Persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to dine at the restaurant. No one under 21 allowed in the lounge or bar areas at any time.
Great meal! Will now be on our annual “go-to” restaurants for our ski vacation
Everything was fantastic, from the food to the service and ambience.
We enjoyed our visit to fletcher's. The grouper was fresh and tasty, zuchinni purse was full of flavor. Somewhat pricey corkage at 20$, great server Cella. Nice calming and relaxing atmosphere.
Fletcher’s is how every nice restaurant should be, an unassuming place with great, semi simple creative and delicious food. Everything, from the cocktails, to the biscuits to desserts was VERY good.
Ordinarily I love this restaurant. But it was just off the other night.
Our server, I think thomas was his name, was amazing. The food was absolutely terrible. Ordered the cheddar biscuits which came out cold. Mussels which were just ok. Our bone in 50$ rib eye came out cold and medium well, ordered med rare. Flavor was terrible/ non existent. If you're gonna have a mark-up, at the very least have hot food. Thank God for our server. He was the only saving grace and deserves a raise. Sadly, I saw the manager a light skinned black woman berating him. Tells me a lot about why theres execution problems...I know from experience as a restaurant manager myself, bad managers can kill an otherwise successful restaurant, starting with losing good servers like the one we had.
I love what they are trying to do, but was frustrated at how it comes off to groups vs smaller parties of 2 to 4. The New Zealand "pure" grass fed meats were tastefully different. Other entrees were very well executed. What broke down was the a la carte menu, including salads. The owner/chef needs to revamp menu if the plate is to be attractive to 2-4 diners versus larger groups. Stand outs: Steaks, decadent biscuits to die for, service, and a nice atmosphere, but not well represented on line. Not Park City refined, just PC.
Mixed cocktails lacked distinctive flavor.
Chela is the best!!!
Great menu and service! A perfect cozy restaurant.
We ate here with our three children, and while the food was good and the service was quick, several people let us know with their looks and attitude that children were not exactly welcome. There is a bar both upstairs and down so maybe that’s why, but when you bring kids on a ski trip you usually have to bring them out to eat with you too. The biscuits were yummy and the salmon was also delicious, though.
The hostess of a restaurant should be friendly and welcoming. That wasn’t the case. Food was ok but not spectacular like other meals we’ve enjoyed all week.
Fletcher's has been a must go to for many years. This experience was very disappointing. Two of us ordered 5 dishes to share, with clear instructions to bring one at a time in specific order. Instead, service was rushed with food coming together, despite repeat of instructions. No slide plates for sharing were brought, with no one to ask for 5 minutes. $50 ribeye was overcooked (ordered medium rare, should be easy for a professional kitchen). Rest of food was fine, but not up to past standard. Now off the list.
Love this restaurant, and go back time and time again because we're never disappointed. The food and service are outstanding, and the owners are great people. Don't miss a meal here if you're in PC!
Incredible! The food, the service, the drinks, and the entire experience was excellent. A new town favorite for our group.
While we greatly enjoyed our meal at Fletcher's, we were looking for a more leisurely pace for a night out with friends. Service was good, but the food came out much too quickly, and we found ourselves being hurried though our meal.
Our waitress was so friendly and knowledgeable. Our food was delicious, especially the zucchini purse, so unique. We had drinks at the Library after and absolutely love the atmosphere. We highly recommend it.
If you are from somewhere with good food and are used to fine dining this is not the establishment for you. I chose this place for my 30th birthday dinner and regretting it immensely. The food was mediocre at best and the ambiance left a lot to be desired. I will say the staff was very nice and friendly. This place is probably fine for a casual dinner but definitely not for a special night.
The Backyard Chicken and the Short-Rib Grilled Cheese were so delicious!
Our server was so pleasant and attentive :)
Great service and delicious food
Our server was very attentive and helpful
This was our first visit to Fletcher's. Food was just okay, I wouldn't say it was amazing. Service was okay, nothing special. Atmosphere was okay. They had some interesting dishes and maybe it was just an off night because I have heard really great things about the place. We will give it another try when we return to Park City.
Fantastic food. Great service. Always start with the biscuits and don't forget to end with the butter cake!
Fletcher’s is one of our top 3 Park City restaurants. Winter and summer. Great creative drink menu. Love the apps and the entrees. Wait staff is cheery and everyone we bring agrees!!
Ok so we liked all the food. But we could have made it at home. We both got the filet and we had lobster Mac and cheese and Brussels with it. All of this was pretty pedestrian. I’m not sure if it’s just Utah but the wines are marked up by 300% it seems. We ended up ordering the local red blend and that was the best part of our meal. It was a wonderful wine and only marked up 2x the cost at the wine tasting room downthe street.
Chela was a wonderful server who made sure that everything about our meal was outstanding! We would definitely dine here again.
The food was tasty but not exciting. The portion sizes were the most surprising.... surprisingly small. And when we asked for a window table we were told it couldn’t be accommodate because of a large group coming in... maybe the timing was off... but no large party arrived while we were there.
It started out with a rude receptionist greeting us when we arrived and that set the tone for the evening
It’s hard to find a place both parents and kids love equally and Fletcher’s is it. Terrific food, service and great variety in the menu. Try the Winter Margarita!
The short rib grilled cheese sandwich is a special treat.
Short rib grilled cheese app was delicious! A "modern wedge" (bibb) salad was the perfect follow-up to that. Son loved his 4-oz fillet, which left room for a chocolate mud pie dessert, and I honestly don't recall which steak my husband had, but he really enjoyed it. The cocktail list is very good.
We love Fletchers! Always a great meal and fabulous dining experience.
Chela made it all worth while. She's the key to your success. OH YEAH, the food was FABULOUS! Ask for Chela when you visit. Her smile, knowledge, and friendliness, makes you feel you should be there enjoying dinner comfortably. The service was tremendous.
Service and food was awesome!!! They said the ribeye was 20oz I swear it was 30oz!!! Love it!!!
The food was great, the cocktails were handcrafted, the butter cake was amazing, the service was very good, and the atmosphere was rustic, and quiet, and lovely. Thanks for a great dining experience.
Amazing Service!!! The food was delicious!
Fletchers has been one of our Park City favorites for years. We love all the dishes and the drinks are an experience. The service is always personal and friendly.
We were looking forward to coming and we were not disappointed overall. The service however was quite spotty. Our server wanted to be helpful and described the menu and helped with our food selections. For some reason, he could not understand that we wanted the sides to come with our dinner to share and brought them after our appetizer and before our main courses. He then forgot to bring our coffee and gave me the wrong check when it was time for the bill.
Special appetizer crab claws were delicious, my bone in Ribeye was fantastic and so was my sons lobster. Our server Michelle was super friendly. Another great meal.
Within mere minutes of receiving our drinks, our entrees arrived. This made us feel rushed. Somewhat disappointed in the overall experience.
