   We love the buffet and the meat-to-table options. So yummy! Would be wonderful to have a cooked scallops option.

   Lovely birthday lunch with my folks and hubby. Food was yummy! Loved the cheese tri tip and Parmesan chicken the best! A few things were a tiny bit tough. Salad bar was very nice. Overall, a great experience!

   Gauchos consistently came by, the manager went out of his way to help my wife with her food allergies, the salad bar was well stocked. Delicious meats and options abound. Can't wait to go back!

   This is the greatest Brazilian steakhouse there is! I love the various choices of meat and one of my all time favorites the cheese and honey! Also, enjoy the many variations of cold food at the salad bar! Everything was fantastic! I cannot recommend this place enough!

   This place never disappoints. Everything is good....rather, amazing! The steak picanha is nothing shy of exquisite. The service and staff are top notch!

   My wife and I recently dined at Flame & Fire, and our experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the restaurant's elegant and immaculate ambiance. Our server, Paloma, provided outstanding service, going above and beyond by asking if we had any special requests. Additionally, the general managers personally stopped by our table to greet us, which added a welcoming touch to our evening. The food was absolutely exquisite, showcasing both quality and flavor. Without a doubt, we will be returning, and I highly recommend Flame & Fire to anyone seeking an excellent dining experience.

   We come here a few times a year when in town visiting Thunder Valkey. The food this time around was not great other than a few select items however as usual the service and atmosphere of the restaurant was on point.

     Please try everything all foods are delicious so I didn't care for, but it was a matter taste of all was well prepared
