I was very pleasantly surprised with my visit to Fleming’s. The service was excellent, and the food was also very good. The only comment I would make is that my steak was slightly inconsistent with what I ordered. My friend and I both ordered the 8oz filet, cooked medium well. Mine came out more well done, while hers was closer to medium. That said, it was still very flavorful, and I understand it was opening week—so they may still be working out a few kinks. The sides were also made very well—we got the asparagus and mashed potatoes, and they were honestly the best I’ve had in a while. The drinks were also crafted well and complemented the meal perfectly. Our server, Stacy, was great—very attentive and friendly. The environment was also great: not too noisy, but still lively. I had a wonderful experience overall, and the service was fast. If you’re looking for a new steakhouse, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out. I’ll be back!

We had been waiting for Flemings to open since we moved to Roseville 2 years ago! It’s a staple For us since Southern California and Walnut Creek location. The service was great — our server Tommy was attentive and hospitable! The food was exactly how we remembered. For being newly open, operations, food, and service was on point. Excited to have Flemings in Roseville — our go to date night spot.

Just as we began bemoaning the closing of some good restaurants, up pops Flemings. We've enjoyed their great food and service in Tucson, and the food and the service are as good in Roseville as there. For a restaurant that had been open only five days, things went very well. The steak was great tasting and the Caesar salad was amazing. I'd recommend this restaurant highly! Ad to top it off, they had a very good guitarist singer from 6PM to 9Pm on July 4th.

Great new restaurant in Roseville! Beautiful building and ambiance. So many servers/staff it felt like 1:1 service but not intrusive. Hassan was fabulous and gave great suggestions. I would choose here over Ruth's.

Good first experience at the newly opened Roseville location. Steaks were flavorful and tender. They still have a few bumps to smooth out but we'll be giving it a second visit.

Had a wonderful lunch yesterday at Fleming's. My wife had the Prix Fixe Salmon which was served on fried rice that's full of vegetables finely chopped. Delicious! I had the Prix Fixe Steak Frites. The ny steak was delicious, well prepared and tender. The Chimichurri was great. The potatoes that were deep fried blocks of potato. Crispy on the outside, perfect on the inside. My wife had the Rose wine flight that had 3 delicious pourings and I had the Smoked Old Fashioned cocktail which was a bit pricey but had the the excellent Basil Hayden Bourbon. It was one of the best old fashioned I have ever had and that's my go to cocktail. Lastly, I'd like to compliment our server Hasan A. He really added to our lunch service with his outstanding service and great sense of humor.

We had such a great experience at Fleming’s. The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was full of flavor—and the service was top-notch. The staff made us feel welcome and taken care of without being over the top. The vibe of the place was just right too—relaxed, stylish, and comfortable. Honestly, everything was spot-on. Been 3 times since it opened and it’s fantastic! Lobster roll, steakhouse burger, filet Mignon, ribeyes, sea bass, were all perfect.
