   Ordered the dry-aged ribeye medium rare which is supposed to be pink edge to edge. It was neither dry aged or medium rare by a long shot. They sent me another in under 5 minutes rare (purple) and overcooked on the cap. No crispy crust. I wanted au povire sauce and the waiter had no idea what I was saying. There’s no chance this would last 2 weeks in NYC, or in my house. $78 for a $15 retail prime steak that was seriously cooked badly. I ordered a $150 bottle of Kathryn Hall Cab wine from 2020 and they brought 2021 stating that didn’t think the vintage mattered? Holy crap this place is slightly better than Applebees (maybe not). Never eating there again for business, personal, or otherwise. Get a clue!

   Service was excellent. Our party ordered all the salads in the menu but for the price, they should have had more greens and be a little bit more substantial. They could expand the nonalcoholic menu with a more reasonable pricing (only 3 choices) and not that great. The sea bass was perfectly cooked and seasoned just right- not salty, I heard the steaks were good. The bread and whipped butter s were delicious!

   We dine at Fleming every few months, starting at their old PA location (more than a decade). Service was very good, but my steak was inedible. I ordered a bone in ribeye, Oscar style, rare. Temperature was perfect, the sauce was skimpy (maybe covered 1/3 of steak) and the cut was thin and so over salted. The steak was also not trimmed, the first bites all gristle I had to spit out (not fat, but tough gristle). I have never noticed so much seasoning on the meat at Flemings and I always order steak- it was like a crust. Salt and more salt. My husband’s NY strip was much thicker and while still salty, was at least edible. I regret not taking photos. The manager on duty took the $97 off the bill. For that price I would expect a thicker cut, more Oscar sauce - even if you have to skimp on the crab, there should be sauce, and LIGHTLY salted. I am not sure we will return. My husband offered to try to take the steak home and cut off the salt, but the cut was so thin I don’t think it could help. I hate throwing away food, but we did not take the steak home.

   Fleming is a steak house but i find the quality of the steak used was not high end. Ribeye Steak is tough and tasteless. It tends to overcook the steak. On top of overcooking the steak, steak was grilled with a burnt crust making it tough. I am convinced that steak doesn’t have to be wagu to be tender snd tasty.

   Upon arrival we were greeted by one of the Mgr. A table was waiting for us along with Lauren, our server, who made the evening special. On an extremely busy night the staff supported one another. The Manager stopped by our table, I think 3x to see if we needed anything. They have prefix menu that day for Mother’s Day special and so that’s what we ordered. It was a big portion and was pleased with it. For starter we tried the stacked poke and delicious sides that complemented every bite. The steak was perfectly cooked to our liking. An unforgettable dining experience on our first visit there.

   First time there and great experience despite mother's day crowd. Food was excellent as was the service by everyone, especially our waiter named Dang.

    We were seated promptly but it took more than 20 minutes for our server to greet us. The restaurant was virtually empty of customers so it was confusing.
