Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside.

Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. Favorites on the menu include Fennel Braised Wild Boar Shoulder, Durham Ranch Bison Hangar Steak, and the Oven Roasted Duck Confit.

Food was excellent, but the prosciutto appetizer was the smallest we’ve ever seen anywhere, and with a $25 price. Their corkage fee is stupid high at $40 - we passed. Even Canlis charges only $20.

I have been here many times with friends for happy hour and found it delightful. The drinks and appetizers were well prepared and priced well. This was my first visit for dinner with my wife on our wedding anniversary. Again the food and service was outstanding but the atmosphere is extemely noisy. It was difficult to carry on a conversation even across the table. I will return for the food but will come prepared to deal with the noise.

First time at this restaurant, it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive and the space was thoughtfully and tastefully designed. Looking forward to going back for another wonderful meal to share with family and friends.

Food and service excellent. Highly recommend. Space is uncomfortably loud. Would greatly benefit from some acoustic treatment hung from deck above.

Food and service were outstanding. The noise level in the dining room is deafening, if this is a concern for you request upstairs or the nook to the left when you walk in.

Amazing restaurant overall. Ordered the prosciutto appetizer, then entrees were the duck, wild boar, and ribeye. 10/10 experience, amazing service, even better tasting food. You pay for what you get here. Meat so tender it fell apart when i put my fork in it. Highly recommend ordering those dishes. To top it all off, the bread rolls and chocolate dessert… thank me later that was delicioussss!! I want to bring everyone here!

Absolutely fantastic. First tine to eat there. We had been to Rock Creek in Kirkland and Bar Sur Her next door and loved both. Service at Flint Creek was outstanding. Their front of the restaurant crew worked very well together. The service was efficient without being overbearing. Very attentive. The fiid was amazing. We both had appetizers (duck salad and prosciutto Parma) and main dishes (braised wild boar and scallops) plus sides (roasted smoked cauliflower and pickled cucumbers with a yoghurt type cream). Everything was very.delicious and cooked perfectly. Food was hit when served. Flavors were great. Wine list was varied. Ours was a bottle of grabs he rose from France. Lovely. We will definitely return - this time when the bridge is open.
