No instruction provided and server was not very attentive. Also got behind a large group of young boys who were very sloppy at the vegetable/sauce bar but food was tasty.

The menu looked great on website ; but the place seemed old and not very clean . The bins of veggies seemed to restock on a timely manner. However the noodles had spilled over into the ice, spillage of the veggies were everywhere ... maybe kids had overfilled their small bowls ??? Some of our dishes had ingredients in them after being grilled that we had not selected ..??

Of the three of us in our party, one of us was happy with their meal. I found my chicken grisly and un seasoned. My grandson had things on his bowl that he did not put in, as well as lacking what he did put in. We all used the bathrooms and found them pretty bad shape. Probably won't be going back anytime soon.

We came for a date night. We waited over 30 minutes for our bowls. I watched as servers were just standing around instead of running food. We noticed some of the veggies missing from what we put in the bowls and the size was half the amount we used. Unsure if someone else got some of bowl since they just put them one next to another on the flat top and i ended up getting rice in my bowl when i never put rice in there. Our server made inappropriate comments to us about “you look full and don’t want more” we were put off to that...what was server saying? we use to go to flattop all the time probably won’t be back for awhile now

Table for 3, we waited for the longest time over an hour after already giving them our bowls. Tables who went up after us got their food before us. And when we fonally got our food 2 of the bowls food was very dark and black on the sides of the meat and the pineapple and several other things. Added a char taste, so obviously wasnt very good.
