   Strong start with the apps. Pickled vegetables always a standout. Mussels and duck salad were crowd pleasers. Tuna tartare more like a poke… nothing special. Entrees - had high hopes for the hanger steak but it was very chewy although good flavors - next time I’d send this back. Wild boar with gnocchi also flavorful but the braised meat was dry. Indonesian spiced maiitakes did not live up to their name. Love the vibe and will go back.

   Great steak but the sides were not to my taste. But I’m more traditional in my tastes. For someone a little more adventurous I think this is the perfect venue.

   Seated next to the bathroom even though several tables were available. I guess we weren’t valued enough. Lol. Spent a little over $100 per person. Food was good but nothing spectacular. My daughter’s steak came out very rare and cooked again to her liking. Again, food is good but nothing special. We won’t be heading back.

   First, the service and staff were welcoming and attentive, in the best way. The dining experience, though it was a lively atmosphere, was excellent and, in general, the food was great. The Duck Comfit was a little bit dry and, to be honest, maybe a bit small of a portion for the price, but delicious anyway. The sourdough bread with that whipped butter w/sea salt was great, as was the Prosciutto di Parma and the risotto. I do have one, strange, complaint about this restaurant, however. Although they have a full bar, and they offer Coke and Sprite on the menu, they do not have Diet Coke. As a diabetic, who wasn't in the mood for alcohol that night, this is unfortunate. While many restaurants decide not to offer soda, it's unusual in a restaurant that has a full bar and particularly strange in a restaurant that actually does offer regular soda. Having one diet soda would be a nice addition to a really nice restaurant. (By the way, the other unusual thing was that, and this is noted in the menu, every single dessert had nuts in it. Since at least a couple of them include ice cream, why not offer one ice cream dessert for folks with nut allergies? Just curious.) All in all, I'd recommend FlintCreek . . . very tasty and, again, GREAT staffing.

    Honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. The Tuna Tartar was to die for. The burrata and prosciutto was delicious. The steak was perfect and the asparagus on the side was also exceptional. I loved it. I was alone so ate at the bar. The bartender was friendly and very knowledgeable.

    Have been several times and it gets better every time. The food, service and pace was excellent. Our server, Cassidy, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable about the menu as well as wine pairings. She was attentive but not overbearing. If there is a drawback to FlintCreek it is the noise level. Somewhat difficult to carry on a conversation. All in all I would still rate this a 5 star restaurant and would recommend it to anyone. We will definitely return the next time we’re in Seattle

    The food was nothing to write home about. Over seasoned and portions on the smaller side. Very overpriced for what it was. For $40 mains I would expect perfection and balance in the food not overpowered dishes with very average execution. Service was obliging at best, and a bit curt

    The flavors of all of the dishes were amazing! We had two small plates: tuna tartar and Heirloom grits and maitake mushrooms. Then we split the 6 ounce aged filet with some asparagus. It paired great with a bottle of Tempranillo wine. We finished off the meal with a delicious dessert of a banana brule with ice cream and pralines. That was out of the world! The service was fantastic -prompt, friendly, knowledgeable! The only minor suggestion I have is the addition of an espresso machine. Maybe it just isn’t feasible and too time-consuming for staff to make them, but it would have been perfect with dessert. :) We will definitely be back!

    Really appreciate the consistency for both drinks and food. We had the tuna tartare to start with boar shoulder and a 12oz steak to round things off. Despite being a steak focused restaurant, the other protein dishes are well curated and delicious as well. A stable for the neighborhood for sure.

    We had an awesome dinner experience. The food was so delicious!!! I loved the sourdough bread and the butter whipped with lemon. So good!! Our steaks were perfect!!! My espresso martini was sooooo yummy too. The service was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and super attentive. Our server, Nathan, was so nice and really fun to work with AND very knowledgeable about the menu items. The food presentations were lovely - they weren't too fussy and fancy. Also, everything was timed perfectly. We never felt like we were being rushed out of the restaurant. I was having a little trouble being comfortable in the seating, but, since the tables were high, it was easy to take breaks and stand up. I would still HIGHLY recommend this place.

    Dined here for our anniversary. We visit the area from out of state for several weeks each spring and are always here on our anniversary, looking for different restaurants to celebrate it. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant. The food was amazing, not going into what we had because based on what we enjoyed I think everything would be equally delicious. Our server, Carrie, was great and gave us excellent recommendations. We’re looking forward to eating here again next year!!

    I made reservations many days in advance and despite that I felt we were an afterthought, stuck sitting on a narrow stool next to the bathrooms. I ordered the wild boar shoulder, and it was not what was described. For the price I paid the portion of protein was minuscule and the gnocchi seemed to be fried.     We do our friend date night here and split two entrees an, app and a dessert. Sometimes an app is necessary because the entree portions can be on the smaller side. All the food is fantastic. Wait staff is amazing. They cram a lot of tables into the space so it can get noise in the evenings especially on weekends, but the bussers do a great job of removing plates and making space on your table. Can’t speak to the signature cocktails, but I add the strawberry basil shrub into my G&T and it’s phenomenal. Wine selection is great. All around a good experience which is why we will keep coming back until we’ve tried everything on the menu. Get the duck confit entree and yellowfin starter! They won’t disappoint. Between two people that have one libation and share an app, 2 entrees, and a dessert, it comes out to about $65 each after tax tip and everything. Definitely worth the value of the food which is prepared so well.
