Following a successful launch in Salt Lake City, Carver Road Hospitality brought its Flanker food and beverage concept to the Las Vegas Strip with their Summer 2023 debut of Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Located at the entrance to the Shoppes at Mandalay Place just steps from the walkway to Allegiant Stadium, the home of the Las Vegas Raiders, Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar combines Carver Road's premier dining and drinking offerings in a highly-curated environment.
Flanker's extensive menu of elevated American fare features scratch burgers, sliders and shareable tacos, among other handheld favorites. A healthy selection of salads and bowls and weekend brunch items round out the offerings.

All reservations are subject to a 90 minute time limit

Unbelievably expensive! $36 for a smash burger and fries. They were clearly having back of the house issues, because the restaurant itself was slow, and the wait time was over 30 minutes. Food was grossly overpriced and very underwhelming. Service was fantastic, but there is no way I would ever return at these prices for below average food.

I had a going-away lunch outing with my girlfriends, and this place was worth every penny!! We participated in their Restaurant Week, 3 course pre-fixed menu. The smoked brisket burnt ends and wagyu smashed burger was made to perfection, just the right amount of flavors. Our server was sweet and attentive. We asked her what cocktails she recommended and the ones she chosen were so good. I would differently come back to try their other entrees and for the chill vibes :)

The ambiance was very enjoyable. The food was good. I ordered the salt and lemon pepper wings. They were really good. However, I do not think the salt is necessary. Just the lemon pepper is perfectly fine. I honestly have no complaints. I would definitely return.

We visited Flankers on Sunday, March 16th, 2025, to check it out for a review. The ambience was fantastic—full of energy, lively people, and a generally happy crowd. It’s easy to see why this place gets packed on game days, especially with the massive TV creating an exciting atmosphere. Food & Drinks For the most part, the food was good. I ordered the breakfast steak and eggs—the steak and eggs were well-cooked, but the potatoes were under-seasoned, so I skipped them. My wife had the brisket chilaquiles, but she found the brisket to be too fatty and didn’t finish it. Our guests also had the brisket chilaquiles and shared the same opinion. Another person in our party ordered the brown butter pancakes. While they tasted good, the toppings (bananas and other ingredients) weren’t well-mixed and were simply piled on top, which was a bit disappointing. The drinks were great, and overall, we had a good experience. Service The staff was attentive. Our waitress was great at the beginning, but she had to leave at some point, and there was a small gap before someone else took over. Other than that, service was solid. Overall Thoughts Flankers has a great vibe, and I’d definitely go back. Next time, I’ll try something different on the menu to get a better sense of what they offer. I don’t want to leave a negative review based solely on a couple of dishes, as I’m sure there are plenty of great options here. Looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu!

We loved the venue. Not a single detail missed. The service was amazing. They made us feel at home. Lisa was at the resteraunt the evening we were there and she is perfection. I would absolutely go back. I would eat the pineapple upside down cake over and over. Scrumptious.
