I literally don’t know how food could taste better. It is unreal. Ribeye steak was the the best steak I’ve had and I‘ve been been to some of the best restaurants in the world. Unbelievable gem in the Greenwood neighborhood.
Going above and beyond when most restaurants are just making ends meet. Everything about our meal and experience was awesome!
We're big fans of FC and RC. I think this was about getting their legs back, but our server came over about once every 2 mins to see if we were ready to order. It was disruptive and annoying and created the impression that they had to flip the table. The restaurant was busy but wasn't that busy. The bus person cleared dishes one at a time as others were eating. And the manager almost took a bottle of wine away that we were taking home without asking first.
The food was amazing! Great service. Will definitely be back.
Very bad experience. Have dined there before but this particular time, the waitress walked away from me after she asked for my order mid sentence. Steak was blue when i asked for it to be cooked medium. We ordered our drinks as soon as we sat down as well as the starters and small plates, after 30 minutes they bring in the small plates, still no drinks. We then placed our order for steaks, asked for the steaks to be cooked medium, they came back rare.
Absolutely incredible! This place is truly a gem that I’m glad I discovered. Food was delicious and the staff were top notch. I would recommend this place to anyone
Party of 2 had dinner at 6:00 on a Wednesday night. Great service, pleasant space, excellent food. We both had the hanger steak, roasted cauliflower, and a chocolate volcano desert. Martinis were also very good.
Might be the best food I’ve had, the best restaurant in Seattle without a doubt
We've raved about this meat palace in the past. A no pretension, casual, laid-back joint with excellently prepared food and cocktails. Alas. No more. So much was wrong the other evening and so little right. Within our 15 minute arrival time, our table had been given away so we had to wait outdoors for a later table. Though within their stated and published 15 minute grace period, we attempted calling three times while stuck in traffic to alert them of our short delay. NO ANSWER.
A cocktail ordered on the rocks. Significant delay in serving drinks and no rocks. We pointed it out and were told "We don't have a blender!" Huh?
The warm duck salad was a very generous portion and very tasty. The duck pate with accompanying relish was delicious. Not so much so for the hanger steak which was ordered medium rare and arrived very rare. Tough. I know elk is lean meat and requires a light touch on the grill as it can get dry very quickly. This rack of elk was still bleeding and cold in the center. Very poorly prepared.
One cocktail each, one glass of wine each, some bread and asparagus, plus items mentioned above with tip came close to $300. for two diners. There was nothing in this evening worthy of a $300 meal.
Excellent food. Great Service. Lively atmosphere.
As always excellent food & service!!! Wonderful neighborhood gem.
So happy to go back to a restaurant we've missed. Food was excellent as always.
We are long time (pre Covid) supporters of Flint Creek and wanted to make it our last meal in Seattle before moving to Bellingham. It was our favorite bar to sit at for HH and we got to know the bartenders very well and always had a great time. The 4 of us are in agreement that this was not the Flint Creek we were used to. Worst of all was the noise, especially the very loud rock music that we asked to have turned down but it remained at a bothersome level. One of our party has hearing aids and it was unbearable to her. One of the party had to send her steak back twice, which given the expense is a terrible experience for a meat themed restaurant and at least she should have been offered a complimentary glass of wine. Hate to write this but this was our experience and hope it improves.
I was dining alone and they made sure that I had a great time, and the food itself was amazing!
We sat at the bar and had fantastic service. Our appetizer was delicious, only complaint is is should have come with bread but we had to order it separately. Our main course was very good and the desert very good as well.
Steak was amazing. I’m not usually a fan of a big hunk of beef, but this was kind of godly.
Date night with the hubby. We each ordered a couple delicious cocktails and a few appetizers to start. Highly recommend the ham plate....it comes with these amazing soaked cherries. I had the pork chop for my main dish and it was cooked to perfection. We had just enough room for the donuts to end our meal. We will be back.
Absolutely phenomenal visit!! The table was perfect, the food was excellent, and the service was top notch. We are so happy you’ve reopened and plan to visit again ASAP! Thanks for a lovely evening :)
Happy that FlintCreek is open again and survived the shutdown!
First time there and we will be back. Loved every bite and sip of everything we had. Plus our server Chloe was just exceptional. We can't recommend it more.
Food was excellent. Really enjoyed the aspargus, it was perfect. Not the usual overcooked mushy stuff. The culinary staff are wonderful as our group tried 4 different items that we shared.
A meat focused restaurant that puts just as much care into everything that goes with the entree. Wonderful ambience, attentive staff and great cocktails.
Food hasn't missed a beat from what I remember pre covid. Serrano ham and burrata appetizer, duck confit entree and "banana split" desert were all terrific. Good cocktail as well . Already booked my next visit.
Great meal, great cocktails. The food was amazing!
It just really was not worth the money. Portions are tiny and expensive, $50 steak that doesn’t come with any sides... everything tasted fine, just nothing special.
Food was terrific. Especially loved the specialty cocktail menu. I chose the Brooklyn. Super good. Can't wait to get back and try some others.
The service was great and the food was amazing. I'll definitely eat here for my next special occasion.
Now that we don't go out much, this is my family's go-to on the rare occasion that we do. Their Covid-related precautions have us feel safe and comfortable. Food is consistently excellent and innovative; the menu includes old favorites and new things to try. And service couldn't be better. Specifically to this visit, thank you Nikki and Al!!
We went out for a date night for the first time since COVID started and were really glad we picked this place. Everything was absolutely delicious, especially our entrees, the boar shoulder gnocchi and the Delmonico steak. The banana split dessert was also to die for. Our server was very kind and service was seamless. Thank you for a great experience!
Always good food & service. And they're diligent about following COVID precautions too:-)
10/10 would eat here again. The service and food was excellent.
The hostess gave our reservations to another couple and then rudely told us to wait for at least an hour. Not nice or helpful customer service at all. We left and chose not to wait for an hour+.
Just wow! The food was amazing, the service was excellent, the ambience was what we have been craving since February 2020. Perfect, five-star service and food all the way around. Everything is ala carte so it tends to be pricey but oh so worth it for a special night out.
Highly recommend! Great ambiance and excellent food.
Excellent food and service!
All of our dishes were well prepared and presented. Very flavorful.
We went to Flint Creek twice over 8 day period. Both times we had reservations and both times were significantly delayed with being seated. The first time it took FlintCreek 50 minutes to sit us. We were told they are waiting for a corner table to open up... only to be seated by the table by the entrance with no under table space for knees. We complained and were reseated. The second time we had to wait 35 minutes to be seated. It’s not a rocket science to run reservations system efficiently.
Another issue is that they pack the restaurant to the gills and perhaps don’t maintain social distancing between tables.
Otherwise, the food was very nice.
Overall, everything was amazing. Starters, entrees and drinks’ The waitress gave me a bit of attitude when I was asking about paying ahead so we could cover our friends’ as well but I like to believe the best of people so I’m assuming she’s had a negative experience in the past.
The mussels are delicious, melt-in-your-mouth, and paired with a delicious jalapeno butter sauce. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helped us navigate the menu well. The food is both well prepared, and won't cost you an arm and a leg. We will be back.
Amazing food, awful chairs. They bought the “high turnover” chairs that are meant to be uncomfortable in order to keep tables from lingering and increase traffic. Awful idea for a steakhouse where food can take a while to come out.
