Come in and enjoy our authentic fine dining Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse. We offer a unique experience where Gaucho Chefs circle the tables with 15 different types of rotisserie cooked meats on skewers from picanha, filet mignon, bottom sirloin to chicken & lamb. The patrons partake in tasting as many of the meats as they wish, and as many times as they wish. The delicious uniquely cooked and served meats are not the only intriguing part of the experience. A gourmet salad bar features over 30 salad dishes made with local fresh produce. The salads are accompanied by several types of traditional Brazilian dishes such as Feijoada, Beans, farofa and Brazilian rice. Each table is also served fried banana, pao de queijo (cheese bread) and cinnamon roasted pineapple. Our restaurant also features Brazilian deserts such as mousse de Maracuja (passion fruit mousse) and many more. We offer a full bar, including specialty Brazilian exotic drinks, such as the Caipirinha!

This is a special place to go for a special occasion or just because. There is an abundance of different kinds of meats served at your table almost constantly, and if you’re not a big meat eater like me, they have a nice cold buffet that serves salads, veggies, soups and more. It is a bit pricey, but everything is worth it.

Absolutely wonderful time tonight, as always! We decided to bring our son for 11th birthday dinner. He is now in love with this place like we are. This is hands down our favorite place to eat. We have been coming here forever & every person who works here is hands down fantastic!!! This place is blessed with people that treat you like family.

The food was overall good. The salad bar and warm sides were great. Where we were seated was not really very comfortable. We were seated in a corner. The meat servers would miss bringing us various cuts of meat. Additionally, the patio door was left open which made the temperature quite warm and allowed for flies to come in snd caused sn annoyance. Our server was good.

A fantastic restaurant. We love Brazilian steakhouses and Flame & Fire is a good one. The bacon-wrapped filet mignon and grilled pineapple were particular favorites. The salad bar/soup station isn't as extensive as I've seen at some other Brazilian steakhouses, but who goes to a Brazilian steakhouse for the salad bar? Just an excellent value for the variety and quality of food that you get. The ambiance is very nice (there's a "smart casual" dress code) and the servers were very pleasant, as well as being on top of the refills and food service.

We celebrated my son’s birthday and the service was great! The food was delicious and the meat we had were very tasty. It was entertaining too when they sang to the birthday boy. We all enjoyed it and had an awesome experience especially on this special occasion. Thank you!

went Sunday at 1:30pm, took a while for the meat to start coming in. since there were few diners, there was only one person coming out with the meat, might be 10 mins apart. i was thinking-we paid same price for dinner, but we were getting half the service. loooong wait time for the meat. when there was a lot more people, maybe at 3pm, they added a 2nd person to bring the meat. lesser wait time, but waiting still. some foods were great-lamb chop, beef stroganoff (i think), grilled pineapple, cheese with honey, filet mignon wrapped with bacon. the garlic steak was chewy. overall, its a great place to go to - wonderful quiet ambiance, majority of the food taste good, tables are spaced far enough, bathroom is clean and nice. but go when there's a lot of people, i assume after 5 or 6pm? then they will dispatch more people carrying the meat. thank you Flame & Fire. We have been to F&F so many times and have celebrated several special occasions here and they never seem to disappoint. The food is delicious and the service is great. Definitely one of out favorite places to eat in the area.

The service was great and the ambience was pleasant. Given the prices though I was underwhelmed by the meat selection, over charred and too salty at times. Not bad, but not that great either. It may have been an off-night, but not sure if I would try it again, given the first impression.

We went there for lunch last Friday. The meats were perfectly cooked and delicious. The gourmet salad bar and hot items were excellent. In addition, we loved the smoked salmon, the heart of palm, and the Brazilian chill peppers. The service was great. Definitely will go back again.

I have been here several times. They have a decent salad bar. However for the meats, they serve mostly chicken and cheap steak cuts. The bacon filet was tiny and mostly bacon. It’s an expensive dinner you would think they would offer better steak. I’m not saying it is bad but way over priced.

I have been to flame and fire many many times in Roseville. It is one of the best places to go. The staff is all fantastic. The manager Ricky is awesome attentive the other manager Richie is just as kind and pleasant. It’s always a very enjoyable experience I highly recommend it to everybody, the salad bar is always fresh and well stocked with a variety of items. You cannot go wrong with Flame and Fire in Roseville, visit them soon you won’t be disappointed. Dee

I did not realize that the kitchen closed at 9PM. Our reservations were at 8PM. Towards the end it felt like we were being rushed because the kitchen was closing. And the kitchen closed.
