Flap Your Jacks was born out of the belief that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so you have to make it count!

Our extensive menu was created with breakfast and brunch in mind, so you’ll find classic items with a delicious twist. From our eggs Benedict and selection of hearty omelets to our breakfast sandwiches, flavorful chilaquiles, huevos rancheros and more, you’ll find a variety of dishes that are sure to satisfy everybody’s cravings! Oh, and did we mention we have full bar with refreshing, original drinks?

At FYJ, you can enjoy a truly interactive and unique dining experience. Each table is outfitted with its own pancake griddle, allowing guests to F.Y.O. (Flip Your Own) pancakes! Choose from an array of homemade batter flavors and broad selection of mix-in’s, toppings and, of course, syrups.

Love the concept of the restaurant, super fun and interactive. If you don’t want to make your own pancakes though, the rest of the menu is delicious as well!

Don’t go here if you’re hungry lol. It takes FOREVER to make pancakes. Order other food to tide you over. Coffee flavored syrup was awful but the mascarpone whipped spread was great.

It's a fun place for the kiddos. They get to make their own pancakes. Nothing spectacular about the food and drinks, but the kids enjoy making designs for the pancakes.
