We enjoyed our dinner celebrating our grandfather’s 70th birthday. Our waiter Josh was amazing. He made my grandpa’s birthday celebration even more special. He explained the menu and special menus to us and was very understanding towards our children (21/2YO & 3MO). Food was outstanding - our favorite was the Buffalo Sirloin. We had a bottle of Pinot Noir from Oregon and our whole table got a round of The Fletch! We will be returning because our service was top notch! We highly recommend this fine establishment and request Josh when you come here!!

We have eaten at Fletchers several times during our visits to Park City. The food and service have always been great. The braised short rib was very tender and flavorful.

Our first time here and what a find! We had a great meal, our waiter Josh was excellent ask for him- he knew the menu very well and was helpful being new customers. The owner/chef stopped by as well to talk about his food and cooking style a very nice touch. of course our meal was fantastic and presented perfectly. Highly recommend trying this place while in Park City

This spot is a gem!! Excellent service, and server was very knowledgeable of the menu. We had bison and salmon dishes which were delicious. The wine and butter cake dessert was also fabulous. Highly recommend and will be back the next time we are in Park City.

10 out of 10! We would highly recommend visiting Fletcher’s for fabulous cocktails and food. Our server, Jules, went above and beyond to make sure we had a phenomenal experience—all the way down to asking the chef to make us a side of greens since we are from the South 🙂. Chef Scott stopped by our table to make sure we enjoyed the food as well—go Vols! Our time at Fletcher’s added to a truly memorable evening with friends. We can’t wait to go back.

Jon Goode is a treasure to your restaurant! We went in with a party of 6, all restaurant people from California, including the general manager/owner of a 5 store operation. He said it was the best service he has see in a long while!

My goodness, this was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The charred peppers, the lobster tail and beef, and y’all, they have two gluten free dessert options! Woot woot! If in Park City, make reservations and dine at Fletcher’s.

Absolutely wonderful evening, from welcome to ambiance to food. Josh was our server and he did everything to make the evening at Fletchers a top notch experience. Everything we ordered was exceptional and very fairly priced. Back in a couple of weeks with a large party and very much looking forward to it.

Great dinner. We had the biscuits with bacon jam for an appetizer. Dinner was salmon and the beef short rib. Save room for the butter cake. We sat at the bar and Chai served us, she was great.

Dined their for our Anniversary dinner last night while on vacation and it was an overall fantastic experience. The staff immediately acknowledged our special day and our server Josh was so kind to send us a complimentary butter cake dessert, which was amazing! All of his recommendations were great! The Buffalo Sirloin and Short Ribs were amazing! And you must start with the biscuits w/bacon jam. Ambiance was energetic and made for a perfect evening with my wife. Thanks to Josh and staff. I highly recommend Fletchers and will be back next time we are in Park City.

You’ll discover much of the staff has been with Fletchers for several years! They work well together and are an effective team. Paired up with a creative chef and you end up with a consistently good experience. This night I had the lamb special and my wife had the trout (both based on the advice of our excellent waiter, Josh). Delicious and well presented! Wine prices are steep, but entrees are much more reasonable than similar quality food at other Main Street restaurants. We’ll be back!!

It was me and my girl's anniversary and fletcher's treated us right. The food was amazing, they got me my drink despite it not being on the menu anymore, they didn't rush us at all and let us enjoy ourselves. Our server honey was also really nice to us and even got us a free desert since it was our anniversary.

This was our first time eating at Fletcher’s. The tuna tower was amazing. The filet was also very good. The butter cake and gluten-free cookies were outstanding. Service was great.

We were fortunate to be served by Isabella. She made great recommendations and was made our evening awesome. We were seated outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Definitely start with the biscuits. The desserts looked great but we passed. Loved my buffalo steak. Next time I’ll have biscuits and dessert with a bottle of Chardonnay.

I ordered a blackberry smash cocktail and it was so good! I had beef short rib on mashed potatoes with stir fried spinach and braised heirloom carrots. The beef was so flavorful and could cut with a fork. The vegetables tasted fresh and were perfectly seasoned. Throughly enjoyed this meal. Wait staff was friendly and efficient.
