Come in and enjoy our authentic fine dining Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse. We offer a unique experience where Gaucho Chefs circle the tables with 15 different types of rotisserie cooked meats on skewers from picanha, filet mignon, bottom sirloin to chicken & lamb. The patrons partake in tasting as many of the meats as they wish, and as many times as they wish. The delicious uniquely cooked and served meats are not the only intriguing part of the experience. A gourmet salad bar features over 30 salad dishes made with local fresh produce. The salads are accompanied by several types of traditional Brazilian dishes such as Feijoada, Beans, farofa and Brazilian rice. Each table is also served fried banana, pao de queijo (cheese bread) and cinnamon roasted pineapple. Our restaurant also features Brazilian deserts such as mousse de Maracuja (passion fruit mousse) and many more. We offer a full bar, including specialty Brazilian exotic drinks, such as the Caipirinha!

    Fantastic food and wonderful service! We celebrated our anniversary and we were greeted at the table with a sweet card and desert was on the house. Lovely place to eat!!!

    It was a rough night. They had about 5 call outs, but management was working their tail off. My son loved the crab bisque. The food portion is more of a buffet style, including salads, vegetables, fruit, rice, mashed potatoes, stew, salmon, bisque, eggplant, etc. The meat is then brought to the table for your choosing. We had a gin and tonic, old-fashioned, guava sangria, Brazilian beer, and flaming rum punch. My husband and son had cheesecake, flan, and mouse. The ambiance was relaxing.

    Great place! Make sure you have an appetite with the all you can eat meat and food bar. The 10+ meats that come out on skewers and keep revolving around the tables are absolutely amazing. Make sure you have the pineapple which helps with the digestion of the meat and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortably full and the cheese grilled with honey. This is worth the price with the excellent food and experience.

    The meats, salad bar, pao de queijo, pudim de leite (flan) and brigadeiro were all excellent! The service was very caring, friendly and professional. We hope to return many, many times.

    The restaurant ambience was very calming and beautiful. The service was a bit slow but everyone was very friendly and nice. All the meat and poultry didn't have much flavor and the salad bar was very sparse. We don't plan to go back.

    Host -Travis was excellent ....Javier - our waiter excellent ..... Food excellent .... Salad bar and the meats were excellent .... Very good cocktails .... and desert was very good too !! Would go back again , for sure !

    We had to wait for our table, which was totally fine with us, we arrived early for our reservation. Our wait time was 30 minutes, so we decided to sit at the bar thinking that we start out with some drinks. Well, we had no opportunity to order a drink, tried to get the bartender's attention but she was super busy making drinks for the whole restaurant so no blame on her. There was no waiter/waitress that would come and take our order. We had staff walk by us, look at us and not even asking if we needed anything or wanted a drink. We were sitting at the bar. We tried to flag someone down, waive at staff. Nothing worked. Other than that, once we were seated, the food was great, service was great. The restaurant is super cold!!!!! Oh, and I wouldn't get the passion fruit tart for dessert, it is TART!!!!

    They charge an extra 4% per person to help them with “rising costs”. Either put the price up or get rid of the fee. Hiding it in the fine print is not full disclosure. Salad bar was depleted Gouchos seemed disorganized as we missed many options. At the end I requested the pineapple and waited more than 20 minutes! What got the whole night off on the wrong foot was that we were ignored on entry by both front desk attendants, then when we were finally greeted and one host was going to check if our table was ready she was rudely dragged off by a female manager (?) while we were left standing while they dealt with some dire emergency. Poor service

    My family and I do enjoy this restaurant. We think it has a lot of potential to be a great place for couples, families or groups. Our issues were the timing and amount of meat coming out. The restaurant opens at noon on Mother’s Day and we had a reservation at noon. I’m sure plenty of parties arriving at noon also had a reservation. No meat was ready to be served until 12:30. Half an hour is quite a long time to be waiting for the main course. Our table as well as all tables around us were sitting quietly waiting and seemed irritated that it was taking so long. Once the meat did start coming out, tables were missed on many occasions. Service was not the best. Could definitely use some work on time management. Food itself was pretty basic. For $60 per person, you do expect a higher standard of quality and since the meat was late coming out, our table only was able to experience the lower cuts of meat during our time there. A bit disappointed. We got full munching on the salad bar since there was no meat coming out. Let’s be real, since I only got full off the salad bar, I could’ve paid $30 per person.

    We got there at Noon. The first meats did not come out until 12:40 pm. It was until 12:55 pm before any meat arrived at our table. We think the meat should have come out much sooner. People who got there later, did not have this long wait for the meat.

    We went to try this place for the first time but were not impressed with the food selection and steak as it's not good as other Brazilian Steakhouse we have gone too. We went with our friends to celebrate the birthday and was disappointed that this location does not service Shrimp, Scallop, or Filet Mignon as we expected. Will not be back.

    The lobster bisque was FABULOUS! So was the rib eye and the parmesan crusted pork loin and the bacon wrapped chicken. Very friendly staff. We had a very nice evening.

    The food took a while to get out to us we sat there for probably 6-10 minutes we ate more food from the Buffett than meat from the gauchos. The rice was hard and parts were either old or under cooked. The chimichurri was made with dry parsley and other dry ingredients stuff like that should Always be made fresh it’s not hard and it’s makes such a big difference Probably cheaper. I’m a cook and i appreciate little things like that. This experience was sub par. It’s wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either especially for 350$ with no drinks.

    The overall experience was good. The salad bar was a little slim pickings and bland for the money but they made up for it in the quality of meats they served. Paired perfectly with a bottle of pinot and we were in heaven. Better salad bar and pricing and I would never leave.

    This is absolutely a wonderful place to enjoy a great dinner, the ambiance is great and it is very roomy, not cramped like many restaurants. The service is fantastic, from the gaucho slicers, to the wait staff, they cater to your every need. Will be going back again and again, my new favorite restaurant.

    We've eaten here many many time. but last night was pure disappointment. Only 1 table server for the ENTIRE restaurant! all of the meats were over cooked and dry. I know it's not the staffs' fault, but management should and can do better to make this right.

    This was my first time at Flame & Fire. I was so pleased to find a Brazilian Steakhouse. I have eaten in a few across the US and just love the concept. Unfortunately, I found the servers coming to the table with the meat were feast or famine. Although ever so friendly, they didn't pace the delivery of meat servings. You would either have 5-6 pieces of meat at one time getting cold or nothing for periods. I just found it very disapointing. Maybe it was an off day for them, but when we spent $60 per person you do have higher expectations. We were a party of nine so I was a bit disappointed. We made a point of letting them know of a birthday. The manager even acknowledged it to us after we arrived. We watched table after table celebrating their birthdays and our granddaughter was left with nothing. The marketplace table (salad bar) was wonderful and just had such a wonderful selection. The lobster bisque was to die for. To pay over $700 for dinner and have so many mishaps was a bit unacceptable. There is another Brazilan Steakhouse opening in Roseville later this year will have to give it a try.

    Waiter did not come to our table frequently enough We kept asking for rack of lamb and we did not get it until the 3rd time we asked They took and automatic 18% tip where I don’t think they deserved 10%

    My husband and I had a great time celebrating our anniversary there last evening. The hostess was very friendly, as well as our servers. They even threw in a complimentary dessert to celebrate with us. We felt very tended to and enjoyed our time very much. We will absolutely be back!

    We decided to treat ourselves and eat at this restaurant, spending around $150 for two. Unfortunately, the service was very slow, we received no refills on drinks, and we were constantly skipped over for meat. Once we were offered meat, it was mostly well done. I enjoyed the lamb, but the other meats lacked flavor in addition to being overcooked (to our preference).

    Party of 4, great service and food, market salads and items offered in that section, excellent and we’re looking forward to just having salad bar for lunch. Meat was cooked and presented timely all durning dinner. Desert was wonderful, New York Cheese cake and Cream brûlée excellent.
