doesn't bother to google recipes, just makes them wrong...in 2020?

We came with another couple on a quiet Tuesday night, but FlintCreek was actually busier than expected. We had a few drinks first, as we weren't in any rush, then ordered the squash with burrata and lamb tartare. Both were exquisite. We also ordered a few steaks, the lamb neck, and the duck confit, accompanied by sides of carrots and brussel sprouts. It was a feast, but so good we finished every last bite. This was our second visit to FlintCreek and perhaps even better than the first. Highly recommend.

Awesome culinary experience!
Their small plate selections are worth a try. We ordered grilled baby eggplant, which was very unique in taste, glad we ordered it. We also ordered the house ground Beef Kefta. We highly recommend trying this dish, it was fabulous!!!!
For main dish, we shared 21 day aged Filet Mignon with caramelized Brussels sprouts. Which turned out to be excellent as well.
We ended our meal with molten chocolate cake as per our server... great choice!
Overall, it was a great experience. Except for the parking, which was a bit challenging and the next time we will try getting a table downstairs 😀

Very "energetic" ambiance on a Friday evening made conversation a challenge. This was more than compensated for by the food and service. The hangar steak was delicious and prepared beautifully, the sides of brussel sprouts and carrots were equally well prepared, and the IPA was cold and delicious. We'll go back.

We had a delicious meal on Sunday. The only complaint is that it was at least 10 minutes before we got water, and even longer before someone came to table so we could order drinks. Once server did arrive, she was great, drinks and food came in a timely manner and we had a wonderful tome. We will be back!

Overall it was a fantastic experience. The food was great - the 32 oz wagu dry-aged rib chop was fantastic and prepared medium rare as we requested, the carrots side dish was the hidden gem, and the starters were great too. Drinks were tasty, expensive as they are in Seattle. Ambience was very nice too. Chatter was constant but never felt like we had to raise our voice, the music was barely audible without conversation.

The food and service were great. My group did not like the bloody Mary's. They had an odd flavor. I recommend taking that off the drink menu. Other than that, great spot!

Our wedding anniversary is Leap Day...and we chose to spend our once-every-four-years night at Flint Creek. It was our first visit and it was outstanding. Sure--it's a bit loud but the food totally makes up for it!

The ambiance is not conducive to enjoying a good meal. The chairs are extremely helpful uncomfortable. The start concrete and steel creates a loud and jarring acoustic signature that is harsh and extremely grating. My new york strip steak was charred burnt on the outside and raw on the edge inside - yuck.

Exquisite 48 oz porterhouse that you can share with 3-4 adults with no problem. I preferred their beef choices over lamb, duck, or pork (felt the latter three dishes were a bit drier than we expected - not sure this is because it takes about 45 - 50 minutes to prepare the porterhouse).

We also had an order of duck confit salad for four people - pretty decent and lots of flavor with sour/sweet sauces.

We will definitely visit again for a special occasion!

All of our steaks were tough and sinewy (even if medium rare), with signficant portions of fat. Caesar salad was ok. They excel in their drinks. Overpriced menu, chairs uncomfortable.
